Firstly, nuts on the inner side of a corrugated steel plate 4 are screwed on a split bolt 3, then the split bolt 3 is installed on a split bolt positioning device 1, then a single corrugated steel plate 4 is installed on a single corrugated steel plate positioning device 2, then the setting position of the split bolt 3 is adjusted, so that a through hole of the corrugated steel plate 4 and the split bolt 3 are arranged in alignment, then the single corrugated steel plate positioning device 2 moves in the direction of the split bolt positioning device 1 in an oriented mode, the corrugated steel plate 4 can be installed on the split bolt 3, then the nuts on the outer side of the corrugated steel plate 4 are screwed on the split bolt 3, and the split bolt 3 and the corrugated steel plate 4 are assembled into an integral structure. Then the split bolt 3 of the assembled integral structure is separated from the split bolt positioning device 1, specifically, the split bolt clamping control rod 9 is required to be kept in a vertical state and limited on the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5, the inner wall of the limiting groove 8 does not compress the split bolt 3, the split bolt 3 is separated from the opening 6 of the split bolt positioning vertical rod, then the corrugated steel plate 4 is sucked through the manipulator, the corrugated steel plate 4 moves upwards between the single-corrugated steel plate vertical positioning rods 14, the assembled integral structure is moved out from the single-corrugated steel plate positioning device 2, and the next process is carried out. The invention can quickly and automatically load the corrugated steel plate 4 on the split bolt 3, solves the problem of automatic assembly of the corrugated steel plate 4 and the split bolt 3, has high safety performance in the assembly process, and has high assembly quality of the obtained corrugated steel plate 4 combined wall.
An assembling method of a split bolt assembling device of a steel plate combined wall is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. the split bolt 3 is installed on the split bolt positioning device 1:
1) the split bolt clamping control rod 9 rotates clockwise on the split bolt clamping guide rod 7 (the rotation direction is based on figure 1), and the split bolt clamping control rod 9 is kept in a vertical state and limited on the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5.
2) Nuts are screwed into both ends of each split bolt 3, respectively, and control nuts are provided at the ends of the split bolts 3.
3) According to the width of the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5 and the length of the split bolt 3, the length of the split bolt 3 extending out of the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5 is calculated, a mark is embedded in the joint of the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5 and the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5 on the split bolt 3, one nut is screwed, and the side face of the nut is aligned with the mark.
4) Embedding the split bolt 3 in an opening 6 which is arranged on the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5 and is inclined upwards, simultaneously attaching a nut which is aligned with the mark on the split bolt 3 on the side surface of the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5, and screwing the other nut of the split bolt 3 to ensure that the other nut is attached on the other side surface of the split bolt positioning vertical rod 5.
In the operation, if the two nuts of the split bolt 3 are screwed on the split bolt 3, the distance between the two nuts is easily smaller than the width of the split bolt positioning upright rod 5, so that the split bolt 3 cannot be embedded into the opening 6 of the split bolt positioning upright rod 5; if firstly imbed split bolt 3 in split bolt location pole setting 5's opening 6, twist the nut again, easily cause split bolt 3 can't be at split bolt location pole setting 5 assembly placed in the middle. Therefore, according to the position of the counter bolt 3 extending out of the counter bolt positioning vertical rod 5, the nut is screwed in firstly, the position of the nut on the counter bolt 3 is determined, the operation that the whole counter bolt 3 is embedded into the opening 6 of the counter bolt positioning vertical rod 5 is not influenced, when the nut with the determined position is attached to the side surface of the counter bolt positioning vertical rod 5, the nut with the determined position is taken as a reference, the other nut is screwed in, the middle position of the counter bolt 3 can be correspondingly arranged at the middle position of the counter bolt positioning vertical rod 5, so that two corrugated steel plates can be symmetrically arranged at the upper and later stages of the counter bolt 3, and the assembly quality is improved.
b. The split bolt clamping guide rod 7 is pressed on the split bolt 3:
1) to carrying out anticlockwise rotation (the rotation direction uses figure 1 as the standard) on split bolt screens guide bar 7 to split bolt screens control rod 9, when split bolt screens control rod 9 breaks away from split bolt location pole setting 5, to split bolt screens guide bar 7 and remove downwards in the activity groove to split bolt location pole setting 5, compresses tightly split bolt 3 to the inner wall of the spacing groove 8 of split bolt screens guide bar 7 this moment.
If a single split bolt 3 is clamped, the number of clamping devices to be provided is very large, and the processing cost is increased. Aiming at the technical problem, the invention arranges a plurality of limiting grooves 8 on the split bolt clamping guide rod 7, the limiting grooves 8 are arranged according to the arrangement positions of the split bolts 3, the split bolt clamping guide rod 7 is adopted to move up and down in the split bolt positioning upright rod 5, all the split bolts 3 on the same split bolt positioning upright rod 5 can be limited, the limiting efficiency of the split bolts 3 is improved, the arrangement number of clamping devices for limiting the split bolts 3 is reduced, the processing cost is reduced, and the split bolt clamping guide rod 7 moves up and down, so that the assembly of the split bolts 3 is not influenced.
c. Fitting the corrugated steel plate 4 to the split bolt 3:
1) the corrugated steel plate 4 is placed between the two single corrugated steel plate vertical positioning rods 14 of the single corrugated steel plate positioning device 2, and the through holes of the corrugated steel plate 4 and the split bolts 3 are aligned with each other.
2) The single corrugated steel plate positioning device 2 moves directionally towards the direction of the split bolt positioning device 1, the single corrugated steel plate 4 is installed on the split bolt 3, and the corrugated steel plate 4 is attached to a nut on the split bolt 3 and located on the inner side of the corrugated steel plate 4.
3) And nuts are screwed into two ends of the split bolt 3 respectively and are screwed on the outer sides of the corrugated steel plates 4 to assemble the steel plate composite wall.
In the steel plate combination wall assembling process, the split bolt 3 is not easy to drop, the corrugated steel plates 4 are not easy to topple, the high safety is realized, the two corrugated steel plates 4 can be assembled on the split bolt 3 simultaneously, the steel plate combination wall assembling speed is high, and the assembling quality is good.
d. Taking the steel plate combined wall integrally:

The steel plate combined wall can be obtained by repeated assembly, and is convenient for batch assembly; and nuts can be assembled on the inner side and the outer side of the single corrugated steel plate, the tension effect of the split bolt is fully exerted, the side pressure and other loads of concrete can be borne, and the overall strength and rigidity of the steel plate composite wall are improved.
