Background
With the rapid development of buildings, pollutants are generated after the interior of a house is decorated, the generated pollutants mainly comprise three types of pollutants such as volatile organic matters and other gas pollutants, microbial pollutants, solid particle pollutants and the like, and the volatile pollutants mainly comprise formaldehyde, benzene and the like. The formaldehyde has strong carcinogenic and cancer-promoting effects, the influence of the formaldehyde on human health is mainly shown in the aspects of abnormal smell, stimulation, allergy, abnormal lung function, abnormal liver function, abnormal immune function and the like, if people need to live in the house after decoration, pollutants can damage human health in the long-term living process, cancer can be caused for a long time, and the formaldehyde is very harmful to health, so that the formaldehyde has important significance for purifying air after house decoration.
The existing photocatalytic air purifier coats titanium dioxide on a filter screen, when the photocatalytic air purifier is used in a humid environment with much rainwater, due to the characteristics of the filter screen, the quantity of photocatalysts is very small due to the titanium dioxide coated on the surface of the filter screen, and the purification performance is poor, for example, Chinese patent CN105333518A discloses a detachable photocatalytic air purifier with a humidifying function, the air purifier is provided with a multilayer honeycomb structure with the photocatalysts coated on the surface surrounding an excitation light source, and the adoption of the mode can cause the low purification efficiency of the photocatalysts in the purification process, and the purifier is not suitable for use in the humid environment with much rainwater; traditional air purifier can cause the jam of air inlet when using in the more environment of dust, and simultaneously, traditional air purifier is in the use, and the air flow effect is poor, leads to the air purification effect not obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an environment-friendly photocatalytic air purifier which has a good internal air flowing effect, prevents a filter screen from being blocked when the air purifier is used in a dust environment, and has a better air purifying effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a photocatalytic air purifier based on environmental protection comprises a box body, wherein an air inlet which is obliquely arranged and used for air entering is installed at the top end in the box body, an air supply mechanism used for supplying air to the inside is installed in the air inlet, a purification mechanism used for purifying air is installed in the middle of the box body, and an ultraviolet lamp used for photocatalyst reaction is installed in the box body; the purification mechanism is connected with the air supply mechanism through a belt and drives the air supply mechanism to move in the opposite direction through the rotation of the purification mechanism; the purification mechanism comprises a motor, a transmission rod, a photocatalyst support plate, a conveyor belt, a guide wheel and a driven wheel, wherein the transmission rod is installed on an output shaft of the motor, the conveyor belt is wound on the cylindrical transmission rod, the cylindrical guide wheel and the driven wheel, and the conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of photocatalyst support plates with crescent sections; and an air outlet is arranged on the side wall of the box body.
