Abstract
The invention provides a rotary disc filtering device which comprises a box body, wherein a discharge port is formed in the bottom of the box body, a supporting frame is fixedly arranged in the box body, a rotating pipe is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame, a water outlet is formed in one end of the rotating pipe, a plurality of groups of filtering discs are detachably arranged on the outer wall of the rotating pipe along the direction of a central line, a washing assembly is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame, and a driving unit is arranged on the box body. According to the invention, the water pump works to send the cleaning liquid in the water tank into the connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe sends the cleaning liquid into the washing unit to wash the surface of the filter disc, so that the accumulation of dirt on the surface of the filter disc is avoided.

Background
The existing rotary disc filter is mainly used in industrial places such as sewage plants and the like, and is used for treating cooling circulating water and recycling after advanced treatment of wastewater. The applicant has found that the following problems exist with the prior rotary disc filters during use: dirt is easily accumulated on the surface of the filter disc, and the filtering effect of the filter disc is influenced.

When the cleaning device is used, the water pump 52 works, the water pump 52 sends cleaning liquid in the water tank 51 into the connecting pipe 53, the connecting pipe 53 sends the cleaning liquid into the washing unit 54 to wash the filter disc 4, and when the scraper 543 is not lifted, the cleaning liquid can be prevented from losing; when the scraping plate 543 is completely lifted, the cleaning liquid can be prevented from being lost; when the blade 543 is in the intermediate position, the through groove 548 is not completely blocked, and the cleaning liquid flowing out of the through groove 548 can wash the surface of the blade 543.
According to the invention, the water pump 52 works to send the cleaning liquid in the water tank 51 into the connecting pipe 53, the connecting pipe 53 sends the cleaning liquid into the washing unit 54 to wash the surface of the filter disc 4, so that dirt accumulation on the surface of the filter disc 4 is avoided, meanwhile, the telescopic scraping plate 543 is arranged on the washing unit 54, so that the rotary disc filter device is prevented from extending out during filtering, the impact on the rotating pipe 3 is reduced, and the service life of the rotary disc filter device is prolonged.
