Abstract

The invention relates to a medical glove with an electrotome electrode, which comprises an insulating glove, wherein an electrode tip of an electrotome is arranged on the outer side of a middle finger of the insulating glove, a flexible circuit board is arranged on an index finger of the insulating glove, a current output end of the flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the electrode tip through a flexible circuit, a current input end of the flexible circuit board is connected with an electric connecting piece through an electric wire, a cutting switch for controlling the electrode tip to perform cutting work and an electrocoagulation switch for controlling the electrode tip to perform electrocoagulation work are arranged on the flexible circuit board, and the cutting switch and the electrocoagulation switch are both sheet type press switches. The invention realizes the combination of the components of the electrotome electrode and the insulating gloves, has reasonable structural layout and convenient operation, reduces the influence on the finger movement of an operator to the maximum limit, avoids the need of repeatedly taking and placing the electrotome electrode in the operation process of the operator, and greatly improves the convenience of intermittent repeated use of the electrotome electrode.

Technical Field

Background
A high-frequency electric knife is an electric surgical instrument for replacing a mechanical scalpel to cut tissues. The tissue is heated when the high-frequency high-voltage current generated by the tip of the effective electrode contacts with the body, so that the separation and coagulation of the body tissue are realized, and the purposes of cutting and hemostasis are achieved.
The structure of the action electrode of the prior electric knife is roughly shown in figure 1 and comprises a shell, an electrode head, a circuit board, a switch controller, a cutting key and an electrocoagulation key. The electrode head is fixed and electrically connected with the circuit board, the cutting key and the electrocoagulation key are respectively arranged on the circuit board, switch controllers are respectively arranged between the cutting key and the electrocoagulation key and between the circuit board, and the electrode head is controlled to carry out cutting work and hemostasis work by pressing the cutting key and the electrocoagulation key.
When the pen type electrotome electrode is clinically used, in some complex surgical operation processes, an operator needs to repeatedly take and place the electrode, and inconvenience is brought to the operation process. In addition, in the repeated taking and placing process, the risk that the electrode tip is deformed and the internal element is damaged due to the falling of the electrode is increased, and the operation risk is increased due to the delay of replacing the electrode in an emergency.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the medical gloves with the electrotome electrodes, so that the electrotome electrodes are prevented from being repeatedly taken and placed in the operation process, and the convenience of intermittent repeated use of the electrotome electrodes is improved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide medical gloves with electric knife electrodes, which comprise insulating gloves, wherein electrode tips of electric knives are arranged on the outer sides of middle fingers of the insulating gloves, flexible circuit boards are arranged on index fingers of the insulating gloves, the current output ends of the flexible circuit boards are electrically connected with the electrode tips through flexible circuits, the current input ends of the flexible circuit boards are connected with an electric connecting piece through electric wires, cutting switches used for controlling the electrode tips to perform cutting work and electric coagulation switches used for controlling the electrode tips to perform electric coagulation work are arranged on the flexible circuit boards, and the cutting switches and the electric coagulation switches are sheet type press switches.
The outer side of the middle finger of the insulating glove is provided with a conductive connecting seat, the tail end of the electrode tip is provided with a conductive connecting ball, the electrode tip is arranged on the connecting seat in an electric connection mode through the connecting ball, the electrode tip can rotate in the front-back direction of the middle finger of the insulating glove, and the connecting seat is electrically connected with the flexible circuit.
The front end of the connecting seat is provided with a first limiting elastic sheet, and the electrode tip rotates forwards to a working position and then limits backward rotation through the first limiting elastic sheet.

The invention realizes the combination of the components of the electrotome electrode and the insulating gloves, can control the electrotome electrode to work according to the needs, has reasonable structural layout and convenient operation, and furthest reduces the influence on the finger movement (especially the finger joint movement) of an operator. The invention avoids the situation that an operator needs to repeatedly take and place the electrotome electrode in the operation process, greatly improves the convenience of intermittent repeated use of the electrotome electrode, and can effectively reduce the risk of damage caused by falling of the electrode due to repeated taking and placing.

Wherein the electrotome electrode module comprises an electrode head 2, a flexible circuit board 3, a flexible circuit 4, a cutting switch 12, an electrocoagulation switch 5, an electric wire 6 and an electrical connector 7.
The middle finger outer side of the insulating glove 1 is provided with an electrode head 2 of an electric knife. The limiting elastic sheet is of an arc-surface-shaped sheet structure, and the limiting function of the limiting elastic sheet can be conveniently overcome by manually stirring the electrode tip 2, so that the normal rotation function of the electrode tip 2 is realized.
The connecting seat 8 is fixed on the middle finger of the insulating glove 1 at the position corresponding to the back side of the middle finger of the human body through a glue dispensing process. Moreover, the position of the connecting seat 8 is arranged at the front half section position corresponding to the third bone section of the middle finger of the human body on the middle finger of the insulating glove 1, so that the electrode tip 2 can extend out from the front end of the third bone section of the middle finger of the human body when rotating forwards to the working position, and the electrode tip 2 is positioned in the length range of the third bone section of the middle finger of the human body when rotating backwards to the accommodating position, thereby avoiding the influence on the movement of the middle finger joint of an operator.
The index finger of the insulating glove 1 is provided with a flexible circuit board 3, and the current output end of the flexible circuit board 3 is electrically connected with the electrode tip 2 through a flexible circuit 4. One end of the flexible circuit 4 is electrically connected with the flexible circuit board 3, is led out by the index finger of the insulating glove 1, passes through the back of the hand of the insulating glove 1 and extends to the middle finger of the insulating glove 1, and the other end is electrically connected with the connecting seat 8. The current input end of the flexible circuit board 3 is connected with the electric connector 7 through the wire 6, and the electric connector 7 can realize quick plug-in connection with the connector of the electrotome high-frequency generator.

The switch structure adopted by the cutting switch 12 and the electrocoagulation switch 5 has small size and thin thickness, basically does not occupy the space between fingers, and does not influence the finger mobility of operators.
