when demolising old and useless building, the reinforcing bar in the wall body is along with the pouring of building condition such as crooked take place easily, goes on when carrying out recycle to the reinforcing bar, for its later stage transportation, deposit and reuse, need straighten crooked reinforcing bar, and then use and straighten the device, the device is straightened to current reinforcing bar nevertheless has following problem when using:
when carrying out recycle to the construction steel bar, because the reinforcing bar can contact with the air when using, its surface is easy to oxidize and rusts, and the existence of rust stain can influence follow-up depositing and using, and then need carry out the rust cleaning operation to the reinforcing bar when flare-outing, and simultaneously, the diameter that uses the reinforcing bar is also different in the different buildings, when flare-outing the operation through the device of flare-outing to the reinforcing bar, needs to be applicable to the reinforcing bar of not using the diameter specification and straightens the operation.
Aiming at the problems, innovative design is urgently needed on the basis of the original steel bar straightening device.

The invention aims to provide a straightening device with a rust removing function for recycling construction steel bars, which aims to solve the problems that the existing steel bar straightening device provided by the background technology needs to perform rust removing operation on the steel bars during straightening and is suitable for straightening operation of the steel bars without diameter specifications.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a straightening device with a rust removing function for recycling construction steel bars comprises a workbench, a spray head and a motor, wherein a rust removing frame is fixed at the edge of the top of the workbench through bolts, an acid cleaning chamber and a cleaning chamber are respectively arranged in the rust removing frame from left to right, water tanks are respectively fixed at the tops of the acid cleaning chamber and the cleaning chamber through bolts, a bottom pump of each water tank is connected with the spray head, the spray head is positioned at the inner sides of the tops of the acid cleaning chamber and the cleaning chamber, a guide sleeve is connected to the side of the rust removing frame through a shaft, a cleaning rod is welded at one end of the guide sleeve and positioned in the cleaning chamber, a steel wire brush is bonded at the inner side of the cleaning rod, the motor is installed at the inner side of the top of the workbench in an embedded mode, the output end of the motor is connected with a first screw rod, the first screw rod is connected in a movable groove through a shaft, the movable groove is formed in the upper end of the workbench, the inner side of the top of the fixing ring is provided with a fixing sleeve in a penetrating manner, a fixing rod penetrates through the top edge of the fixing sleeve in a threaded manner, one end of the fixing rod is bonded with a rubber head, the rubber head is located in the fixing sleeve, the outer side of the fixing sleeve is sleeved with a guide ring, the guide ring is located in a guide groove, the guide groove is arranged on the inner side of the top of the fixing ring, a first tooth block is integrally arranged on the outer side of the fixing sleeve and located on one side of the guide ring, a limiting ring is fixed on the top of the workbench through a bolt, a tooth ring is installed in the limiting ring in an embedded manner, the limiting ring is located between the derusting frame and the fixing ring, a handle is welded on the outer side of the tooth ring, one end of the handle is located on the outer side of the top of the limiting ring, a third tooth roller is connected to the embedded shaft of the limiting ring, the, and second screw rod hub connection is in the spacing inslot to the spacing groove is seted up on the inner wall of spacing ring, threaded sleeve is equipped with the fixed strip on the second screw rod, and the bottom welding of fixed strip has the double-layered roller.
Preferably, the cleaning rods are symmetrically distributed around the guide sleeve, the cross section of each cleaning rod is designed to be of an arc-shaped structure, and the guide sleeve is in transmission connection with the first screw rod through a belt.

The working principle is as follows: when the straightening device with the rust removing function for recovering the construction steel bar is used, as shown in figure 1, the steel bar to be straightened sequentially passes through the pickling chamber 3 and the cleaning chamber 4 in the rust removing frame 2, then passes through the limiting ring 25 and then passes through the inside of the fixing sleeve 14 in the fixing ring 13, as shown in figures 1 and 6-7, the fixing rod 15 on the fixing sleeve 14 is manually rotated, the fixing rod 15 is connected with the fixing sleeve 14 through the thread between the fixing rod 15 and the fixing sleeve 14, so that the fixing rod 15 drives the rubber head 16 to move inwards and contact with the steel bar, one end of the steel bar is fixed in the fixing sleeve 14 through 2 groups of the fixing rods 15 and the rubber head 16, as shown in figures 1 and 5-6, the motor 10 on the worktable 1 is started, the motor 10 drives the first screw rod 11 to rotate in the movable groove 12, the fixing ring 13 is driven to slide in the movable groove 12 through the first screw rod 11, and the fixing ring 14 in the fixing, the rust on the steel bar is dissolved and derusted by the pickling solution sprayed by the water tank 5 and the spray nozzle 6 on the pickling chamber 3, then the dissolved matters remained on the steel bar are washed by the water sprayed by the water tank 5 and the spray nozzle 6 on the cleaning chamber 4, and the dissolved matters are brushed down by the steel brush 9 on the cleaning rod 8 at one end of the guide sleeve 7, the first screw 11 drives the guide sleeve 7 to rotate through the belt 24, so as to drive the cleaning rod 8 and the steel brush 9 to rotate, so as to clean the steel bar comprehensively, the pickling and cleaning water drops to the water pools reserved at the bottoms of the pickling chamber 3 and the cleaning chamber 4 to be collected, meanwhile, as shown in the figure 2-4, when the steel bar is forced to move in the limiting ring 25, the steel bar can be limited by 4 clamping rollers 32 in the moving process, so that the steel bar can be straightened in the moving process, for the straightening operation suitable for the steel bars with different diameters, the handle 27 on the limiting ring 25 can, the handle 27 drives the toothed ring 26 to rotate in the limiting ring 25, the toothed ring 26 is in meshing contact with the 4 third toothed rollers 28 to drive the 4 third toothed rollers 28 to synchronously contact, the third toothed rollers 28 are in bevel gear transmission with the second screw 29, the 4 second screw 29 can be driven to synchronously rotate in the limiting groove 30, and then the fixing strip 31 in threaded connection with the second screw 29 is driven to slide in the limiting groove 30, the positions of the 4 clamping rollers 32 at one end of the fixing strip 31 are adjusted, and limiting straightening operation is performed on reinforcing steel bars of different specifications;
next, as shown in fig. 1 and 6 to 9, when the fixed ring 13 is horizontally moved in the movable groove 12, the second tooth roller 21 outside the fixed ring 13 is meshed and contacted with the second tooth block 22 on the bottom plate 23 to drive the second tooth roller 21 to synchronously rotate, the second tooth roller 21 drives the first tooth roller 20 in the fixed ring 13 to rotate through bevel gear transmission, the first tooth roller 20 is meshed and contacted with the first tooth block 19 on the fixed sleeve 14 to drive the fixed sleeve 14 to rotate in the fixed ring 13, at the same time, the guide ring 17 on the fixing sleeve 14 rotates along with the guide groove 18, so that the stable rotation of the fixing sleeve 14 is kept, so that the reinforcing steel bar can synchronously rotate while moving horizontally, the uniform acid washing and cleaning are convenient to be carried out, simultaneously through the screw thread direction of adjustment first screw rod 11, can realize the reverse rotation of reinforcing bar and guide pin bushing 7, increase the frictional force of wire brush 9 and reinforcing bar, improve the clearance effect.
