Referring to fig. 1, the input device comprises a mask body positioning box 201 wound on a conveying chain (not shown in the drawing) of a frame 1 and continuously arranged above the conveying chain, a limiting plate 202 for preventing the mask body from ascending is arranged above the mask body positioning box 201, air blowing nozzles 203 for leveling the conveyed mask body are arranged on two sides below the limiting plate 202, the air blowing nozzles 203 are connected with a fan (not shown in the drawing) through external air pipes, the mask body can be placed in the mask body positioning box 201 smoothly by arranging the limiting plate 202 and the air blowing nozzles 203, the welding of the subsequent ear belt ropes is not affected, limiting plate adjusting frames 204 are arranged at one side of the front end and the rear end of the frame 1 at intervals, the limiting plate adjusting frames 204 extend towards the mask body positioning box 201, the limiting plates 202 are locked on the limiting plate adjusting frames 204 in an up-down adjusting mode through bolts, and avoiding grooves 205 for avoiding the limiting plates 202 are formed in the mask body positioning box 201.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, each ear-string turning device includes a gripper 501 disposed at two sides of a side of a lifting frame 801 of a first lifting device at intervals, and turning motors 502 driving each gripper to turn, each turning motor 502 is fastened to the lifting frame 801 by a mounting plate 503, an output end of each turning motor 502 passes through the mounting plate 503 and is rotationally connected with each gripper 501, and each turning motor 502 synchronously drives each gripper 501 to turn.
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 5, each ear-band rope traction device comprises a traction plate 301 arranged at one side of a frame 1, a pull-in frame 302 which is arranged above the traction plate 301 and is used for positioning an ear-band disc 313 and can be turned over, a driving guide wheel 303 used for pulling the ear-band rope is arranged below the pull-in frame 302 on the traction plate 301, the driving guide wheel 303 is a rubber wheel, the driving guide wheel 303 is driven by a rotating motor, an input wheel 304 and an output wheel 305 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the driving guide wheel 303 on the traction plate, a U-shaped sliding frame 306 is arranged below the traction plate 301 and is positioned on the driving guide wheel 303, a traction limit wheel 307 is arranged on the U-shaped sliding frame 306, a limit rod 308 used for limiting the upward sliding of the traction limit wheel 307 is arranged above the U-shaped sliding frame 306, a stay wire position sensor 309 is arranged on the limit rod 308, an end portion of the traction plate 301 is further arranged above the traction plate 301, the end portion of the ear-band rope 311 is provided with a pull-in ring 313, the lead-in frame is provided with a limit disc 310, and the lead-in frame is prevented from being pulled out from the rubber wheel 310 due to the fact that the lead-in frame is easily pulled out from the rubber wheel 302, and the lead-in frame is prevented from being pulled out from the side by the friction of the lead-in frame 310.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the ear-string-pulling wire positioning device comprises an introduction seat 401 arranged on two sides of an input device on a frame 1, an ear-string-guiding hole 402 is formed in each introduction seat 401, a steering wheel 403 for steering the ear string to be parallel to the input direction is arranged below each ear string-guiding hole 402 in each introduction seat 401, a clamping device is arranged behind the steering wheel 403 on each introduction seat 401, the clamping device comprises a lower clamping plate 404 arranged on the introduction seat 401, the upper part of the lower clamping plate 404 is parallel to the peripheral surface of the steering wheel 403, an upper clamping plate 405 is arranged on the introduction seat 401 above the lower clamping plate 404 in a lifting manner, an upper clamping plate driving motor 406 is arranged on the introduction seat, a telescopic clamping device for pulling out the ear string is also arranged right behind each clamping device on the frame 1, a pulling clamp 408 is arranged on a piston rod of the telescopic motor 407, and a shearing device for driving the ear string is arranged between the clamping device and the clamping device, and the shearing device comprises a shearing device 409 and a shearing cylinder.
Referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, the output device comprises an output frame 701 arranged at the rear of a frame 1, a conveying belt 702 is rotatably arranged on the output frame 701, a steering output frame 703 perpendicular to the output frame 701 is arranged below the output frame 701, a conveying belt 711 provided with an output mask is wound on the steering output frame 703, a counting device 704 is arranged on the conveying belt, a containing device used for preventing mask bodies from flying out of the temporary stacked mask bodies is arranged above the steering output frame 703 on the output frame 701, the containing device comprises a left containing bin 708 and a right containing bin 709, the left end part of the left containing bin 708 and the right end part of the right containing bin 709 are rotatably connected with the output frame 701 through a rotating motor 710, the bottom surfaces of the left containing bin 708 and the right containing bin 709 are lower than the upper surface of the conveying belt 702, a lifting positioning device used for pushing out the mask bodies is arranged above the containing device on the output frame 701, the lifting positioning device comprises a lifting rod 706 and a lifting rod 706, a lifting rod 706 and a lifting rod 707 arranged at the rear of the output frame, and the lifting rod 706 is arranged at the two sides of the lifting rod.
The invention also comprises a PLC control system (shown in the figure), wherein the input device, the ear string traction device, the ear string stay wire positioning device, the ear string overturning device, the welding device and the output device are all electrically connected with the PLC control system.
Working principle: when the mask ear strap welding machine of the embodiment of the invention is adopted, when the ear strap and the mask body are welded, one side of the mask body is exemplified as follows, an ear strap rope is pulled out of an ear strap reel 313 in an ear strap rope pulling device through a pulling hole 312 on an ear strap end portion introducing frame 311, then passes through a space between an active guide wheel 303 and an input wheel 304, and enters an ear strap rope pulling wire positioning device from an output wheel 305 after bypassing a pulling limiting wheel 307, the ear strap rope enters the ear strap rope pulling wire positioning device to firstly pass through an ear strap rope introducing hole 402 on an introducing seat 401, then passes through a clamping device after being turned by a turning wheel 403, the ear strap rope is clamped by an upper clamping plate 405 and a lower clamping plate 404, a telescopic clamping device positioned right behind the clamping device stretches out of a telescopic rod of a telescopic motor 407 to drive a pulling rope clamping jaw 408 to be clamped and then pulled back, the driving guide wheel 303 in the ear belt rope traction device starts to rotate through the driving of the rotating motor and is matched with the input wheel 304 to drive the ear belt rope to start moving, the traction limit wheel 307 is driven by the ear belt rope to slide upwards on the U-shaped sliding frame 306 in the process of pulling the ear belt rope back by the telescopic clamping device, when the telescopic clamping device pulls the ear belt rope to a preset position, the traction limit wheel 307 also touches the limit rod 308 to obtain a wire pulling in-place sensor 309, the driving guide wheel 303 stops rotating, the traction limit wheel 307 falls to an initial position, the overturning motor 502 on the lifting frame 801 in the first lifting device drives the clamping jaw 501 to overturn to the telescopic clamping device to pull back above the ear belt rope, meanwhile, the rotating motor 802 drives the lifting frame 801 to start descending, the rotating cylinder 410 in the cutting device beside the guiding seat drives the scissors 409 to cut off the ear belt rope after the clamping jaw 501 clamps the ear belt rope, then lifting frame 801 rises and simultaneously overturning motor 502 drives clamping jaw 501 to overturn back to the upper part of the input device to overturn the ear belt rope into a U shape, at this moment, mask body is placed on mask body positioning box 201 and is conveyed to the welding position above ultrasonic host 601 along with conveying chain after blowing air tap 203 on limiting plate 202 is flattened, lifting frame 801 descends again to place two ends of the ear belt rope clamped by clamping jaw 501 at two ends of the mask body, positioning pressing strip 901 on lifting frame 801 also synchronously descends to position and press two ends of the mask body on ultrasonic host 601, simultaneously ultrasonic welding gun 602 descends under pushing of cylinder 603 to press two ends of the ear belt rope on ultrasonic host 601, ultrasonic host 601 starts to finish welding, ultrasonic welding gun 602 ascends and resets, clamping jaw 501 loosens to follow lifting frame 801 to ascend along with conveying chain, welded mask is conveyed to the output device along with conveying chain, and then the next mask body reenters welding position stay cord 408 to clamping device to clamp the ear belt rope and then pulls back to circulate the operation.
The mask after the ear strap is welded enters the output device and enters the containing device through the conveying belt 702, the counting sensor 704 located above the conveying belt 702 starts counting, when the number of masks entering the containing device reaches a preset value, the lifting plate 706 located above the containing device is pushed by the air cylinder to descend at the lifting rod 705, meanwhile, the left containing bin and the right containing bin of the containing device are opened, the masks are pushed onto the steering output frame 703 by the lifting plate 706, and a plurality of mask output modes which are a group of masks are formed on the steering output frame 703, so that the subsequent packaging of the masks is facilitated.

