The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
Fig. 1 shows a circuit configuration of an air conditioner 1, and the air conditioner 1 includes a refrigerant circuit 10, and is capable of executing a vapor compression refrigeration cycle by circulating a refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit 10. The indoor unit 3 and the outdoor unit 2 are connected by a connecting pipe 4 to form a refrigerant circuit 10 in which a refrigerant circulates. The refrigerant circuit 10 includes a compressor 11, an outdoor heat exchanger 13, an expansion valve 14, an accumulator 15, and an indoor heat exchanger 16. Among them, the indoor heat exchanger 16 and the outdoor heat exchanger 13 operate as a condenser or an evaporator. The compressor 11 sucks the refrigerant from the suction port, and discharges the refrigerant compressed therein to the indoor heat exchanger 16 from the discharge port. The compressor 11 is an inverter compressor with variable capacity that performs rotational speed control by an inverter, and the four-way valve 12 switches between heating and cooling.
The outdoor heat exchanger 13 has a first inlet and a second outlet for allowing the refrigerant to flow between the refrigerant and the suction port of the compressor 11 through the accumulator 15, and the refrigerant flows between the refrigerant and the expansion valve 14. The outdoor heat exchanger 13 exchanges heat between the outdoor air and the refrigerant flowing through a heat transfer pipe (not shown) connected between the second inlet and the first inlet of the outdoor heat exchanger 13.
The expansion valve 14 is disposed between the outdoor heat exchanger 13 and the indoor heat exchanger 16. The expansion valve 14 has a function of expanding and decompressing the refrigerant flowing between the outdoor heat exchanger 13 and the indoor heat exchanger 16. The expansion valve 14 is configured to be capable of changing the opening degree, and by decreasing the opening degree, the flow path resistance of the refrigerant passing through the expansion valve 14 is increased, and by increasing the opening degree, the flow path resistance of the refrigerant passing through the expansion valve 14 is decreased. The expansion valve 14 expands and decompresses the refrigerant flowing from the indoor heat exchanger 16 to the outdoor heat exchanger 13 during the heating operation. Further, even if the states of other devices installed in the refrigerant circuit 10 do not change, when the opening degree of the expansion valve 14 changes, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant circuit 10 changes.
The indoor heat exchanger 16 has a second inlet and outlet for allowing the liquid refrigerant to flow between the expansion valve 14 and the indoor heat exchanger, and has a first inlet and outlet for allowing the gas refrigerant to flow between the compressor 11 and the discharge port. The indoor heat exchanger 16 exchanges heat between the refrigerant flowing through the heat transfer pipe connected between the second inlet and the first inlet and the second outlet of the indoor heat exchanger 16 and the indoor air.
An accumulator 15 is disposed between the outdoor heat exchanger 13 and the suction port of the compressor 11. In the accumulator 15, the refrigerant flowing from the outdoor heat exchanger 13 to the compressor 11 is separated into a gas refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant. Then, the gas refrigerant is mainly supplied from the accumulator 15 to the suction port of the compressor 11.
The outdoor unit 2 further includes an outdoor fan 21, and the outdoor fan 21 generates an airflow of outdoor air passing through the outdoor heat exchanger 13 to promote heat exchange between the refrigerant flowing through the heat transfer tubes and the outdoor air. The outdoor fan 21 is driven by an outdoor fan motor 21A capable of changing the rotation speed. The indoor unit 3 further includes an indoor fan 31, and the indoor fan 31 generates an airflow of the indoor air passing through the indoor heat exchanger 16 to promote heat exchange between the refrigerant flowing through the heat transfer tubes and the indoor air. The indoor fan 31 is driven by an indoor fan motor 31A whose rotation speed can be changed.
As described in the background art, in the prior art, when temperature compensation is performed, the temperature compensation is started immediately when the temperature fluctuation of an indoor room exceeds a certain limit value, and because the current season is not considered, heating of the air conditioner in summer and false operation of cooling of the air conditioner in winter may be caused, which affects user experience.
