Abstract

The invention provides a block chain-based training method, which comprises the following steps: the block chain platform verifies the employee account logged in by the third-party training platform according to the stored employee information; after the employee account passes the verification, the third-party training platform starts a corresponding training course; after the training course is finished, the block chain platform acquires the learning record of the staff on the third-party training platform and forms training information, and the training information is broadcasted on the block chain platform; and the enterprise training platform acquires the training information on the block chain platform.
