Abstract

When in paving, the paver 18 is firstly used for paving the road with the height of the road paving side baffle plates 21 as the elevation standard, road materials with certain height are paved on the ground 15 between the road paving side baffle plates 21 at the two sides to form the virtual pavement 16, and the distance between the road paving side baffle plates 21 at the two sides is consistent with the actual width of the road. After paving is finished and before compaction construction is carried out, the adjusting bolts 9 are slightly loosened, when the pressure of the road roller 20 does not act, the upper L-shaped baffle 1 keeps the height, then the road material is compacted by the road roller 20, when the road material passes through the road edge-facing area, the road material is directly rolled by the road roller 20, the road edge-facing baffle 21 is paved by the road, the upper L-shaped baffle 1 and the virtual pavement 16 of the road material move downwards together under the pressure of the road roller 20 to form a rolling finished surface 17, and therefore paving of the road is finished.
In the compaction process, the upper L-shaped baffle 1 has the tendency of returning to the original height under the action of the elastic support 13, and the road paving side baffle 21 is kept to have the blocking effect on road materials in the compaction process.
The paving of the road adopts sectional construction, after a certain section of the road is compacted, the road paving adjacent side baffles 21 at the two sides of the section of the road can be detached and installed at the two sides of the next section of the road to be paved, and the steps are repeated until the whole road is paved.
The road paving edge-facing baffle plate 21 is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of guaranteeing the width of a road, enabling the edge-facing area of the road to be fully compacted, and free of reserving an operation surface, so that materials are saved.
