Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of foam extinguishing agents, and particularly relates to an aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water film-forming foam extinguishing agent, also called light water foam extinguishing agent, has the best fire extinguishing effect due to the double fire extinguishing functions of the water film-forming and the foam. And because most of components in the water film-forming foam extinguishing agent are water, the foam extinguishing agent is taken as an ideal substitute of a Halon fire extinguishing agent in the international 'elimination of Halon action', and becomes a fire extinguishing agent which is mainly developed internationally.
The principle of aqueous film-forming fire extinguishants is based on the spreading of very low concentration aqueous fluorosurfactant solutions on the oil surface. The fluorocarbon surfactant is a special surfactant formed by partially or completely replacing hydrogen atoms in a hydrocarbon chain of a common surfactant (a hydrocarbon surfactant) molecule with fluorine atoms, is the highest surfactant in all the surfactants at present, and has one of the most outstanding properties that the fluorocarbon surfactant can reduce the surface tension of water to be very low so that an aqueous solution can spread on the surface of oil to form a water film. Such an aqueous fluorocarbon surfactant solution capable of spreading a water film formed on an oil surface is commonly referred to as "light water".
However, the fluorine surfactant adopted by the existing aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is difficult to degrade and has great pollution to the environment.