To solve the above problem, an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a refrigerant circulation circuit, a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor fan, a fresh air blower, an outdoor temperature sensor, an indoor temperature sensor, and a controller, wherein the controller is configured to:
after the fresh air fan is detected to be started, receiving the outdoor temperature collected by the outdoor temperature sensor and the indoor temperature collected by the indoor temperature sensor;
recording the change value of the indoor temperature in a preset time period;
and compensating the indoor temperature according to the outdoor temperature and the change value.
Specifically, the fresh air fan is used for providing outdoor fresh air for the indoor, introducing outdoor fresh air, reducing the concentration of CO2 in the indoor environment and keeping the indoor air fresh. As shown in fig. 1, the indoor temperature sensor 32 is connected to an indoor control device 35 for measuring an indoor temperature; the outdoor temperature sensor 22 is connected to the outdoor control device 26, and measures the outdoor temperature.
After the fresh air fan is detected to be started, the outdoor temperature collected by the outdoor temperature sensor and the indoor temperature collected by the indoor temperature sensor are received, so that whether temperature compensation is carried out or not is determined according to the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature. And recording the change value of the indoor temperature in a preset time period, wherein the change value can be an ascending value under an ascending trend or a descending value under a descending trend, and compensating the indoor temperature according to the outdoor temperature and the change value. The temperature compensation value can be preset in the controller, the range of the preset temperature compensation value can be-5 ℃ to 5 ℃, and the preset temperature compensation value is adjusted through a remote controller or an intelligent terminal.
To improve user comfort, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the controller is further specifically configured to:
and after the fresh air fan is detected to be started, operating the indoor fan based on a preset air speed and keeping a preset time.
Specifically, predetermine the wind speed and can be for the minimum wind speed of predetermineeing of indoor fan, open the back at new trend fan, if indoor fan still operates with the high wind, can cause the instantaneous amount of wind too big, especially can cause the obvious uncomfortable sense of user when winter, based on predetermine the wind speed and operate indoor fan, avoid the high wind directly to blow the user, after predetermineeing length in order to predetermine wind speed operation indoor fan, can gradually increase the wind speed of indoor fan, improved user comfort level.
It should be noted that, those skilled in the art can select different preset time lengths to operate the indoor fan at the preset wind speed, which does not affect the protection scope of the present application.
In order to accurately compensate for the indoor temperature, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the controller is configured to:
if the outdoor temperature is not less than a first set temperature and the change value is an increase value exceeding a first preset threshold, reducing the refrigeration working temperature based on a preset temperature compensation value in a refrigeration state so as to compensate the indoor temperature;
if the outdoor temperature is not greater than a second set temperature and the change value is a decrease value exceeding a second preset threshold, the heating working temperature is increased based on the preset temperature compensation value in the heating state so as to compensate the indoor temperature;
wherein the first set temperature is greater than the second set temperature.
The air conditioner is in a refrigerating state when operating in summer and in a heating state when operating in winter, the outdoor temperature in summer is higher than the outdoor temperature in winter, the first set temperature corresponds to summer, such as 25 ℃, and the second set temperature corresponds to winter, such as 6 ℃, namely the first set temperature is higher than the second set temperature.
If the outdoor temperature is not less than the first set temperature, and the change value is an increasing value exceeding a first preset threshold value, the current season is summer, the indoor environment temperature is increased after the fresh air fan is started, the indoor temperature collected by the indoor temperature sensor is lower than the actual indoor environment temperature, the refrigeration effect is influenced, and the refrigeration working temperature needs to be reduced based on a preset temperature compensation value in the refrigeration state so as to compensate the indoor temperature.
If the outdoor temperature is not greater than the second set temperature, and the variation value is a reduction value exceeding a second preset threshold value, it indicates that the current season is winter, the indoor environment temperature is reduced after the fresh air fan is started, the indoor temperature collected by the indoor temperature sensor is higher than the actual indoor environment temperature, the heating effect is influenced, and the heating working temperature needs to be increased based on a preset temperature compensation value in the heating state so as to compensate the indoor temperature.
