Description

Constant-pressure pump station with auxiliary flow regulation function and control method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flow regulation of constant-pressure water supply equipment, in particular to a constant-pressure pump station with an auxiliary flow regulation function and a control method.
Background
The flow regulation interval of the traditional constant-pressure water supply equipment is limited by the constant-torque applicable frequency interval of the motor, if the constant-torque frequency interval is 5-50 HZ, when the flow regulation requirement is less than the minimum working frequency of the motor, the host regulation function fails.
In the current constant pressure water supply equipment, a pressure stabilizing compensator is usually arranged on a water supply network to compensate the water supply requirement of small flow. When the flow demand is less than the minimum working frequency of the motor, the motor and the pump body are not started, and the pressure stabilizer automatically performs pressure compensation according to pressure loss to supply corresponding flow.
However, the regulation method of the pressure-stabilizing compensator is only suitable for short-term regulation of small-flow supply, and when the water supply with small flow is needed for a long time and the required water quantity exceeds the water quantity supply range of the pressure-stabilizing compensator, the regulation function of the pressure-stabilizing compensator is disabled. In addition, the main function of the pressure-stabilizing compensator is to maintain the water pressure in the water supply pipe network stable, and the flow rate supply is controlled by the pressure change, so that the actual flow rate of the supplied water cannot be directly and accurately controlled.
