Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于为纹身机供电的可再充电电池系统。更具体地,本发明涉及一种紧凑的可再充电电池系统,其具有用于纹身机的电压控制器和可变的安装构造。
背景技术
纹身机通常由市电供电,并通常要有很长的电线。也可以找到使用电池作为电源的纹身机,其中电池通过延伸至纹身机的电源线固定(绑)在纹身师的手臂上。在许多情况下,现有技术中,电池与纹身机的连接并不牢固,在使用过程中容易旋转,甚至可能断开连接。此外,绑在手臂上的电池可能很累赘,因为纹身师手臂上的电池重量很容易带来麻烦,还会影响纹身师的灵活度和技巧。特别是在长时间纹身过程中,电池可能会变热。虽然确实存在用于纹身机的带有“速度”控制的可充电电池,但是机器的执行通常会导致不准确的供电控制,不适用于无刷直流电机,并且笨拙的电池“摆锤”压在机器的一端,使得相对的纹身端更加难精确控制。
本领域中需要的是一种用于纹身机的紧凑轻巧的可充电电池,具有多个可调节的纹身机至电池的接口可能性,以适应纹身师的重量和平衡偏好,并提供易于查看的、有关电池健康、电压设置及调节模式的一个或多个状态指示。
发明内容
本发明是用于纹身机的紧凑型电池和电源控制器。本发明包括一种电池系统,允许电池通过各种内部容纳的磁性连接适配器直接连接至纹身机,并提供易于查看的状态和电池健康状况,以及0.01V为增量的电压调整,该电压调整通过使用通过旋转调节旋钮致动的升压电路或电压调节器/电位计电路来完成。

具体实施方式
关于图1-7:示出了根据本发明的示例性紧凑型电池电源装置。该设备包括壳体15、显示器5、电源开关4、调节旋钮2、屏幕显示切换开关3、电池盒盖1以及带有用于插入磁性纹身机连接器的插入腔的安装面6。
显示器5可以向纹身师显示以下信息中的任何一个或多个:1.电池寿命(以时间、伏特、安培、百分比等示出);2.操作期间电池单元的温度;3.电流消耗;4.操作状态(开/关/待机/充电/充满电/等)。参见图22-24。当然,根据设计偏好,也可以显示其他可能有用的信息。在一些实施例中,显示器5可能是触敏显示器,从而允许一定程度的显示和/或操作模式可配置性。在所示的实施例中,控制按钮3在预设信息寄存面板之间切换显示屏幕,并针对左手操作显示和右手操作显示翻转屏幕。参见图23。
在所示的实施例中,屏幕切换按钮3按以下顺序操作:触摸1开启主屏幕5。触摸2允许在单元15仍为机器供电的同时关闭屏幕5。这使用户可以选择在使用时保持屏幕关闭或打开。触摸3允许用户在摄氏温度和华氏温度之间切换电源温度读数的单位。触摸4允许用户存储多达2个预设电压(无论他们要执行的任务的最佳运行速度如何)。触摸5允许用户清除他们已存储的预设电压。触摸6允许用户将屏幕视角翻转180度。这样一来,本机可以方便惯用右手或惯用左手的用户使用,并且屏幕始终面向给定用户的正确阅读方向。
顾名思义,电源开关4将电池从启用状态切换至停用状态。通过图2所示的旋转电位计8或图21所示的升压电路的作用,调节旋钮2可用于在0至12伏之间以0.01伏的微调增量在电池中选择不同的电压/电流设置。
安装面6为安装磁性连接接口适配器提供了结构,以将电池电源单元15与纹身机的电源端接合,或与任何必要的适配器接合,以将纹身机设置为与示出的装置15的内部磁性连接器6对接。选择使用的纹身机首先配备有适当的适配器(RCA型、音管式、DC型、夹子线型等),然后将装置15与如此配备的纹身机接合。
如图8所示,公RCA电源连接器70具有与磁性型连接器74相对的公RCA端72,该磁性型连接器74适配在电池电源壳体15的安装面6中,并与安装面6内的电磁导体接触。公RCA电源连接器70可以是可移除的“插头”,并且可以在配备有RCA型电源和控制接口的其他纹身机之间来回转移。例如,图12所示的纹身机50。安装面插入腔6提供了用于电源连接器70至电池系统的结构连接点。即,安装面6插入腔操作以物理地“容纳”电源连接器70,该电源连接器进而物理地附接至纹身机(未示出)。在该示例中,电源连接器70提供至纹身机的电连接和物理连接。在一些实施例中,电连接和物理连接能力可以通过不同的结构来实现。
