Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料粉碎设备,底座上设有粉碎箱,粉碎箱一侧设有设备箱,设备箱内设有驱动装置,粉碎箱内设有粉碎装置,驱动装置连接粉碎装置,粉碎装置包括一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件,一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件均包括刀盘和切刀,一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件上设置的刀盘数量依次递增,粉碎箱上方通过托架设有除杂装置;本发明通过在粉碎箱内设置一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件可以逐级对塑料进行粉碎,粉碎更加彻底,通过设置除铁器可以对塑料内的磁性杂质先进行去除再进行粉碎,能够避免对切刀的损耗,通过设置回弹块可以避免塑料吸附在粉碎箱内壁上而无法被粉碎现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉碎设备领域,尤其涉及一种塑料粉碎设备。
背景技术
在塑料产品生产中,会产生塑料废品以及不便于利用的边角料,为了节约成本以及环保,这些塑料废品和不便于利用的边角料都会再次回收利用,回收之后都会进行粉碎处理方便储存和再次利用,但是现有技术中,塑料粉碎机的装填废料比较繁琐,且粉碎不彻底,粉碎后颗粒大小不一,不方便储存利用,粉碎过程中易混入金属物质损耗刀具,降低机器的使用寿命。因此,本发明提出一种塑料粉碎设备,以解决现有技术中的不足之处。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料粉碎设备,该粉碎设备通过在粉碎箱内设置一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件可以逐级对塑料进行粉碎,粉碎更加彻底,通过设置除铁器可以对塑料内的磁性杂质先进行去除再进行粉碎,能够避免对切刀的损耗,通过设置回弹块可以避免塑料吸附在粉碎箱内壁上而无法被粉碎现象,能提高粉碎效率。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种塑料粉碎设备,包括底座、粉碎箱、进料口、除杂装置和设备箱,所述底座上设有粉碎箱,所述粉碎箱一侧设有设备箱,所述设备箱内设有驱动装置,所述粉碎箱内设有粉碎装置,所述驱动装置连接粉碎装置,所述粉碎装置包括一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件,所述一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件均包括刀盘和切刀,所述刀盘上设有切刀,所述一级粉碎组件、二级粉碎组件和三级粉碎组件上设置的刀盘数量依次递增,所述粉碎箱上方通过托架设有除杂装置,所述粉碎箱上设有与除杂装置位置相适配的进料口。
进一步改进在于:所述除杂装置包括料箱、缓冲板和除铁器,所述料箱内通过铰链对称设有缓冲板,所述料箱内部下方设有斜板,所述斜板下方的料箱内壁上设有除铁器,所述除铁器下方可拆卸设有收集盒。
进一步改进在于:所述驱动装置包括电机、驱动轴、主动锥齿轮、从动锥齿轮和转轴,所述电机输出端设有驱动轴,所述驱动轴上设有主动锥齿轮,所述主动锥齿轮上啮合有从动锥齿轮,所述从动锥齿轮上设有转轴,所述转轴与刀盘连接,所述转轴一端通过轴承座与粉碎箱内壁固定。
进一步改进在于:所述粉碎箱内壁上设有回弹块。

根据图1、2所示,本实施例提出一种塑料粉碎设备,包括底座1、粉碎箱2、进料口3、除杂装置和设备箱4,所述底座1上设有粉碎箱2,所述粉碎箱2一侧设有设备箱4,所述设备箱4内设有驱动装置,所述粉碎箱2内设有粉碎装置,所述驱动装置连接粉碎装置,所述粉碎装置包括一级粉碎组件5、二级粉碎组件6和三级粉碎组件7,所述一级粉碎组件5、二级粉碎组件6和三级粉碎组件7均包括刀盘8和切刀9,所述刀盘8上设有切刀9,所述一级粉碎组件5、二级粉碎组件6和三级粉碎组件7上设置的刀盘8数量依次递增,所述粉碎箱2上方通过托架10设有除杂装置,所述粉碎箱2上设有与除杂装置位置相适配的进料口3。
所述除杂装置包括料箱11、缓冲板12和除铁器13,所述料箱11内通过铰链对称设有缓冲板12,所述料箱11内部下方设有斜板14,所述斜板14下方的料箱11内壁上设有除铁器13,所述除铁器13下方可拆卸设有收集盒15。
所述驱动装置包括电机16、驱动轴17、主动锥齿轮18、从动锥齿轮19和转轴20,所述电机16输出端设有驱动轴17,所述驱动轴17上设有主动锥齿轮18,所述主动锥齿轮18上啮合有从动锥齿轮19,所述从动锥齿轮19上设有转轴20,所述转轴20与刀盘8连接,所述转轴20一端通过轴承座21与粉碎箱2内壁固定。
所述粉碎箱2内壁上设有回弹块22。
本发明通过在粉碎箱2内设置一级粉碎组件5、二级粉碎组件6和三级粉碎组件7可以逐级对塑料进行粉碎,粉碎更加彻底,通过设置除铁器13可以对塑料内的磁性杂质先进行去除再进行粉碎,能够避免对切刀9的损耗,通过设置回弹块22可以避免塑料吸附在粉碎箱2内壁上而无法被粉碎现象,能提高粉碎效率。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料粉碎设备,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括电机(16)、驱动轴(17)、主动锥齿轮(18)、从动锥齿轮(19)和转轴(20),所述电机(16)输出端设有驱动轴(17),所述驱动轴(17)上设有主动锥齿轮(18),所述主动锥齿轮(18)上啮合有从动锥齿轮(19),所述从动锥齿轮(19)上设有转轴(20),所述转轴(20)与刀盘(8)连接,所述转轴(20)一端通过轴承座(21)与粉碎箱(2)内壁固定。
