Description

Jade white porcelain prepared from modified metakaolin and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic manufacture, in particular to jade white porcelain prepared by utilizing modified mesoporous kaolin and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The jade white porcelain of the German kiln system has the characteristics of good whiteness, high glossiness, strong thermal stability, temperature resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, and has the physicochemical characteristics of pure and mild glaze color, high density, good transmittance and the like. The jade white porcelain of the German kiln system has the characteristics that the excellent performance mainly depends on high-quality kaolin in German county, and according to the test, the German white glaze and porcelain body contain few impurities such as iron oxide, titanium oxide and the like, so the glaze color is pure, the luster is bright and smooth, such as grease and ivory, and the contained silicon dioxide, potassium and sodium are high, so the burnt glass has more glass phases and good density and transmittance. However, as kaolin minerals in german county are gradually depleted, the existing german kaolin is expensive and low in yield, and the supply chain of raw materials for the german kaolin is increasingly short.
The Jiufxiang is located at the junction between Yongchun county and Germany, the storage amount of kaolin is rich and is found to be 3000 ten thousand tons, but Yongchun Jifu kaolin is formed by weathering of quartz porphyry veins. The main minerals are halloysite, which is hollow tubular under an electron microscope, is usually associated with aluminum and loses unit cells at normal temperature and normal pressure, the thickness is reduced to 0.73-0.79 mu m, the thickness is from transparent to opaque granular under the electron microscope, and the X-ray diffraction characteristic is obvious; alpha-Fe in goethite2O3The single crystal is rare, the structure is needle-shaped or flake-shaped, and generally is a soil-like structure aggregate, but the contents of elements such as calcium, magnesium and the like in the kaolin are very low, and the kaolin embodies one side with high quality, and Al2O3Only about 15% of Fe2O3The content of impurities is high, some impurities are as high as 2.85%, the whiteness is only 60%, the kaolin belongs to low-grade porcelain clay, if the germanized jade white porcelain can be prepared by utilizing the metafu kaolin, the generation cost of the jade white porcelain can be reduced, and the method has positive significance for popularizing regional economy of the germanized porcelain production area.
