the water storage device (3) comprises a rainwater inlet (31), a rainwater pipeline (32), a mud trap (33) and a water storage module (34), wherein the rainwater inlet (31) is arranged on the upper surface of the LID rainwater storage facility (2), the rainwater pipeline (32), the mud trap (33) and the water storage module (34) are all arranged in a soil layer (7) below the hardening site (1) and/or the LID rainwater storage facility (2), and the rainwater inlet (31) and the mud trap (33) and the water storage module (34) are all connected through the rainwater pipeline (32);
and the perforated seepage and drainage pipes (4) are arranged in the soil layer (7) below the rainwater pipeline (32) and are communicated with the mud pit (33), and a plurality of drainage holes for draining water to the soil layer are formed in the pipe wall of each perforated seepage and drainage pipe (4).
2. A stagnation type storage sponge garage according to claim 1, characterized in that the perforated percolating pipe (4) is placed at least 800mm below the hardening ground (1) and/or LID rain storage facility (2).

The permeable storage sponge parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the water storage device (3) further comprises a plurality of water storage pipes (35), the mud-depositing wells (33) are multiple, each water storage pipe (35) is connected with two mud-depositing wells (33) and connected with a plurality of perforated permeable pipes (4), and the height of the water storage pipe (35) is lower than that of the rainwater pipeline (32).
4. The seepage stagnation type storage sponge parking lot according to claim 3, wherein the plurality of perforated seepage pipes (4) are arranged in parallel at equal intervals.
5. The stagnation type storage sponge parking lot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the perforated seepage pipe (4) is 100-200 mm.
6. The seepage stagnation type storage sponge parking lot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hardening site (1) is made of a non-permeable paving material.

Seepage stagnation type regulation sponge parking lot of claim 1, characterized in that, each parking stall (12) is connected with LID rainwater regulation facility (2), each parking stall (12) is a slope structure, and the height of the part close to LID rainwater regulation facility (2) is lower than the height of the part far away from LID rainwater regulation facility (2).
8. Seepage stagnation storage sponge parking lot according to claim 1, characterized in that the height of the gully (31) is higher than the height of the LID rainwater storage facility (2) and lower than the height of the parking space (12).
9. The seepage stagnation type storage sponge parking lot as claimed in claim 1, wherein a gravel cushion layer (6) is arranged around the perforated seepage pipe (4).

A percolation type storage sponge parking lot according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a plurality of pipe plugs (5), wherein one end of the perforated percolation pipe (4) is communicated with a mud caisson (33), and the other end is arranged on the ground of the hardening site (1) and/or the LID rainwater storage facility (2) and plugged by the pipe plugs (5).
11. The rainwater storage method for the seepage stagnation type storage regulation sponge parking lot is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
rainwater storage is carried out by adopting the seepage type storage regulation sponge parking lot of any one of claims 1-10;
draining rainwater from the hardening site (1) into an LID rainwater storage facility (2);
discharging rainwater exceeding the storage capacity of the LID rainwater storage facility (2) into a hardening site (1) and/or a mud trap (33) below the LID rainwater storage facility (2) through a rainwater port (31);
rainwater in the mud trap (33) is discharged into the soil layer (7) through the perforated seepage and drainage pipe (4), and rainwater exceeding the regulation and storage capacity of the mud trap (33) is discharged into the water storage module (34) and/or the municipal rainwater pipe network system.
