带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,包括压辊组件、烘干组件和裁剪组件,所述的压辊组件包括压辊架和液压连杆,所述的烘干组件包括工作台、隔热板和烘干装置,工作台的一侧设有主动轮,所述的主动轮与转动电机相连,主动轮位于从动轮的正下方,所述的裁剪组件包括电控系统和夹刀组件,本机构通过电控系统实现了瓦楞纸的自动裁剪过程,同时本机构将瓦楞纸的压辊过程和裁剪过程结合在一起,提高了加工效率,节省了设备的占地面积。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品,用量一直是各种包装制品之首。瓦楞纸箱是用瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成的刚性纸质容器。半个多世纪以来,瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器,成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外,还起到美化商品,宣传商品的作用。瓦楞纸箱属于绿色环保产品,它利于环保,利于装卸运输。在对瓦楞纸进行加工时,需要对瓦楞纸进行剪切,现有的瓦楞纸裁剪装置结构复杂,加工精度低,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,包括压辊组件、烘干组件和裁剪组件,所述的压辊组件包括压辊架和液压连杆,所述的压辊架的上端设有水平凸台,所述的水平凸台的中部设有液压连杆,所述的液压连杆的下端设有从动轮。
所述的烘干组件包括工作台、隔热板和烘干装置,工作台的一侧设有主动轮,所述的主动轮与转动电机相连,主动轮位于从动轮的正下方,所述的隔热板位于工作台上,隔热板的下端设有凹槽,隔热板的上表面设有若干个方形槽,所述的方形槽内设有烘干装置的加热块。
所述的裁剪组件包括电控系统和夹刀组件,所述的电控系统包括电控箱和拉杆,所述的拉杆的一端设有T型圆柱体,所述的夹刀组件包括活动板和夹紧板,所述的活动板卡设在轨道上,并可沿着轨道进行水平移动,活动板的一侧设有与T型圆柱体相配合的T型槽,活动板与夹紧板之间设有裁剪刀具。
由于压辊过程中只有主动轮能发生旋转,所以进入压辊组件的瓦楞纸条的层数不宜过多,优选地,进入压辊组件的瓦楞纸条包括第一层瓦楞纸和第二层瓦楞纸。
优选地,所述的第二层瓦楞纸上设有粘合胶。
为了防止压辊过程完成后的瓦楞纸的运输方向发生偏移,优选地,压辊组件与烘干组件之间设有定位组件。
优选地,烘干装置的加热块可在方形槽内发生移动。
通过电控箱完成裁剪组件的自动化裁剪,优选地,电控箱控制拉杆进行周期往复式运动。
为了防止在进行裁剪过程中瓦楞纸条发生移动,优选地,裁剪刀具的外侧设有压紧组件。
有益效果:本发明公布了一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,本机构通过电控系统实现了瓦楞纸的自动裁剪过程,同时本机构将瓦楞纸的压辊过程和裁剪过程结合在一起,提高了加工效率,节省了设备的占地面积。

具体实施方案
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1和图2所示,一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,包括压辊组件1、烘干组件2和裁剪组件3,所述的压辊组件1包括压辊架11和液压连杆12,所述的压辊架11的上端设有水平凸台13,所述的水平凸台13的中部设有液压连杆12,所述的液压连杆12的下端设有从动轮14。为了防止压辊过程完成后的瓦楞纸的运输方向发生偏移,压辊组件1与烘干组件2之间设有定位组件15。
所述的烘干组件2包括工作台21、隔热板22和烘干装置23,工作台21的一侧设有主动轮24,所述的主动轮24与转动电机(图中未示出)相连,主动轮24位于从动轮14的正下方,所述的隔热板22位于工作台21上,隔热板22的下端设有凹槽,隔热板22的上表面设有若干个方形槽,所述的方形槽内设有烘干装置23的加热块25。
如图3所示,裁剪组件3包括电控系统31和夹刀组件32,所述的电控系统31包括电控箱311和拉杆312,所述的电控箱311内设有计时器(图中未示出),所述的拉杆312的一端设有T型圆柱体313,所述的夹刀组件32包括活动板321和夹紧板322,所述的活动板321卡设在轨道323上,并可沿着轨道323进行水平移动,活动板321的一侧设有与T型圆柱体313相配合的T型槽324,活动板321与夹紧板322之间设有裁剪刀具33,为了防止在进行裁剪过程中瓦楞纸条发生移动,在裁剪刀具33的外侧设有压紧组件34。
在进行压辊过程之前,需要调节液压连杆中的液体压力,使第一层瓦楞纸41和第二层瓦楞纸42在进行压辊过程时,各层瓦楞纸的上下表面有较大的压力,保证压辊过程的高质量性,同时需要提前预热烘干装置23的加热块25。
工作情况:如图1所示,将待压辊的第一层瓦楞纸41和第二层瓦楞纸42送入压延组件1内,打开转动电机(图中未示出)和电控箱311,由于第二层瓦楞纸上设有粘合胶,所以第一层瓦楞纸41和第二层瓦楞纸42在经过压辊组件1时受到压力粘合在一起,并通过主动轮24向烘干组件2运输,粘合后的瓦楞纸在隔热板22内完成烘干工作后到达裁剪组件3。
由于裁剪组件3中的T型圆柱体313与T型槽324配合相连,电控箱311控制拉杆312在水平方向上进行周期往复式运动的同时,拉杆312带动活动板321在轨道323上进行同向的水平移动,此时裁剪刀具33开始裁剪粘合后的瓦楞纸,被裁剪完成后的瓦楞纸存放在工作台21上的成品区域35内。
需要注意的是,本发明还可以采用运输传送带来代替本机构中的成品区域,以实现裁剪后的瓦楞纸的二次加工工作或者运输工作的目的。

1.一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,其特征在于,包括压辊组件、烘干组件和裁剪组件,所述的压辊组件包括压辊架和液压连杆,所述的压辊架的上端设有水平凸台,所述的水平凸台的中部设有液压连杆,所述的液压连杆的下端设有从动轮;
所述的烘干组件包括工作台、隔热板和烘干装置,工作台的一侧设有主动轮,所述的主动轮与转动电机相连,主动轮位于从动轮的正下方,所述的隔热板位于工作台上,隔热板的下端设有凹槽,隔热板的上表面设有若干个方形槽,所述的方形槽内设有烘干装置的加热块;
所述的裁剪组件包括电控系统和夹刀组件,所述的电控系统包括电控箱和拉杆,所述的拉杆的一端设有T型圆柱体,所述的夹刀组件包括活动板和夹紧板,所述的活动板卡设在轨道上,并可沿着轨道进行水平移动,活动板的一侧设有与T型圆柱体相配合的T型槽,活动板与夹紧板之间设有裁剪刀具;
进入压辊组件的瓦楞纸条包括第一层瓦楞纸和第二层瓦楞纸;
压辊组件与烘干组件之间设有定位组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,其特征在于,所述的第二层瓦楞纸上设有粘合胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,其特征在于,烘干装置的加热块可在方形槽内发生移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,其特征在于,电控箱控制拉杆进行周期往复式运动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动裁剪功能的瓦楞纸输送压辊机构,其特征在于,裁剪刀具的外侧设有压紧组件。
