Abstract

Background
The core plate is formed by compounding, cutting and compacting a plurality of layers of panels, the two sides of the core plate are uneven after the core plate is pulled open into a honeycomb core, the honeycomb core cannot be completely covered by the panels after the glued honeycomb core is compounded with the panels, and glue on the honeycomb core can be stained on parts such as a conveyor belt, a hot plate and the like, so that the normal operation of equipment is hindered, the glue can corrode the equipment, and the service life of the equipment is influenced; because the two sides of the honeycomb core are uneven, at least one centimeter is reserved for the panel compounded with the honeycomb core to prevent the panel and the honeycomb core of the formed honeycomb plate from not being completely covered, after the panel and the honeycomb core are compounded into the honeycomb plate, redundant parts on the two sides need to be cut off, the more the cut-off parts are, the more the generated waste is, the larger the paper consumption is, and the higher the cost of the honeycomb plate is.

Referring to fig. 1, illustrating a first method for producing a honeycomb panel, the method comprises the following processing steps:
A. the core plate is pulled open to form a honeycomb core, and one surface of the honeycomb core and the first panel 4 are compounded to form a single-surface honeycomb plate 7;
B. trimming the single-sided honeycomb plate 7, wherein the trimming is to cut redundant waste edges on two sides of the single-sided honeycomb plate 7 and the unmatched part of the honeycomb core and the first panel to enable the width of the single-sided honeycomb plate 7 to be consistent with the preset width;
C. the side of the trimmed single-sided honeycomb plate 7, which is not covered with a panel, and the second panel 5 are compounded into a honeycomb plate 6, the width of the second panel 5 is matched with the width of the trimmed single-sided honeycomb plate 6, and when the second panel 5 and the single-sided honeycomb plate 7 are compounded, the second panel 5 is aligned to the left and the right.
The width of the core board can be changed in the pulling process of the core board, if the tensile strength is changed, the width of the pulled honeycomb core is unstable, if the honeycomb core is trimmed before being compounded with the first panel, when the tensile strength is changed or the pore diameters of front and rear honeycombs are changed, the left side and the right side of the honeycomb core are still uneven, although the difference range is small, the left side and the right side of the honeycomb core are still flawed, and the two side ends of the compounded honeycomb panel are also uneven; after the honeycomb core and the first panel are compounded into the single-sided honeycomb plate, the width of the honeycomb core is stable and cannot be changed, two sides of the single-sided honeycomb plate after trimming are flat, the width is stable and cannot be changed, therefore, when the second panel is selected, the second panel with the width consistent with that of the single-sided honeycomb plate is adopted, and the second panel is aligned with the single-sided honeycomb plate in the left-right direction and completely matched during compounding, so that secondary trimming is not needed, namely, the width of the formed honeycomb plate is consistent with that of the single-sided honeycomb plate after trimming, and only the first panel and the honeycomb core are cut, so that the using amount of the second panel is reduced, and the production cost of the honeycomb plate is reduced. If the manufacturer has extremely high requirements on the flatness of the two sides of the honeycomb plate, the molded honeycomb plate can be secondarily trimmed, and the width of the honeycomb core and the width of the panel are reserved to be 1 mm or even narrower under the condition.
Before the honeycomb core, the first panel and the second panel are compounded, glue is required to be coated, and the glue coating also has multiple means, namely two means are listed below:
in the first embodiment, the honeycomb core or the first panel is coated with glue, and the problems of large glue consumption, high water content and low drying efficiency exist due to the large area of the first panel, so that the honeycomb core is more favorably coated with glue, the problem of glue hanging under the upper end surface of the honeycomb core can occur when the upper end surface of the honeycomb core is coated with glue, and the honeycomb core is optimally coated with glue and then compounded with the first panel into the single-sided honeycomb panel; turning over the single-sided honeycomb plate to enable the end face, which is not covered with the panel, to face downwards, and then trimming the single-sided honeycomb plate, or turning over the single-sided honeycomb plate after trimming to enable the end face, which is not covered with the panel, of the single-sided honeycomb plate to face downwards; the method comprises the steps of trimming a single-sided honeycomb plate, gluing the end face, which is not covered with a panel and is arranged downwards, of the single-sided honeycomb plate before the trimmed single-sided honeycomb plate is compounded with a second panel, and finally compounding the single-sided honeycomb plate and the second panel into a honeycomb plate, wherein the two sides of the honeycomb core are glued by adopting lower gluing, so that glue is prevented from entering honeycomb holes, the using amount of the honeycomb core can be reduced, the water content of the honeycomb plate is reduced, and the burden of a drying process is reduced.
In the second embodiment, after the glue is applied to the upper end face of the core plate, the core plate is pulled open to form the honeycomb core, the upper end face of the honeycomb core is compounded with the first panel, that is, the core plate is coated with the glue in a compacted state, in this case, the glue does not enter the honeycomb holes, and the single-sided honeycomb plate does not need to be turned over, so that the turning-over process is reduced, the glue consumption is small, the water content is low, and the production cost is low.
Referring to fig. 2, the second example, the method for producing the honeycomb panel includes the following processing steps:
a: trimming at the honeycomb core stage; the honeycomb core stage trimming treatment is one of the following three types: firstly, trimming two sides of a core plate and then pulling the core plate apart to form a honeycomb core; secondly, trimming two sides of the core plate after the core plate is pulled apart into the honeycomb core 1; thirdly, trimming the core plate in the process of pulling the core plate apart into the honeycomb core. The trimming treatment is to cut off irregular rim charge on two sides of the core plate or the honeycomb core to ensure that the widths of the core plate and the pulled honeycomb core are consistent with a preset width; because the honeycomb core is trimmed before compounding, the tensile rate is ensured to be stable in the advancing process of the core plate and the honeycomb core, the aperture of the honeycomb is consistent, the width of the pulled honeycomb core is stable, and the two side ends are flat.
The invention is to control the traction speed of the trimmed honeycomb core 1 to keep the tensile rate of the honeycomb core stable, the honeycomb core is provided with a detection mechanism for monitoring the width of the honeycomb core on a traction path, the detection mechanism and the traction mechanism for pulling the honeycomb core to move are both connected with an electric controller, the traction mechanism can adopt a traction roller or a transmission belt, the detection mechanism comprises a position sensor, the position sensor detects the positions of both sides of the honeycomb core, when the side edge of the honeycomb core is in a monitoring range, the traction mechanism keeps the traction speed, when the side edge of the honeycomb core is not in the monitoring range, the electric controller sends an instruction to the traction mechanism according to the detected information, if the honeycomb core is too narrow and the tensile rate is too large, the traction speed is reduced, otherwise, if the honeycomb core is too wide, the tensile rate is too small and the traction speed needs to be accelerated, the tensile rate of the honeycomb core is controlled in such a way, so that the composite material is kept stable; the position sensor can be an infrared sensor.
The processing speed of the core board processing and the honeycomb board processing is different at present, in order to improve the efficiency, the core board processing and the honeycomb board processing are separated and independently processed, the continuous core boards are processed and formed and then are overlapped up and down to form a pile, the core boards 9 are stored in a centralized manner and taken out when in use, after the core boards 9 are pulled open to form the honeycomb core 1, the overlapped turning part 10 cannot be completely pulled open, therefore, the width of the part is wider than that of other pulling parts, the two sides of the pulled honeycomb core are provided with convex parts, therefore, the second scheme is best, after the core boards are pulled open to form the honeycomb core, the two sides are trimmed, the incompletely pulled parts are cut off when trimming is carried out, and the two sides of the honeycomb core are smooth.

