本发明公开一种新型诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵,其特征在于:所述的离心泵包括泵体,所述泵体上设置有与其泵腔相连通的吸入段和吐出段,所述泵体的非驱动端连接有非驱动端密封泵盖,在非驱动端密封泵盖上连接有非驱动端轴承组件,所述泵体的驱动端连接有驱动端密封泵盖,在驱动端密封泵盖上连接有驱动端轴承组件,所述非驱动端轴承组件和驱动端轴承组件共同转动支撑泵轴,并且在泵轴的两端还分别设置有位于非驱动端密封泵盖和驱动端密封泵盖外侧的集装密封,所述泵腔内还设置有首级中段壳体,所述泵轴的中部键连接有位于首级中段壳体内腔中的诱导轮,同时诱导轮与吐出段之间的泵轴上还依次键连接有一级叶轮、导轮和二级叶轮。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离心泵,特别是一种新型诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵。
背景技术
传统的MC多级离心泵,其应用范围相对较窄,特别是如果使用工况下确定的装置气蚀余量(NPSHa)小于泵体可能达到的气蚀余量(NPSHr)时,传统的多级离心泵就会在工作过程中发生气蚀现象。为了解决这个问题,传统上需要在MC多级离心泵之前串联一个前置泵,这样虽然能够避免离心泵的叶轮发生气蚀现象,但一方面需要额外增加设置前置泵的成本,另一方面还会占用相对较大的空间,在某些安装空间受限的场合下无法使用。因此现在需要一种能够解决上述问题的方法或装置。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述不足,提出一种结构简单,设计巧妙,布局合理,不需要使用前置泵就能够解决气蚀问题的诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种新型诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵,其特征在于:所述的离心泵包括泵体1,所述泵体1上设置有与其泵腔相连通的吸入段2和吐出段3,所述泵体1的非驱动端连接有非驱动端密封泵盖4,在非驱动端密封泵盖4上连接有非驱动端轴承组件5,所述泵体1的驱动端连接有驱动端密封泵盖6,在驱动端密封泵盖6上连接有驱动端轴承组件7,所述非驱动端轴承组件5和驱动端轴承组件7共同转动支撑泵轴8,并且在泵轴8的两端还分别设置有位于非驱动端密封泵盖4和驱动端密封泵盖6外侧的集装密封9,
所述泵腔内还设置有首级中段壳体10,所述泵轴8的中部键连接有位于首级中段壳体10内腔中的诱导轮11,同时诱导轮11与吐出段3之间的泵轴8上还依次键连接有一级叶轮12、导轮13和二级叶轮14。

本种结构形式的诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵,其结构简单,设计巧妙,布局合理,它针对传统的多级离心泵需要在入口端安装前置泵才能解决其实问题的实际情况,设计出一种特殊的结构。它具有体积小、重量轻,制造容易,成本低廉和便于清砂等优点,它内部的导轮流道相对较多,因此径向平衡效果较好;同时这种带有诱导轮和导叶式的双壳体设计,暖泵时间相对较短,并且在温度变化时叶轮与导轮的对中性可以得到保证;由于安装了诱导轮,让本种多级离心泵本身就具备了较好的抗气蚀性能,不需要在其前端另行设置前置泵,节省成本和安装空间。因此可以说这种多级离心泵具备了多种优点,特别适合于在本领域中推广应用,其市场前景十分广阔。

下面将结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示:一种新型诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵,包括一个作为基础的泵体1,在这个泵体1上设置有与其泵腔相连通的吸入段2和吐出段3,所述泵体1的非驱动端连接有非驱动端密封泵盖4,在非驱动端密封泵盖4上连接有非驱动端轴承组件5,所述泵体1的驱动端连接有驱动端密封泵盖6,在驱动端密封泵盖6上连接有驱动端轴承组件7,所述非驱动端轴承组件5和驱动端轴承组件7共同转动支撑泵轴8,并且在泵轴8的两端还分别设置有位于非驱动端密封泵盖4和驱动端密封泵盖6外侧的集装密封9,
所述泵腔内还设置有首级中段壳体10,所述泵轴8的中部键连接有位于首级中段壳体10内腔中的诱导轮11,同时诱导轮11与吐出段3之间的泵轴8上还依次键连接有一级叶轮12、导轮13和二级叶轮14。
本发明实施例的新型诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵的工作过程如下:将泵轴8的驱动端与驱动电机的输出端之间通过键连接起来,启动电机,带动泵轴8以及其上的诱导轮11、一级叶轮12、导轮13和二级叶轮14共同转动,需要被泵送的介质通过吸入段2进入泵腔中,首先进入首级中段壳体10的内腔,然后在一级叶轮12、二级叶轮14加压后,通过吐出段3排出;
由于介质首先经过诱导轮11,而诱导轮11属于轴流式叶轮,它不存在促进气泡和液体分离的离心力作用,这样有利于让气泡随着介质一同流走,从而防止流道的堵塞,避免气蚀;同时诱导轮11还可以补偿一部分扬程。

1.一种新型诱导轮节段导叶式多级离心泵,其特征在于:所述的离心泵包括泵体(1),所述泵体(1)上设置有与其泵腔相连通的吸入段(2)和吐出段(3),所述泵体(1)的非驱动端连接有非驱动端密封泵盖(4),在非驱动端密封泵盖(4)上连接有非驱动端轴承组件(5),所述泵体(1)的驱动端连接有驱动端密封泵盖(6),在驱动端密封泵盖(6)上连接有驱动端轴承组件(7),所述非驱动端轴承组件(5)和驱动端轴承组件(7)共同转动支撑泵轴(8),并且在泵轴(8)的两端还分别设置有位于非驱动端密封泵盖(4)和驱动端密封泵盖(6)外侧的集装密封(9),
所述泵腔内还设置有首级中段壳体(10),所述泵轴(8)的中部键连接有位于首级中段壳体(10)内腔中的诱导轮(11),同时诱导轮(11)与吐出段(3)之间的泵轴(8)上还依次键连接有一级叶轮(12)、导轮(13)和二级叶轮(14)。
