The invention provides a self-attaching curved surface positioning flexible clamp which comprises a positioning module, a clamping module and a limiting module, wherein the positioning module is arranged on the clamping module; the positioning module comprises a fixed block, a sliding block and a telescopic bag; the clamping module comprises a sliding rail, a screw rod, a sliding plate, a limiting plate and a rocker; the clamping module comprises a baffle plate, an air pipe, an air storage cavity and a push plate; the self-attaching curved surface positioning flexible clamp is a curved surface which is attached to a workpiece through a strip-shaped air bag, so that the curved surface workpiece is subjected to limiting processing; meanwhile, the effect of quickly and automatically matching curved surfaces can be realized by utilizing the independent strip-shaped air bags, and the use efficiency and the application range of the clamp are greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clamps, in particular to a curved surface positioning clamp.

Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide a self-attaching curved surface positioning flexible clamp which is attached to the curved surface of a workpiece through a strip-shaped air bag, so that the curved surface workpiece is subjected to limiting processing; meanwhile, the effect of quickly and automatically matching curved surfaces can be realized by utilizing the independent strip-shaped air bags, and the use efficiency and the application range of the clamp are greatly improved.

When the self-attaching curved surface positioning flexible clamp is used, a user places a workpiece with a curved surface between the fixed block 11 and the sliding block 111, and then manually rotates the rocker to drive the screw rod 21 to rotate; the screw 21 rotates to drive the sliding plate to slide, so that the sliding block 111 is driven to move; along with the movement of the sliding block 111, the telescopic bag 12 on the fixed block 11 and the telescopic bag 12 of the sliding block 111 gradually contact with the curved surface of the workpiece until the telescopic bag 12 fits and clamps the two sides of the workpiece, so that the function of automatic fitting and positioning is achieved; as the bellows 12 contracts, the gas inside the bellows 12 is gradually pressed into the gas storage cavity, so that the piston moves; when the push plate 32 is limited by the limiting block, the telescopic bag 12 does not shrink any more, and the workpiece is clamped at the moment, so that the function of automatically clamping a curved surface is achieved; at the moment, one side of the workpiece is limited by the baffle plate 22, so that a user can cut and process the workpiece from the other side; after the workpiece is machined, the user reversely rotates the rocker to withdraw the workpiece, and manually presses the push plate 32 to reset the bellows 12 so as to clamp the workpiece again.
As shown in fig. 1, a suction cup 121 made of a rubber material is disposed at a closed end of the bellows 12, and a suction direction of the suction cup 121 coincides with an expansion and contraction direction of the bellows 12. When the bellows 12 is attached to a workpiece, the suction cup 121 can be attracted to the side surface of the workpiece to increase the friction force, thereby further improving the firmness of the workpiece during clamping.
As shown in fig. 3, a tension spring is arranged on the push plate 32, one end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the push plate 32, and the other end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the gas storage cavity. When the user withdraws from the workpiece, the tension spring can drive the push plate 32 to reset, so that the telescopic bag 12 is reset quickly, and the workpiece clamping efficiency is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a coolant is provided inside the bellows 12 and the gas storage chamber, and the coolant is a machining coolant. The cooling liquid can further enhance the stability of workpiece clamping, and can absorb the heat generated during the processing of the workpiece, thereby further improving the processing quality of the workpiece.
