The invention provides a groove forming device which comprises a drill rod, a drill bit, a power box and a chain saw type cutting box, wherein the power box is fixedly arranged on the drill rod, the drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the drill rod, the chain saw type cutting box is fixedly connected with the power box and is vertical to the drill rod, and the power box is used for providing power for the drill rod and the chain saw type cutting box. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the deep and narrow groove can be rapidly drilled.

Background
At present, underground projects such as highway tunnels, subways, underground pipe networks and the like built and proposed in China are increasing day by day, the projects can not pass through sections with complicated project hydrogeological conditions, and an underground water seepage field is in a dynamic balance state before the underground projects are built.
In order to prevent the water seepage of the foundation pit, it is a common practice in the industry to construct a circle of waterproof curtain outside the foundation pit. The construction method of the waterproof curtain is to dig a circle of continuous deep groove outside the foundation pit and then pour concrete or lay water-stopping materials in the deep groove. However, the trench dug by the conventional groover is generally wide, and it is difficult to dig a deep and narrow trench, so that a large amount of material is consumed in concrete pouring or water stopping material laying of the trench.

The embodiment of the invention provides a groove forming device which comprises a drill rod, a drill bit, a power box and a chain saw type cutting box, wherein the power box is fixedly arranged on the drill rod, the drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the drill rod, the chain saw type cutting box is fixedly connected with the power box and is vertical to the drill rod, and the power box is used for providing power for the drill rod and the chain saw type cutting box.
In the embodiment of the invention, the chain saw type cutting box comprises a first wheel disc, a second wheel disc and a chain saw sleeved on the first wheel disc and the second wheel disc, wherein the first wheel disc and the second wheel disc are respectively arranged at two ends, the first wheel disc is arranged at one side of the power box, and the power box provides power for the first wheel disc to rotate.
In the embodiment of the invention, one chain saw type cutting box is arranged on one side of the power box.
In the embodiment of the invention, two chain saw type cutting boxes are arranged on two sides of the power box.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following describes the implementation of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a groove forming apparatus including a drill rod 1, a drill bit 2, a power box 3, and a chainsaw type cutting box 4. The power box 3 is fixedly arranged on the drill rod 1. The drill bit 2 is arranged at the bottom end of the drill rod 1. The chain saw type cutting box 4 is fixedly connected with the power box 3 and is perpendicular to the drill rod 1. The power box 3 is used for providing power for the drill rod 1 and the chain saw type cutting box 4. The power in the power box 3 may be provided by a hydraulic motor.
The chain saw type cutting box 4 comprises a first wheel disc 41 and a second wheel disc 42 which are respectively arranged at two ends, and a chain saw 43 which is sleeved on the first wheel disc 41 and the second wheel disc 42. The first wheel disc 41 is arranged on one side of the power box 3. The power box 3 provides power for the first wheel disc 41 to rotate. When the first wheel disc 3 rotates, the second wheel disc 42 and the chain saw 43 are driven to rotate at the same time, so that the ground is cut.
The maximum cross-sectional area of the drilling head 2 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the power box 3 so that when the drilling head 2 is excavated to a greater depth, a bore hole is formed which can accommodate the power box 3. The drill rod 1 is a hollow steel pipe, an opening 11 is formed in the bottom of the drill rod 1, the opening 11 is used for absorbing slurry formed in a grooving process, and a hollow channel in the drill rod 1 is used for discharging the slurry sucked from the opening 11.
The working principle of the groove forming equipment is as follows:
the power box 3 provides power to enable the drill rod 1 to rotate to form a downward drilling hole and drive the power box 3 to move downwards, and meanwhile, the power box 2 also provides power to the chain saw type cutting box 4 to cut the ground downwards to form a deep and narrow groove. After the deep and narrow groove is formed, different materials can be poured or laid in the groove to form a precipitation or permeable wall body which is applied to water stopping or water collection.
In fig. 2, two chainsaw cutting boxes 4 are arranged on two sides of the power box 3, and the two chainsaw cutting boxes 4 have the same length.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the chainsaw cutting box 4 is one and is disposed at one side of the power box 3.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, two chainsaw cutting boxes 4 are provided on both sides of the power box 3, but the two chainsaw cutting boxes 4 have different lengths.
It should be noted that the chain saw type cutting box 4 and the power box 3 are detachably connected, and a user can independently select the type and the length of the chain saw type cutting box 4 according to the actual grooving requirement.
The groove sections formed by the groove forming equipment can be combined into various lap joints according to actual requirements, such as horizontal lap joint shown in figure 5, vertical lap joint shown in figure 6, obtuse lap joint shown in figure 7 and cross lap joint shown in figure 8. The invention is not limited in this respect.
In conclusion, by adopting the groove forming equipment, the power box is fixedly arranged on the drill rod, the chain saw type cutting boxes are arranged on two sides of the power box, the drill rod is downwards punched, the chain saw type cutting boxes also downwards cut the ground, and the deep and narrow groove can be quickly formed; the chain saw type cutting box can be selected according to the actual grooving requirement, so that various grooving requirements can be met.
