7. A mining vehicle and personnel mixed positioning method is characterized by comprising the following steps,
acquiring vehicle positioning card information of parking vehicles in a parking lot;
acquiring personnel carrying the personnel positioning card within the set range of the vehicle, and setting the personnel carrying the personnel positioning card within the set range to be bound;
after the vehicle moves from a static state and a displacement of a set distance occurs, judging the position of a personnel positioning card of a person to be bound;
if the position of the personnel positioning card of the personnel to be bound is in situ, the personnel carrying the personnel positioning card is unbound;
if the position of the personnel locator card of the personnel to be bound has the same movement track with the vehicle, the personnel locator card of the personnel to be bound is bound with the vehicle locator card of the vehicle, and the personnel locator card of the personnel to be bound is a bound card, namely the position information of the personnel carrying the locator card is directly displayed through the position information of the vehicle locator card;
when the vehicle is static from moving, all the bound cards are completely converted into to-be-bound cards;
the method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle provided with a vehicle positioning card enters a parking lot to park, all the personnel positioning cards of personnel in the range of 5 meters of the current position of the vehicle are processed into personnel to be bound by a GIS client;
when the vehicle provided with the vehicle positioning card moves from a static state and the movement displacement is more than 10 meters, the GIS client judges whether the personnel to be bound is still in the original position; if the personnel to be bound are in the original position, the vehicle positioning card and the personnel positioning card of the personnel to be bound are unbound; if the position displayed by the personnel positioning card of the personnel to be bound is consistent with the position displayed by the vehicle positioning card, processing the personnel positioning card into a bound card;
when the vehicle enters the parking lot again for parking, all the personnel positioning cards of the personnel are processed into the personnel to be bound by the GIS client side within the range of 5 meters of the bound card and the position of the vehicle corresponding to the bound card.
8. The mining vehicle and personnel hybrid positioning method according to claim 7, characterized in that when a vehicle bound with a personnel locator card enters a no-positioning-signal coverage area, all bound personnel locator cards are automatically unbound from the bound vehicle locator card.

The mining vehicle and personnel hybrid positioning method according to claim 7, characterized in that after no positioning information appears after the vehicle positioning card is damaged and is reported for more than 15 seconds, all the bound personnel positioning cards are automatically unbound from the bound vehicle positioning card.
10. The mining vehicle and personnel hybrid positioning method according to claim 7, characterized in that the binding or unbinding of the personnel locator card and the vehicle locator card occurs in two states of vehicle stop to start movement and in-motion to stop movement.
