A power transformer dust protection arrangement according to claim 5, characterized in that the cleaner (13) comprises a stationary box (19); a fixed sliding block (12) is arranged at the top end of the fixed box (19); the bottom end of the fixed box (19) is provided with a guide block; a communicating box (14) is arranged on one side of the fixed box (19); a three-way pipe is arranged on the communicating box (14); the three-way pipe comprises a first end, a second end and a third end; the first end is communicated with a hot air box (6) through a hose; the second end is communicated with a water tank (7) through a hose; a pressure pump is arranged on the water tank (7); the third end is communicated with a fixed box (19); the first end and the second end are both provided with electromagnetic valves; one side of the fixed box (19) is connected with an adjusting box (22) through an electric push rod (20); a buffer spring (21) is arranged between the fixed box (19) and the adjusting box (22); the top of the adjusting box (22) is provided with a driving mounting rack; a third servo motor is arranged on the driving mounting frame; the third servo motor is connected with a rotating brush (23) through a coupler; the periphery of the rotating brush (23) is provided with electrostatic bristles and a plurality of air outlet holes (24); a screen is arranged on the air outlet (24); the mesh number of the screen is 100 meshes; the rotating brush (23) comprises an upper device and a lower device; a rotating cylinder is arranged between the upper device and the lower device; the rotating cylinder is communicated with the rolling bearing connector and the lower connector; an oil seal is arranged on the rolling bearing; the rotary cylinder is connected with an adjusting box (22) through a pipeline.
