The processing device of strawberry waste straw according to claim (1), wherein the crushing mechanism comprises a first driven disc (17), a connecting rod (16), a first fixed disc (14), a rotating shaft (13), a movable crushing blade (12) and a fixed crushing blade (11), the side surface of the first fixed disc (14) is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed connecting rods (16), the first fixed disc (14) is fixed in the crushing box (1) by welding through the connecting rods (16), the first fixed disc (14) is rotatably provided with the coaxial rotating shaft (13) through a bearing, the rotating shaft (13) is uniformly provided with a plurality of movable crushing blades (12), the crushing box (1) is fixed with a plurality of uniformly distributed fixed crushing blades (11) by welding, the bottom end of the rotating shaft (13) penetrates through the lower part of the first fixed disc (14) and is welded with the first driven disc (17), the first driven disc (17) is connected with a transmission device arranged on the outer wall of the crushing box (1) through a belt.
3. The processing device of strawberry waste straw according to claim 2, wherein the movable crushing blades (12) and the fixed crushing blades (11) are distributed at intervals.
4. The processing device of strawberry waste straw according to claim 2, wherein the first driven disc (17), the rotating shaft (13), the first fixed disc (14) and the crushing box (1) are all coaxial.

The processing device of strawberry waste straw according to claim 1, wherein the forming mechanism is composed of a forming disc (3), an extrusion plate (4), a driving gear (5), a first motor (6), an extrusion cylinder (8), a helical blade (9), a transmission rod (10), a second driven disc (19) and a bracket (18), the bracket (18) is fixedly installed inside the crushing box (1) in a welding mode, the extrusion cylinder (8) is integrally formed and fixed at the bottom of the crushing box (1), the transmission rod (10) which is vertical and coaxial with the extrusion cylinder (8) is rotatably installed in the middle of the bracket (18), the second driven disc (19) is welded at the top end of the transmission rod (10), the second driven disc (19) is connected with the transmission mechanism through a belt, and the helical blade (9) is fixed at the part of the transmission rod (10) located inside the extrusion cylinder (8), the bottom of extruding cylinder (8) is fixed with integrated into one piece's extrusion plate (4), has evenly seted up a plurality of holes of extruding on extrusion plate (4), and the bottom surface of extrusion plate (4) is installed through the rotation of axle shaping dish (3), is fixed with first motor (6) through the bolt on the outer wall of extruding cylinder (8), the output shaft and driving gear (5) fixed connection of first motor (6), driving gear (5) and shaping dish (3) intermeshing.
6. A strawberry waste straw treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of the crushing box (1) is funnel-shaped.
7. The processing device of strawberry waste straw as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer diameter of the helical blade (9) is the same as the inner diameter of the extrusion cylinder (8).

The strawberry waste straw treatment device according to claim 5, wherein the forming disc (3) comprises an external gear (31), a cutting plate (32) and a connecting shaft (33), the connecting shaft (33) is rotatably connected with the bottom surface of the extrusion plate (4), the external gear (31) is meshed with the driving gear (5), a plurality of uniformly distributed cutting plates (32) are welded and fixed between the connecting shaft (33) and the external gear (31), and the cutting plates (32) are attached to the bottom surface of the extrusion plate (4).

The strawberry waste straw treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a second motor (20), a first driving wheel (21), a first transmission gear (22), a second transmission gear (23), a second driving wheel (24), a transmission shaft (25) and a mounting plate (26), the second motor (20) is fixed on the outer wall of the crushing box (1) through bolts, an output shaft of the second motor (20) is fixedly connected with the first driving wheel (21), the first driving wheel (21) is connected with a first driven disc (17) through a belt, the first transmission gear (22) is welded and fixed at the bottom of the first driving wheel (21), the first transmission gear (22) is meshed with the second transmission gear (23), the second transmission gear (23) is fixedly connected with the top end of the vertically-mounted transmission shaft (25), and the bottom end of the transmission shaft (25) is fixedly connected with the second driving wheel (24), the second driving wheel (24) is connected with the second driven disc (19) through a belt, the transmission shaft (25) is rotatably installed on the installation plate (26), and the installation plate (26) is welded on the outer wall of the crushing box (1).
10. A processing method of strawberry waste gas straws is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: washing strawberry straws, putting the washed strawberry straws into the processing device for crushing and forming, and collecting the formed strawberry straws by workers;
step two: putting the collected strawberry straws into a special straw fermentation tank, injecting clear water, and stirring simultaneously to uniformly disperse the formed strawberry straws into water, wherein the ratio of the strawberry straws to the water is controlled to be 3: 7;
step three: 1kg of Haowang agricultural organic fertilizer starter is uniformly mixed with water to form 10kg of fermentation liquor;
step four: putting the fermentation liquor obtained in the third step into a fermentation tank, stirring, uniformly mixing, and sealing the fermentation tank;
step five: after fermenting for 20 days, completing the fermentation work to form the organic fertilizer.