The air conditioner does not need temperature compensation during normal cooling or normal heating, and in the preferred embodiment of the present application, the controller is configured to:
if the outdoor temperature is not less than the first set temperature and the variation value is a decreasing value, or the outdoor temperature is not greater than the second set temperature and the variation value is an increasing value, the indoor temperature is not compensated.
If the outdoor temperature is not less than the first set temperature and the change value is a decrease value, the air conditioner is indicated to be normally refrigerated in summer; if the outdoor temperature is not greater than the second set temperature and the variation value is an ascending value, the normal heating of the air conditioner is indicated in winter, and the indoor temperature is not compensated.
To avoid false operation of temperature compensation, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the controller is further configured to:
and if the outdoor temperature is greater than the second set temperature and less than the first set temperature, not compensating the indoor temperature.
If the outdoor temperature is greater than the second set temperature and less than the first set temperature, the air conditioner operates in spring or autumn, and at the moment, false operation is easily caused when temperature compensation is performed, so that the indoor temperature is not compensated any more.
By applying the technical scheme, the controller of the air conditioner is configured to receive the outdoor temperature collected by the outdoor temperature sensor and the indoor temperature collected by the indoor temperature sensor after the fresh air fan is detected to be started; recording the change value of the indoor temperature in a preset time period; the indoor temperature is compensated according to the outdoor temperature and the change value, so that temperature compensation is accurately performed according to the current season, refrigeration compensation is performed only in summer, heating compensation is performed only in winter, misoperation during temperature compensation is avoided, the indoor fan is operated at a preset air speed after the fresh air fan is detected to be turned on, discomfort of a user caused by high wind is avoided, and user experience is improved.
Corresponding to the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present application, the embodiment of the present application further provides a temperature compensation control method, which is applied to an air conditioner including a refrigerant circulation loop, a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor fan, a fresh air blower, an outdoor temperature sensor, an indoor temperature sensor, and a controller, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, after the fresh air fan is detected to be started, the outdoor temperature collected by the outdoor temperature sensor and the indoor temperature collected by the indoor temperature sensor are received.
The fresh air fan is used for providing outdoor fresh air to the indoor, introducing the outdoor fresh air, reducing the concentration of CO2 in the indoor environment, keeping the indoor air fresh, and receiving the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature after detecting that the fresh air fan is started so as to determine whether to perform temperature compensation according to the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature.
In order to improve user's comfort level, in the preferred embodiment of this application, detect the new trend fan opens the back, still include:
and operating the indoor fan based on a preset wind speed and keeping a preset time.
It should be noted that, those skilled in the art can select different preset time lengths to operate the indoor fan at the preset wind speed, which does not affect the protection scope of the present application.
And step S202, recording the change value of the indoor temperature in a preset time period.
And S203, compensating the indoor temperature according to the outdoor temperature and the change value.
In order to improve the accuracy of temperature compensation, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the indoor temperature is compensated according to the outdoor temperature and the variation value, specifically:
if the outdoor temperature is not less than a first set temperature and the change value is an increase value exceeding a first preset threshold, reducing the refrigeration working temperature based on a preset temperature compensation value in a refrigeration state so as to compensate the indoor temperature;
if the outdoor temperature is not greater than a second set temperature and the change value is a decrease value exceeding a second preset threshold, the heating working temperature is increased based on the preset temperature compensation value in the heating state so as to compensate the indoor temperature;
wherein the first set temperature is greater than the second set temperature.
It should be noted that the above solution of the preferred embodiment is only a specific implementation solution provided by the present application, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set different first set temperature and second set temperature according to an actual situation, and may also flexibly set different first preset threshold and second preset threshold, where the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold may also be the same preset threshold, and other ways of compensating the indoor temperature according to the outdoor temperature and the change value all belong to the protection scope of the present application.
The air conditioner does not need temperature compensation during normal cooling or normal heating, and in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
if the outdoor temperature is not less than the first set temperature and the variation value is a decreasing value, or the outdoor temperature is not greater than the second set temperature and the variation value is an increasing value, the indoor temperature is not compensated.
