Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a pearlescent gold and silver powder decorative plate, wherein a part of pearlescent powder raw materials are used for preparing pearlescent slurry, and the other part of pearlescent powder raw materials are used for preparing pearlescent UV paint; the pearlescent slurry is used for printing melamine impregnated paper and then used for laminating a base material to form a board with pearlescent appearance; the pearlescent UV paint is used for brushing floor blanks to form floor units with pearlescent appearance; the scheme integrates two main pearlescent effect raw materials of pearlescent powder wood grain paper and pearlescent UV paint, and can produce boards which are commonly used in indoor decoration, such as solid wood composite boards, reinforced composite boards, melamine decorative boards and ecological boards with pearlescent effects; and the processing process of the plates is integrated and simplified, the processing effect is ensured, and the processing efficiency is improved.

fourthly, pressing a part of the melamine impregnated paper on the fiber board and/or the particle board to form a large veneer board; pressing a part of melamine impregnated paper on the plywood and/or the laminated wood board to form an ecological board;
pressing and sticking a part of melamine impregnated paper, wear-resistant paper and balance bottom layer paper on the solid wood composite base material to form a laminated solid wood composite board, and dividing the laminated solid wood composite board into floor small board units; pressing the remaining part of the melamine impregnated paper, the wear-resistant paper and the balance bottom layer paper together on the high-density fiberboard substrate to form a laminated reinforced composite board, and dividing the laminated reinforced composite board into floor small board units; grooving the small floor plate, and sealing wax;
sixthly, preparing a floor blank; priming the floor blank, grooving, painting a paint surface by using pearlescent UV paint, and sealing wax for color separation;
seventhly, the processed plates in the fourth, fifth and sixth steps are packaged in a sealing way.
Preferably, the pearlescent slurry in the step (i) is prepared by mixing 150-300 mesh pearlescent powder raw material and slurry raw material according to the weight ratio of 1: 20 by mass ratio.
Preferably, the pearlescent UV paint in the step I is prepared by mixing 150-300-mesh pearlescent powder raw materials and UV finish paint according to the weight ratio of 1: 20 by mass ratio.
Preferably, in the second step, the pearl powder wood grain paper is dipped with melamine glue, the gluing amount is 95-105%, and the volatile matter is 6.5-7%.
Preferably, in the step (iv), the melamine impregnated paper is pressed and attached to the fiber board and/or the particle board at the temperature of 170 ℃ and 210 ℃, the pressure of 1 to 2.5Mpa and the pressing and attaching time of 20 to 60 seconds.
Preferably, in the step (iv), the melamine impregnated paper is pressed and adhered to the plywood and/or the core board at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 150 ℃, the pressure of 0.5 to 1.5Mpa and the pressing and adhering time of 5 to 12 minutes.

pressing and sticking a part of melamine impregnated paper, wear-resistant paper and balance bottom layer paper on the solid wood composite base material to form a laminated solid wood composite board, and dividing the laminated solid wood composite board into floor small board units; pressing the remaining part of the melamine impregnated paper, the wear-resistant paper and the balance bottom layer paper together on the high-density fiberboard substrate to form a laminated reinforced composite board, and dividing the laminated reinforced composite board into floor small board units; grooving the small floor plate, and sealing wax;
sixthly, preparing a floor blank; priming the floor blank, grooving, painting a paint surface by using pearlescent UV paint, and sealing wax for color separation;
seventhly, the processed plates in the fourth, fifth and sixth steps are packaged in a sealing way.
Wherein the specific process parameters in each step are as shown in examples 1-3.
Example 1:
the pearlescent slurry in the step I is prepared by mixing 150-mesh pearlescent powder raw materials and slurry raw materials according to the weight ratio of 1: 20 by mass ratio.
The pearlescent UV paint in the step I is prepared by mixing 200-mesh pearlescent powder raw materials and UV finish paint according to the weight ratio of 1: 20 by mass ratio.
In the second step, the pearl powder wood grain paper is dipped with melamine glue, the gluing amount is 95%, and the volatile matter is 6.5%.
