Abstract
本发明公开了一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，包括箱体，所述箱体相对两侧外壁转动插接有搅拌机构，搅拌机构顶端固定有锥型齿轮，锥型齿轮一侧传动连接有驱动机构，所述箱体内部转动插接有转轴，转轴上固定有交错分布的打散机构，且转轴的一端固定有与锥型齿轮啮合的齿盘，所述箱体底部内壁固定有导料台，且导料台上固定插接有卸料机构。本发明对水体内部进行混合搅拌工作，两个搅拌机构下产生的水流相互碰撞，提高混合效果，另外转轴上打散板能够在转动过程中将液面漂浮的粉末药剂向下压，产生的水面波动能够充分与粉末混合，提高混合效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药混合技术领域，尤其涉及一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置。
背景技术
农业是指国民经济中一个重要产业部门，是以土地资源为生产对象的部门，它是通过培育动植物产品从而生产食品及工业原料的产业。农业属于第一产业。利用土地资源进行种植生产的部门是种植业，利用土地上水域空间进行水产养殖的是水产业，又叫渔业，利用土地资源培育采伐林木的部门，是林业，利用土地资源培育或者直接利用草地发展畜牧的是畜牧业。对这些产品进行小规模加工或者制作的是副业，它们都是农业的有机组成部分。对这些景观或者所在地域资源进行开发并展示的是观光农业，又称休闲农业，这是新时期随着人们的业余时间富余而产生的新型农业形式。
在农业生产过程中需要进行农药的混合工作，现有混合装置在使用过程中存在一些不足，例如，一些粉状药剂在混合过程中容易漂浮在液面上，不利于充分混合工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，包括箱体，所述箱体相对两侧外壁转动插接有搅拌机构，搅拌机构顶端固定有锥型齿轮，锥型齿轮一侧传动连接有驱动机构，所述箱体内部转动插接有转轴，转轴上固定有交错分布的打散机构，且转轴的一端固定有与锥型齿轮啮合的齿盘，所述箱体底部内壁固定有导料台，且导料台上固定插接有卸料机构。
进一步的，所述驱动机构底部固定有固定架，固定架与箱体外壁固定连接。
进一步的，所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴，搅拌轴上固定有螺旋叶片和对称分布的搅拌杆。
进一步的，所述打散机构包括打散板，打散板呈V型，且打散板上开有等距离分布的分流孔。
进一步的，所述卸料机构包括卸料管，卸料管收纳管设有阀门。
进一步的，所述箱体顶部固定有进料管，箱体底部边缘处固定有支撑腿。
进一步的，所述箱体顶部还固定有气泵，气泵的出气端固定有导气管，导气管远离气泵的一端穿过箱体内壁固定有雾化管，雾化管上套接有海绵套。
本发明的有益效果为：
1.通过搅拌机构中搅拌杆和螺旋叶片的设置能够在驱动机构的带动下进行转动，对水体内部进行混合搅拌工作，两个搅拌机构下产生的水流相互碰撞，提高混合效果，另外转轴上打散板能够在转动过程中将液面漂浮的粉末药剂向下压，产生的水面波动能够充分与粉末混合，提高混合效果。
2.通过气泵能够将外界空气抽吸至雾化管，使得箱体内溶液内部产生细密的气泡，气泡上升至液面时产生破裂，使得漂浮的粉末与水溶液碰撞，便于混合。

参照图1-3，一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，包括箱体1，箱体1相对两侧外壁转动插接有搅拌机构，搅拌机构顶端固定有锥型齿轮6，锥型齿轮6一侧传动连接有驱动机构7，箱体1内部转动插接有转轴4，转轴4上固定有交错分布的打散机构，且转轴4的一端固定有与锥型齿轮6啮合的齿盘3，箱体1底部内壁固定有导料台13，且导料台13上固定插接有卸料机构。
驱动机构7底部固定有固定架11，固定架11与箱体1外壁固定连接，搅拌机构包括搅拌轴8，搅拌轴8上固定有螺旋叶片9和对称分布的搅拌杆10，打散机构包括打散板5，打散板5呈V型，且打散板5上开有等距离分布的分流孔，卸料机构包括卸料管14，卸料管14收纳管设有阀门，箱体1顶部固定有进料管2，箱体1底部边缘处固定有支撑腿12。
本实施例工作原理：搅拌机构中搅拌杆10和螺旋叶片9的设置能够在驱动机构7的带动下进行转动，对水体内部进行混合搅拌工作，两个搅拌机构下产生的水流相互碰撞，提高混合效果，另外转轴4上打散板5能够在转动过程中将液面漂浮的粉末药剂向下压，产生的水面波动能够充分与粉末混合，提高混合效果。
实施例2
参照图4，一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，本实施例与实施例1区别在于，箱体1顶部还固定有气泵15，气泵15的出气端固定有导气管16，导气管16远离气泵15的一端穿过箱体1内壁固定有雾化管17，雾化管17上套接有海绵套。
本实施例工作原理：气泵15能够将外界空气抽吸至雾化管17，使得箱体1内溶液内部产生细密的气泡，气泡上升至液面时产生破裂，使得漂浮的粉末与水溶液碰撞，便于混合。

1.一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，包括箱体(1)，其特征在于，所述箱体(1)相对两侧外壁转动插接有搅拌机构，搅拌机构顶端固定有锥型齿轮(6)，锥型齿轮(6)一侧传动连接有驱动机构(7)，所述箱体(1)内部转动插接有转轴(4)，转轴(4)上固定有交错分布的打散机构，且转轴(4)的一端固定有与锥型齿轮(6)啮合的齿盘(3)，所述箱体(1)底部内壁固定有导料台(13)，且导料台(13)上固定插接有卸料机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，其特征在于，所述驱动机构(7)底部固定有固定架(11)，固定架(11)与箱体(1)外壁固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，其特征在于，所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴(8)，搅拌轴(8)上固定有螺旋叶片(9)和对称分布的搅拌杆(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，其特征在于，所述打散机构包括打散板(5)，打散板(5)呈V型，且打散板(5)上开有等距离分布的分流孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，其特征在于，所述卸料机构包括卸料管(14)，卸料管(14)收纳管设有阀门。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，其特征在于，所述箱体(1)顶部固定有进料管(2)，箱体(1)底部边缘处固定有支撑腿(12)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种农业用农药高效混合制作装置，其特征在于，所述箱体(1)顶部还固定有气泵(15)，气泵(15)的出气端固定有导气管(16)，导气管(16)远离气泵(15)的一端穿过箱体(1)内壁固定有雾化管(17)，雾化管(17)上套接有海绵套。
