In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the wiring connection assembly 4 includes an elevating platform 41, a fixed plate 42 and a movable plate 43 are disposed on the elevating platform 41, the fixed plate 42 is fixed on the elevating platform 41, the movable plate 43 is connected to a second driving mechanism 44 and can linearly move toward or away from the fixed plate 42, and both the elevating platform 41 and the second driving mechanism 44 are electrically connected to the controller; the wire clamp 300 comprises two hinged clamping blocks 310, the clamping blocks 310 are provided with a first end 320 and a second end 330 which are oppositely arranged, a torsion spring is arranged between the clamping blocks 310 and drives the first end 320 to be close to clamp the metal wire core 210 all the time, and the outer side of the second end 330 is respectively abutted against the inner side wall of the fixing plate 42 and the inner side wall of the movable plate 43.
Specifically, the inner side surface of the first end 320 is provided with arc-shaped clamping plates 340, and the two clamping plates 340 can clamp the metal wire core 210. Since the cross-sectional structure of the metal wire core 210 is mostly circular or similar to a circle, the arc-shaped clamping plate 340 can increase the contact area of the clip 300 with the metal wire core 210.
The grip width of the clip 300 is greater than 3 times the diameter of the metal wire core 210. This design can ensure that the wire clamp 300 has sufficient contact area to contact the metal wire core 210 after clamping the metal wire core 210.
In one embodiment, a temporary stand is installed at the bottom of the equipment on one side of the lightning arrester 400, and the temporary counter 100 is placed on the temporary stand. The temporary support is arranged, the temporary counter 100 can be supported, the temporary counter 100 is prevented from directly contacting the ground, and the probability that the temporary counter 100 is damaged is reduced.
In this embodiment, the temporary counter 100 is protected from rain and theft. The service life of the temporary counter 100 can be prolonged by setting rainproof protection, and the normal power-off maintenance time of the equipment is not determined, so that the temporary counter 100 can be ensured to be used for the normal power-off maintenance of the equipment; since the temporary counter 100 is adjacent to the ground, the anti-theft protection can avoid malicious removal of the temporary counter 100, and ensure that the monitoring operation of the lightning arrester 400 can be performed normally.
The rain-proof protection and the anti-theft protection can be arranged as one component, namely, a box which is fixed on the temporary support and can be locked is fixed on the temporary support, and a transparent window can be arranged on the box cover of the box, so that data on the temporary counter 100 can be seen.

Claims (10)

1. A method for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S10, providing a lifting seat, wherein the top of the lifting seat is provided with a fixing component, a peeling component and a wiring component;
step S20, connecting a conductive wire clamp at the end of the cable of the temporary counter;
step S30, placing the wire clamp on the wiring assembly;
step S40, lifting the lifting seat from the initial position to the working position;
step S50, fixing the fixing component on a section of cable of the working counter on the lightning arrester;
step S60, enabling the peeling assembly to peel the fixed section of the cable to expose the metal wire core in the cable;
step S70, the wire connection assembly enables the wire clamp to be clamped on the metal wire core;
step S80, separating the fixing component from the cable of the work counter, and then lowering the lifting seat to an initial position;
and step S90, when the equipment in the area where the lightning arrester is located is normally powered off for maintenance, the temporary counter and the damaged working counter are disassembled, and a normal working counter is replaced again.
2. The method for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester according to claim 1, wherein the step S50 is specifically:
the fixed assembly comprises a fixed chuck and a movable chuck, and after the fixed chuck and the movable chuck clamp the cable, the movable chuck moves towards one side far away from the fixed chuck until the fixed section of the cable between the fixed chuck and the movable chuck is straightened.
3. The method for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester according to claim 1, further comprising a step S100 of installing a temporary support on a bottom of the equipment on a side of the lightning arrester, and placing the temporary counter on the temporary support.
4. A method for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester according to claim 3, characterized in that the temporary counter is protected against rain and theft.
5. The method for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester according to claim 2, characterized in that the movable jaw is moved 1cm to 3cm towards the fixed jaw after the fixed segment is peeled off.
6. The method for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the gripping width of the wire clip is more than 3 times the diameter of the metal wire core.
7. A device for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester, comprising:
a lifting seat is arranged on the base body,
the fixing assembly is arranged at the top of the lifting seat and can fix the cable so as to form a section of fixing section on the cable;
the peeling assembly is arranged at the top of the lifting seat and positioned on one side of the fixing assembly, and can peel the fixing section to expose the metal wire core inside;
the wire connection assembly is arranged at the top of the lifting seat, the wire connection assembly is spaced from the fixing assembly and the peeling assembly, and the wire connection assembly can extrude a wire clamp on the temporary counter to clamp the metal wire core;
the controller is arranged on the lifting seat and can control the lifting seat to lift, and the controller is further electrically connected with the fixing assembly, the peeling assembly and the wiring assembly.

The apparatus for replacing a counter on a lightning arrester according to claim 7, wherein the fixed assembly comprises a fixed collet and a movable collet, the fixed collet and the movable collet are capable of gripping the cable, the movable collet is connected to a first driving mechanism, the first driving mechanism is capable of driving the movable collet to move linearly relative to the fixed collet, and the first driving mechanism is electrically connected to the controller.
