As shown in fig. 1 to 12 (the outer shell of the outer side of the bedframe is omitted in fig. 9 and 10, and the detachable hip plate and the drain bucket on the hip plate are also omitted in fig. 9).
The multifunctional nursing bed comprises a bed frame 1000, a bed board mechanism 2000, a turning-over mechanism, a back lifting mechanism, an anti-slip mechanism, a thigh supporting mechanism, a defecation mechanism and a moving mechanism.
The bedstead 1000 is a frame structure, the bedstead 1000 is in a cuboid shape, the upper end face frame of the bedstead 1000 can support the bed board mechanism 2000, the side wall of the bedstead 1000 is wrapped with an attractive stainless steel shell 1100, and four foot pads 1300 are distributed at the bottom of the frame structure of the bedstead 1000 in a rectangular shape.
A deck mechanism 2000 is supported on the bed frame 1000, and the deck mechanism 2000 includes a head pillow 2600, a back plate 2300, a waist plate 2200, a hip plate 2100, a leg plate 2400, and a foot plate 2500.

the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod 3410 and a second connecting rod 3420, wherein the upper end of the first connecting rod 3410 is welded on the lower end surface of the foot supporting plate 2500, the lower end of the first connecting rod 3410 is hinged with one end of the second connecting rod 3420, the other end of the second connecting rod 3420 is hinged with the bed frame 1000, the electric push rod 3300 for legs is hinged on the bed frame 1000, and the push rod end part of the electric push rod 3300 for legs is hinged with the middle part of the second connecting rod 3420;
The waist and abdomen adjusting component comprises a waist and abdomen adjusting electric push rod 3610, the waist and abdomen adjusting electric push rod 3610 is fixed in the bed frame 1000, the push rod end of the waist and abdomen adjusting electric push rod 3610 is aligned to the waist supporting plate 2200, and an adjusting notch 1400 for the limited angle swing of the waist supporting plate 2200 is formed in the position of the bed frame 1000 corresponding to the waist supporting plate 2200.

The two ends of the left turning sliding connecting rod 4130 are respectively and fixedly connected to a left turning arm of a push plate assembly corresponding to the waist supporting plate 2200 and the back supporting plate 2300, the lower end of the left turning electric push rod 4110 is connected with the bedstead 1000, and the push rod end of the left turning electric push rod 4110 is hinged with the middle part of the left turning sliding connecting rod 4130.
Similarly, two ends of a right turn-over sliding connecting rod (not shown in the figure) are respectively and fixedly connected to a right turn-over arm of a push plate assembly corresponding to the waist supporting plate 2200 and the back supporting plate 2300, the lower end of a right turn-over electric push rod 4120 is connected with the bedstead 1000, and the push rod end of the right turn-over electric push rod 4120 is hinged with the middle part of the right turn-over sliding connecting rod.
The lower limb overturning assembly comprises a left lower limb overturning plate 4510, a right lower limb overturning plate 4520, a left lower limb overturning arm 4530 and a right lower limb overturning arm 4540, wherein the left lower limb overturning plate 4510 is positioned between a buttock supporting plate 2100 and a leg supporting plate 2400 of the bed board mechanism, and the left lower limb overturning plate 4510 is hinged with the bed frame 1000;
The right lower limb overturning plate 4520 is also positioned between the hip supporting plate 2100 and the leg supporting plate 2400 of the bed board mechanism, the right lower limb overturning plate 4520 is hinged with the bed frame 1000, the upper end of the left lower limb overturning arm 4530 is abutted against the left lower limb overturning plate 4510, the upper end of the right lower limb overturning arm 4540 is abutted against the right lower limb overturning plate 4520, the lower end of the left lower limb overturning arm 4530 is fixedly arranged on the left transmission shaft 4210 of the transmission assembly, and the lower end of the right lower limb overturning arm 4540 is fixedly arranged on the right transmission shaft 4220 of the transmission assembly.
Taking a patient turning over to the right as an example, when the multifunctional nursing bed is used, the left turning over electric push rod 4110 of the turning over driving assembly is started, the left turning over electric push rod 4110 pushes the left turning over sliding connecting rod 4130 to move towards the upper side, the left turning over arm 4330 rotates along the left transmission shaft 4210 to drive the upper end of the left turning over arm 4330 to rotate to the right, the upper end of the left turning over arm 4330 drives the left turning over plate 4310 to turn over to the right, the patient lies on the bed plate 2000 and is acted by the left turning over plate 4310, the lower limb turning over assembly is synchronously driven to rotate by the transmission assembly to synchronously turn over to the right, and the patient can adopt the multifunctional nursing bed to turn over to the left side in the same way.
A massage module 4400 is mounted on the left turn-over plate 4310 on the waist support plate 2200, a massage module 4400 is also mounted on the right turn-over plate 4320 on the waist support plate 2200, two massage modules 4400 are mounted on the left turn-over plate 4310 on the back support plate 2300, and two massage modules 4400 are also mounted on the right turn-over plate 4320 on the waist support plate 2200.
The massage module 4400 is a commercially available product, and the massage module 4400 is added on the body turning plate to massage a patient, so that the blood circulation of the patient is promoted, and the comfort level of the patient in bed is improved.