Claims (15)

1. The mask ear strap welding machine comprises a frame and is characterized in that an input device for inputting a mask body, ear strap rope traction devices, ear strap rope pull wire positioning devices, ear strap rope turning devices, a welding device and an output device, wherein the input device is arranged on the frame and used for inputting the mask body, the ear strap rope traction devices are arranged on two sides of the frame and used for traction of the ear strap ropes, the ear strap rope pull wire positioning devices are used for guiding the ear strap ropes into two sides of the input device, the ear strap rope turning devices are arranged on one side of each ear strap rope pull wire positioning device, the welding device is arranged on the frame and used for welding the U-shaped ear strap ropes onto the mask body, the output device is arranged on the frame and used for outputting the mask with the ear strap, the first lifting devices are arranged on the frame and used for controlling the ear strap rope turning devices to lift up and down, and the positioning pressing devices are arranged on two sides below the first lifting devices and are used for positioning two ends of the mask body;
the first lifting device comprises a lifting frame arranged above the input device on the frame and a driving device arranged on the frame for driving the lifting frame to lift up and down, wherein the two ear belt rope turnover devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting frame, and the positioning pressing devices are respectively arranged on the lifting frame and positioned on the inner sides of the ear belt rope turnover devices;
The output device comprises an output frame arranged at the rear of the frame, a conveying belt is rotatably arranged on the output frame, a steering output frame perpendicular to the output frame is arranged below the output frame, a counting device is arranged on the conveying belt, a containing device used for preventing the mask body from flying out and temporarily stacking the mask body is arranged above the steering output frame, and a lifting positioning device used for pushing out the mask body is arranged above the containing device on the output frame;
The accommodating device comprises a left accommodating bin and a right accommodating bin, the left end part of the left accommodating bin and the right end part of the right accommodating bin are rotationally connected with the output frame through a rotating motor, the left accommodating bin and the right accommodating bin are flush, and the bottom surfaces of the left accommodating bin and the right accommodating bin are lower than the upper surface of the conveying belt;
the lifting positioning device comprises a lifting rod arranged at the rear of the output frame, a lifting plate arranged at the output end of the lifting rod and guide rods arranged on the output frame and positioned on two sides of the lifting rod, and the guide rods are connected with the lifting plate.

The mask ear strap welding machine according to claim 1, wherein each welding device comprises an ultrasonic host arranged on one side below the input device, an ultrasonic welding gun is arranged on the frame above the ultrasonic host, and the ultrasonic welding gun can be arranged on the frame in a lifting manner to weld the ear strap ropes bent and positioned on one side of the mask body on the mask body.
