Abstract
本发明公开了一种粉末冶金含油轴承配方,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:7‑8%;铅粉:4‑5%;锡粉:3‑4%;碳化钨粉:4‑5%;锌粉:1.5‑2%;碳粉:0.7‑0.9%;铁粉:余量。本发明的含油轴承含油量高、承载力大、噪音低,其热稳定性和导热性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含油轴承,属于轴承制造技术领域。
背景技术
含油轴承用多孔材料制成、孔隙中贮有润滑油的滑动轴承。多孔材料和润滑油的热膨胀系数不同,故工作时油从孔隙中被挤入摩擦面,停止工作时油又随温度下降被吸回孔隙。含油轴承具有成本低、能吸振、噪声小、在较长工作时间内不用加润滑油等特点,特别适用于不易润滑或不允许油脏污的工作环境。广泛应用于家用电器、电动工具、纺织 机械、化工机械、汽车工业,但现有的含油轴承含油低、承载能力小、噪音高、热稳定性和导热性差。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种含油高、承载力大、噪音低、热稳定性和导热性强的粉末冶金含油轴承配方。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种粉末冶金含油轴承配方,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:7-8%;铅粉:4-5%;锡粉:3-4%;碳化钨粉:4-5%;锌粉:1.5-2%;碳粉:0.7-0.9%;铁粉:余量。
优选的:各成分质量比如下:铜粉:7%;铅粉:4.5%;锡粉:3.5%;碳化钨粉:4.5%;锌粉:1.5%;碳粉: 0.8%;铁粉:78.2%。
优选的:铁粉的粒度范围:50-100um。
优选的:铜粉的粒度范围:10-60um。
优选的:铅粉的粒度范围:1-70um。
优选的:锡粉的粒度范围:10-70um。
优选的:碳化钨粉的粒度范围:1-70um。
优选的:锌粉的粒度范围:10-50um。
优选的:碳粉的粒度范围:0.5-10um。
优选的:碳粉的含碳质量分数至少为99%。
本发明相比现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本发明的含油轴承采用铁、铜、铅、锡、锌、碳化钨以及碳制成,由于添加了铅、锡、锌、碳化钨,因此其孔隙紧密,含油量高、承载力大、噪音低,其热稳定性和导热性强。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1,一种粉末冶金含油轴承配方,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:70g;铅粉:45g;锡粉:35g;碳化钨粉:45g;锌粉:15g;碳粉: 8g;铁粉:782g。铁粉的粒度范围:50-100um。铜粉的粒度范围:10-60um。铅粉的粒度范围:1-70um。锡粉的粒度范围:10-70um。碳化钨粉的粒度范围:1-70um。锌粉的粒度范围:10-50um。碳粉的粒度范围:0.5-10um。碳粉的含碳质量分数至少为99%。
将上述配的混合料进行混料、成型、烧结、防锈、精整、浸油等工序,即可得到所需要的含油轴承。本发明制得的含油轴承含油量高、承载力大,其热稳定性和导热性强。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:80g;铅粉:40g;锡粉:30g;碳化钨粉:50g;锌粉:20g;碳粉:7g;铁粉:773g。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:75g;铅粉:50g;锡粉:40g;碳化钨粉:40g;锌粉:18g;碳粉:9g;铁粉:768g。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:7-8%;铅粉:4-5%;锡粉:3-4%;碳化钨粉:4-5%;锌粉:1.5-2%;碳粉:0.7-0.9%;铁粉:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于,各成分质量比如下:铜粉:7%;铅粉:4.5%;锡粉:3.5%;碳化钨粉:4.5%;锌粉:1.5%;碳粉: 0.8%;铁粉:78.2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:铁粉的粒度范围:50-100um。
4.根据权利要求3所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:铜粉的粒度范围:10-60um。
5.根据权利要求4所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:铅粉的粒度范围:1-70um。
6.根据权利要求5所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:锡粉的粒度范围:10-70um。
7.根据权利要求6所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:碳化钨粉的粒度范围:1-70um。
8.根据权利要求7所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:锌粉的粒度范围:10-50um。
9.根据权利要求8所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:碳粉的粒度范围:0.5-10um。
10.根据权利要求9所述粉末冶金含油轴承配方,其特征在于:碳粉的含碳质量分数至少为99%。
