The supporting block 65 is fixed at the outer end of the equipment box 16, the piston cylinder 61 is fixed at the right end of the supporting block 65, the lifting rod 64 is arranged at the upper end of the piston cylinder 61, the baffle plate 62 is fixed at the upper end of the lifting rod 64, and the piston 66 is fixed at the lower end of the lifting rod. The outer side of the lifting rod 64 is sleeved with a movable spring 63, and two ends of the movable spring 63 are respectively fixed with the baffle plate 62 and the piston cylinder 61. S3: the driving bevel gear 91 rotates to drive the driven bevel gear 92 to rotate, the vertical rod 93 rotates to drive the rotary disc 94 to rotate, the moving assembly 98 is made to move left and right repeatedly, the caked soil can be sufficiently crushed, and the moving frame 981 moving left and right can fall by utilizing the screening of the soil.