例如,在图9中,显示了一个3.5毫米音管式电源连接器80,其具有与磁性型连接器84相对的、延伸的母音管式端82,该磁性型连接器84适配在电池壳体15的安装面6中,并与安装面6中的电磁导体接触。音管式电源连接器80可以是可移除的“插头”,并且可以在其他配备有音管式电源和控制接口的纹身机之间来回转移。例如,图14所示的纹身机52和图16所示的纹身机54。安装面插入腔6提供了用于将电源连接器80连接至电池系统的结构连接点。即,安装面6插入腔操作以物理地“容纳”电源连接器80,该电源连接器进而物理地附接至纹身机(未示出)。在该示例中,电源连接器80提供至纹身机的电连接和物理连接。
在另一个示例中,图10示出了DC型适配器90。适配器90具有与磁性型连接器94相对的公DC端92,该磁性型连接器94适配在电池壳体15的安装面6中,并且与安装面6中的电磁导体接触。公DC电源连接器90可以是可移除的“插头”,并且可以在其他配备有DC型电源和控制接口的纹身机之间来回转移。安装面插入腔6提供了用于电源连接器90至电池系统的结构连接点。即,安装面6插入腔操作以物理地“容纳”电源连接器90,该电源连接器进而物理地附接至纹身机(未示出)。在该示例中,电源连接器90提供至纹身机的电连接和物理连接。
作为进一步的非限制性示例,“夹子”或“支柱”型适配器100可以将电池固定至纹身机,而通过单独的夹子线连接来提供电连接,如图11、17和18所示。将夹线适配器100附接至如图18所示的、暴露线圈和磁铁的纹身机上,然后将电源15通过插入单元15的腔6中而附接至磁性连接器104。根据设计偏好的其他修改和改变应理解为在本公开的范围内,例如双线型、单线型(具有极性)、巴伦型(balun-type)等。这种灵活性使示例性电池系统可以连接行业中几乎所有不同类型的纹身机。并且,如果配置有可变的电源输出能力(使用调节旋钮2),则示例性电池系统可以针对具有不同电压要求的各种纹身机提供兼容性的增强范围。纹身师仅需要为所需的电源连接器安装正确的安装接口适配器。或者,将适当的电源连接器插入至安装接口腔6中。这允许示例性电池系统易于与不同类型的机器一起使用。
该系统还能够提供可以由纹身师选择的不同电压。例如,纹身师可以从0到12伏之间以0.01伏为增量进行选择。该示例性系统的紧凑性使得单元重量小于1.3盎司,同时仍提供长达8小时的使用时间。此外,如果显示器5的光线令人困扰,则将显示器5设置为关闭(或降低亮度)。此外,显示器5被配置为翻转(或旋转)以供惯用左手的用户容易地阅读。参见图22-24。
图19和20示出了与装置壳体15分离的可拆卸电池盖1和附着的电池20、电池组21。具体地,图20示出了电池组21插入至壳体电池腔22中。电池20可能包括例如总计为12-14V的可再充电锂离子类型的电池,其具有常规已知的充电接口,即USB接口、微型USB接口等。替代地,电池可以是一种通用电池类型,在电池腔被配备成容纳这样的电池的情况下,该电池可以被移除、充电和更换至电池内腔22中,而电池室内腔22的盖1仅作为盖子。电池的可拆卸性(无论是与盖子结合成一个单元,或作为一个单独的电池单元)都可以消除电池寿命对单元15的使用所产生的限制。可以单独获得附加的电池或电池组,从而延长单元15的使用寿命。

Claims (6)
1.纹身电池装置,包括:
具有电源端的纹身机;
电池壳体,具有纹身机电源连接器端和电池腔,所述电池腔位于所述电池壳体内,并且所述纹身机电源连接器端包括具有向外延伸部的安装接口;
位于所述电池壳体内部的可充电电池;
显示屏,显示电池信息;
调节旋钮,接收用于选择电池输出的用户输入;
其中,所述纹身机电源连接器端的安装接口具有内部安装面和由所述向外延伸部形成的插入腔,所述插入腔适于接收位于所述纹身机电源连接器端处的纹身机电源连接器的至少一部分,所述内部安装面根据用户通过所述调节旋钮的输入,使得所述可充电电池直接通过所述内部安装面连接到所述纹身机电源连接器,从而将电池电能释放到所述纹身机电源连接器;以及
其中,所述纹身机电源连接器端的安装接口设置有用于磁性联接所述电池壳体到纹身机的磁性连接器。
