the construction method of the one-step forming suspension type slip form of the large-inclination-angle trash rack comprises the following steps:
s1, manufacturing and installing a suspension support frame (10): manufacturing a suspension support frame (10) on the upper surface of the trash rack upper platform (1) by using a steel truss structure, fixing the suspension support frame (10) on the upper surface of the trash rack upper platform (1) by using anchor bars (2), and increasing a certain number of steel supports (3) to ensure the strength and rigidity of the suspension support frame (10);

pouring concrete or mortar with the thickness of 3-5cm and semi-aggregate;

when the casting thickness reaches 70cm, sequentially sliding and lifting for 1-2 strokes to cast a third layer of concrete and a fourth layer of concrete, and checking whether the strength of the demolded concrete is proper;
sliding and lifting for 2 strokes after the fourth layer is poured, and continuously pouring the fifth layer of concrete;
after the fifth layer of concrete is poured, sliding and lifting for 4-6 strokes, and pouring a sixth layer of concrete;
after the sixth layer of concrete is poured, the sixth layer of concrete slides and rises for 8-10 strokes, and if no abnormal phenomenon exists, normal pouring and sliding and rising can be carried out;
wherein the concrete pouring adopts layered symmetrical pouring, and the layered thickness is not more than 30 cm; the sliding mode is slowly lifted for the first time, in the process, a hydraulic device, a die body structure and related facilities are comprehensively and systematically checked under the load condition, problems are found and processed, and normal sliding can be carried out after all the sliding modes are normal; when the concrete is shifted to normal sliding, continuous operation is kept, an operator observes the surface quality of the demolded concrete, and proper sliding time and sliding speed are determined by combining the comprehensive test of the concrete characteristics, the feeding strength, the environmental temperature and the demolded strength; continuously observing and recording the deformation condition of the track in the sliding and lifting process; the concrete is continuously supplied in the slip-form process;
carrying out a concrete solid solidification test for 4-6 hours before concrete pouring: the test criteria are as follows:
the demolded concrete surface should not have the phenomena of flowing and pulling crack, the depth of the finger print is less than 1mm after being pressed, and the finger print can be smeared by a trowel; if the surface of the demoulded concrete is flat, finishing treatment can not be carried out; if the surface of the demolded concrete has defects, the surface of the concrete is required to be repaired immediately;
s406, concrete defect eliminating and curing: after demoulding, an operator works on the auxiliary plate (11), and performs primary pulp repair on the concrete by using the water pipe (20) or the curing agent, and timely cleans the track, and takes reinforcement and protection measures.
