Abstract

The invention has simple process, the thermoplastic polyurethane raw material can effectively ensure that the polyester yarn has excellent antistatic effect and antistatic period, the effect is obvious, the application field of the polyester yarn in the market is greatly improved, and the economic benefit of producing and processing the polyester yarn is effectively improved.

e: spinning: spinning the mixture obtained in the step d into filaments through a spinning machine assembly;
f: and (3) cooling: e, putting the tows in the step e to the temperature of 20 ℃, the humidity of 65 percent and the wind speed of 0.8m/s
