Abstract
The invention provides a drilling cleaning device for PCB production and processing. The PCB production, processing, drilling and cleaning device comprises a base; a frame mounted on a top side of the base; a cylinder mounted on a top side of the frame; the bottom side of the moving seat is provided with a groove, and an output shaft of the air cylinder extends into the frame and is fixedly connected with the moving seat; the transverse moving device is installed in the groove, a plurality of polishing devices of different models are arranged on the bottom side of the transverse moving device, the transverse moving device is used for driving the polishing devices to move transversely for positioning, and the polishing devices are used for polishing hole walls; a placing table installed at a central position of a top side of the base. The drilling cleaning device for PCB production and processing provided by the invention has the advantages of high degree of mechanization and adaptability to various models.

Technical Field

The transverse moving device comprises a lead screw 7, the lead screw 7 is rotatably installed in the groove 5, one end of the lead screw 7 extends to the outside of the moving seat 4 and is connected with an output shaft of a first motor 6, a sliding seat 8 is sleeved on the lead screw 7 in a threaded manner, a sliding block 10 is fixedly installed on the top side of the sliding seat 8, a sliding rail 9 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the top side of the groove 5, the sliding block 10 is in sliding connection with the sliding rail 9, and a plurality of polishing devices of different models are arranged on the bottom side of the sliding seat 8.
Limiting grooves 11 are formed in the two sides of the frame 2, limiting blocks 12 are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the moving seat 4, and the limiting blocks 12 are connected with the limiting grooves 11 in a sliding mode.
The polishing device comprises a telescopic device and a polishing head assembly.
The telescopic device comprises a second motor 15, a plurality of placing grooves 14 are formed in the bottom side of the sliding seat 8, the second motor 15 is installed in the placing grooves 14, a threaded rod 16 is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the second motor 15, a loop bar 17 is sleeved on the threaded rod 16 in a threaded manner, the bottom end of the loop bar 17 extends out of the placing grooves 14 and is connected with the polishing head assembly, slide ways 19 are fixedly installed on the inner walls of the two sides of the placing grooves 14, slide bases 18 are fixedly installed on the two sides of the loop bar 17, and the slide bases 18 are connected with the slide ways 19 in a sliding manner.
The polishing head assembly comprises a fixed seat 20, a motor groove 21 is formed in the bottom side of the fixed seat 20, a third motor 22 is installed in the motor groove 21, the fixed seat 20 is fixedly connected with the loop bar 17, a rotating shaft 23 is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the motor 22, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft 23 extends out of the motor groove 21 and is connected with a polishing head 24.
The fixed seat 20 is provided with a linear laser positioner 25.
The working principle of the drilling cleaning device for PCB production and processing provided by the invention is as follows:

The grinding head 24 is a brown corundum grinding head.