The honeycomb plate is formed, the trimmed honeycomb core 2, the panel I4 and the panel II are compounded into the honeycomb plate 6, the width of the panel I and the width of the panel II are matched with the width of the trimmed honeycomb core, and when the panel I4 and the panel II 5 are compounded, the panel I4 and the panel II 5 are aligned with the trimmed honeycomb core 2 left and right and are completely matched, so that secondary trimming is not needed, namely the width of the formed honeycomb plate 6 is consistent with the width of the trimmed honeycomb core 2, only the honeycomb core part is cut, the using amount of the panel I and the panel II is reduced, and the production cost of the honeycomb plate is greatly reduced. Similarly, secondary trimming treatment can be selected after the honeycomb panel is formed according to requirements.
The trimmed honeycomb core can be compounded with a panel I and a panel II by adopting different schemes, wherein the following scheme is that:

Example four: and (3) separately compounding, compounding and drying the honeycomb core and the panel I to form a single-sided honeycomb plate, and compounding the other side of the single-sided honeycomb plate and the panel II to form the honeycomb plate. The gluing of the honeycomb core with the first face plate and the second face plate before the compounding is referred to as the first embodiment, and the complaint is not repeated here.
The invention is not only suitable for processing the honeycomb paperboard, but also suitable for processing honeycomb plates made of different materials such as honeycomb aluminum plates, honeycomb plastic plates and the like.

B. forming a honeycomb plate, compounding the trimmed honeycomb core with a first panel and a second panel to form the honeycomb plate, wherein the widths of the first panel and the second panel are matched with the width of the trimmed honeycomb core; or the side of the trimmed single-sided honeycomb plate, which is not covered with the panel, and a second panel are compounded into the honeycomb plate, and the width of the second panel is matched with that of the trimmed single-sided honeycomb plate.
