The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the materials are put into the feeding hopper 17, so that the materials flow downwards into the material distribution box body 16, the control panel 6 is arranged, the vibrator 27 vibrates to drive the screening plate 23 to vibrate, the materials falling on the top surface of the screening plate 23 are subjected to screening action, the screened materials fall downwards into the top surface position of the diversion strip 24, so that the materials are diverted to the inner part of the material leakage plate 25, the materials are uniformly discharged to the top surface position of the lower supporting mesh belt 11 under the guide of the discharge port 26, the material supporting roller rod 28 is driven to rotate under the rotation of the material supporting motor 20, the lower supporting mesh belt 11 drives the materials to move towards the inner part of the main drying box 1, the materials are smoothed under the action of the poking plate 18, then the materials are driven to the position between the upper pressing mesh belt 13 and the lower supporting mesh belt 11, the heating pipes 42 of the materials in the heating box 35 at the bottom surface, which are transmitted to the main drying box 1, are heated to the specified temperature, then rotate under the inside wind body motor 39 of wind body case 34 and make to absorb steam and carry out upward movement, carry out the stoving effect to the material of the position between last pressure guipure 13 and the lower support guipure 11 of top surface, the wind body that has the heat makes the wind body enter into the inside of transmission wind channel 7 under the direction of deflector 31, and the bottom opening end of covering body 8 is transmitted the ejection of compact position of below and is carried out further stoving effect to the material of output, carries out the material effect of discharging from the position between ejection of compact curb plate 14 at last.

The plastic particle dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the main drying box (1) is horizontally provided with a through slot, the number of the movable rollers (2) is several, and the plurality of movable rollers (2) are respectively and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main drying box (1) near the corner position and at the bottom of the supporting upright rod (15), the inserting slot (3) is horizontally arranged at the position near the bottom at one side of the main drying box (1), and the inserting slot (3) horizontally penetrates through the outer side of the main drying box (1) to extend to the inside and is communicated with the inside of the main drying box (1).
