When the cutting mechanism 14 is actuated, the pressing cylinder 142 drives the pressing plate 141 to move downward, the first positioning hole 1411 and the second positioning hole 1412 on the pressing plate 141 are respectively matched with the first positioning element 1224 and the second positioning element 1225, the pressing plate 141 presses the pin row on the cutting base 121, then the cutting cylinder 144 pushes the cutting guide plate 146 to move downward, so that the cutting pressing block 148 presses the left end of the pin row, and the cutter 147 continuously moves downward to cut the pin row.
The cutting support mechanism 12, the cutting limit mechanism 13 and the cutting mechanism 14 are mutually matched, so that the problems that the pin row is difficult to position and the pin row is difficult to cut are solved, and the traditional pin row positioning mechanism cannot position the pin row and does not have the function of cutting the pin row due to the fact that metal pins on the pin row are bent on a vertical plane. The position of the limiting guide block 134 can be accurately adjusted by the limiting cylinder 136, so that the tail of the metal pin can be just dropped into the second positioning element 1225 while the tail of the metal pin can be supported by the movable support plate 123, and the head of the metal pin is dropped into the first positioning element 1224, thereby completing the positioning of the metal pin. The pressing plate 141 presses the lead row against the cutting base 121 when the lead row is cut, and prevents the cut lead row from falling off.
As shown in fig. 7, the breaking mechanism 15 includes a breaking frame 151, a breaking positioning cylinder 152, a breaking positioning table 153, an adapter plate 154, a main support plate 155, a sub support plate 1551, a breaking driving cylinder 1552, a cylinder connecting block 1553, a vertical push rod 1554, a rack 1555, a breaking guide bar 1556, a gear 1557, a rotating shaft 1558, a breaking element 1559, a breaking clamping cylinder 156, a clamping bracket 157, a clamping slide 158, and an adjusting cylinder 159. The rear part of the breaking frame 151 is provided with an adapter plate 154, a main support plate 155 is fixed on the adapter plate 154, a vertical sliding groove is formed in the main support plate 155, a sub support plate 1551 is fixedly installed at the rear part of the main support plate 155, the sub support plate 1551 is L-shaped, a breaking driving cylinder 1552 is installed at the upper part of the sub support plate 1551, the lower output end of the breaking driving cylinder 1552 is transversely connected with a cylinder connecting block 1553, the cylinder connecting block 1553 is connected to the lower part of a vertical push rod 1554, the vertical push rod 1554 is slidably installed in the sliding groove of the main support plate 155, a rack 1555 is fixedly connected to the upper part of the vertical push rod 1554, the top part of the rack 1555 is connected with a breaking guide rod 1556, the rack 1555 is meshed with a gear 1557, the gear 1557 is installed on a rotating shaft 1558, the rotating shaft 1558 is installed at the top part of the main support plate 155, a plurality of breaking elements 1559 are installed on the rotating shaft 1558, the end parts of the breaking elements are used for pressing metal pins, and the breaking elements 1559 are arranged in a staggered mode with positioning heads 1531. One side of the break-off element 1559 is provided with a break-off clamp cylinder 156, the break-off clamp cylinder 156 is used for clamping the metal material strip during breaking, the break-off clamp cylinder 156 is mounted on a clamp bracket 157, the clamp bracket 157 is slidably mounted on a clamp slide rail 158, the clamp slide rail 158 is arranged on the bottom plate, and one end of the clamp bracket 157 is connected to the output end of the adjusting cylinder 159.
When the breaking mechanism 15 acts, the material moving cylinder 127 moves the breaking base 121 and the upper pin feeding unit thereof to the front part of the breaking mechanism 15, the breaking positioning cylinder 152 adjusts the height of the breaking positioning table 153 to position the metal material strip supporting plate 125 through the positioning head 1531, and then the adjusting cylinder 159 adjusts the position of the breaking clamping cylinder 156 to enable the breaking clamping cylinder 156 to just clamp the metal material strip; after the metal material strip is clamped, the breaking driving cylinder 1552 pulls the cylinder connecting block 1553 to move upwards, the cylinder connecting block 1553 drives the vertical push rod 1554 to slide upwards, the rack 1555 moves upwards under the action of the vertical push rod 1554, the gear 1557 rotates, the gear 1557 drives the rotating shaft 1558 to rotate, the rotating shaft 1558 drives the breaking element 1559 to rotate downwards, the end part of the breaking element 1559 is pressed on the metal pin, and the metal pin is broken from the metal material strip.
