1)中药熏蒸：将独活15g、桑寄生20g、秦艽15g、桂枝10g、防己15g、地龙12g、血竭6g、全蝎10g、红花15g、川穹15g、赤芍15g、牛膝12g、伸筋草20g、桑枝20g、木瓜20g、甘草10g、葛根15g、杜仲15g和枸杞子20g放入到熏蒸桶中加水进行加热煮沸，蒸煮10-20分钟，对蒸煮好的混合物进行降温到40-45℃，并进行保持，患者将患处贴紧熏蒸床的熏蒸口进行熏蒸30-40分钟；
2)手法复位：通过对颈胸腰椎瞬间牵拉，使椎间隙增宽、椎间盘内压力下降，形成负压吸引力作用，运用双手拇指对两侧椎关节及棘上韧带使以一定的力，从而在椎间盘突出部位施行同样的手法3-5次，突出髓核回纳纠正因椎间盘突出而导致的小关节不稳的恢复。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨科疼痛疾病的治疗方法，其特征在于，所述步骤1)中的混合物的降温时，熏蒸桶进行封闭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种骨科疼痛疾病的治疗方法，其特征在于，所述步骤1)中加入的水为温水，水温为35-45℃。
