The dust-free air purifier is used in a high-dust environment, air with dust is sucked into the box body 1 by the suction fan 10 and firstly passes through the fixed screen 17 and the movable screen 8, when the air flow sensor 9 detects that the air flow is insufficient, the air flow sensor represents that the movable screen 8 is seriously blocked by the dust, then the movable screen 8 is retracted into the first fixed disk 6 and the second fixed disk 21 through the driving motor 7 to be cleaned, and then the movable screen is moved back to the original position, so that the dust blocking condition can be automatically detected, timely treatment can be carried out, workers do not need to pay attention to the treatment condition of air purification all the time, the air inlet amount of the device is ensured, the air can be purified more efficiently, the working environment of the workers is ensured, the maintenance frequency of the workers is reduced, and the use is convenient and effective.
