First, the present embodiment provides a method for controlling a multi-split air conditioning unit, where the multi-split air conditioning unit includes a plurality of outdoor units and a plurality of indoor units 3 connected by refrigerant pipes, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the method includes:
s1, acquiring actual discharge temperatures of the compressors 21 of all the outdoor units;
s2, calculating the number of the first type outdoor units 11 having the actual discharge temperature greater than or equal to the preset lowest discharge temperature warning value and the number of the second type outdoor units 12 having the actual discharge temperature less than the preset lowest discharge temperature warning value;
s3, when the number of the first type outdoor units 11 and the number of the second type outdoor units 12 are not zero, selectively adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve of the first type outdoor unit 11, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first type outdoor unit 11, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the plurality of indoor units 3, the frequency of the compressor 21 of the second type outdoor unit 12 and/or stopping the multi-split air conditioning unit by alarming according to the actual discharge temperature of all the first type outdoor units 11.
For example, the embodiment is described in the case that the multi-split air conditioning unit in fig. 1 and 2 has two outdoor units, and one of the outdoor units is the first type outdoor unit 11, and the other outdoor unit is the second type outdoor unit 12. It should be noted that one of the two outdoor units is the first-type outdoor unit 11, and the other is the second-type outdoor unit 12, which are only used for explaining the logic and the principle of the control method of the present invention, and do not mean that the first-type outdoor unit is always present in the actual operation process of the multi-split air conditioning unit, nor mean that one of the two outdoor units is always the first-type outdoor unit, specifically, whether the first-type outdoor unit or the second-type outdoor unit is determined based on the actual discharge temperature of the outdoor unit and the preset lowest discharge temperature warning value, that is, when the actual discharge temperature of the outdoor unit is not lower than the lowest discharge temperature warning value, the outdoor unit is the first-type outdoor unit, and when the actual discharge temperature of the outdoor unit is lower.
The minimum exhaust temperature warning value in this embodiment represents an exhaust temperature value when the compressor 21 exceeds a normal exhaust temperature range and its own working efficiency is affected, and the minimum exhaust temperature warning value has a certain difference for different types of refrigerants or different models of compressors 21, for example, for a certain type of compressor 21, the minimum exhaust temperature warning value is 95 ℃. At this time, when the actual discharge temperature of the compressor 21 is greater than or equal to 95 ℃, the outdoor unit is the first type outdoor unit 11; when the actual discharge temperature of the compressor 21 is less than 95 ℃, the outdoor unit is the second type of outdoor unit 12. For another example, in the following description of the present embodiment, the first exhaust temperature threshold may be 105 ℃, the second exhaust temperature threshold may be 113 ℃, and the maximum exhaust temperature warning value may be 120 ℃.
In addition, during the adjustment of the superheat degree or the frequency of the compressor 21, the adjustment can be performed in a gradient manner, for example, when the superheat degree is changed by 1 ℃ or the compressor is reduced by 5Hz, the adjustment effect is delayed for 10-15 seconds, and then the adjustment is continued. To ensure that the actual discharge temperature of the compressor 21 after an adjustment operation is monitored and the next adjustment is made based on the actual discharge temperature of the compressor 21.
Since the method for controlling the multi-split air conditioning unit according to this embodiment is to solve the problem that the operation capacity of the multi-split air conditioning unit cannot be fully exerted due to a large difference in the operation states of the outdoor units caused by uneven refrigerant distribution, the method is only applied when the multi-split air conditioning unit satisfies a condition that the number of the first type outdoor units 11 and the number of the second type outdoor units 12 are both not zero.
According to the control method of the multi-split air conditioning unit of the embodiment, when the number of the first-type outdoor units 11 of which the actual exhaust temperatures are greater than or equal to the preset lowest exhaust temperature early warning value and the number of the second-type outdoor units 12 of which the actual exhaust temperatures are less than the preset lowest exhaust temperature early warning value are not zero, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the first-type outdoor units 11, the opening degrees of the economizer electronic expansion valves 26 of the first-type outdoor units 11, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the indoor units 3 and the frequency of the compressors 21 of the second-type outdoor units 12 are selectively adjusted according to the actual exhaust temperatures of all the first-type outdoor units 11, and/or the multi-split air conditioning unit is stopped by. Therefore, when the operating states of the outdoor units are greatly different due to uneven refrigerant distribution, the multi-split air conditioning unit can be comprehensively controlled by a method with steps in stages, so that the outdoor units work in a coordinated mode, and the overall working capacity of the multi-split air conditioning unit is fully exerted.
It should be noted that although the detailed steps of the method of the present invention have been described in detail, those skilled in the art can combine, separate and change the order of the above steps without departing from the basic principle of the present invention, and the modified technical solution does not change the basic concept of the present invention and thus falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
As a preferred embodiment of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "selectively adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the indoor units 3, the frequency of the compressor 21 of the second outdoor unit 12, and/or the warning shutdown of the multi-split air conditioning unit according to the actual discharge temperatures of all the first outdoor units 11" in step S3 includes:
s31, if the actual discharge temperature of the outdoor unit 11 of the first type is less than a first discharge temperature threshold, adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve 26 of the economizer of the outdoor unit 11 of the first type, wherein the first discharge temperature threshold is greater than a preset lowest discharge temperature warning value.
For example, when the multi-split air conditioning unit is in a cooling operation, as shown in fig. 1, the outdoor heat exchanger 23 serves as a condenser, the indoor heat exchanger 31 serves as an evaporator, and during the adjustment process of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first-type outdoor unit 11, a refrigerant flows out of the first channel of the economizer 25, and then part of the refrigerant enters the second channel of the economizer 25 through the economizer electronic expansion valve 26, and at this time, the refrigerant is evaporated in the second channel of the economizer 25 and absorbs heat of the refrigerant in the first channel, so that the refrigerant is secondarily condensed before entering the indoor heat exchanger 31, and the cooling effect of the indoor heat exchanger 31 is improved, and at the same time, the suction volume of the compressor 21 of the first-type outdoor unit 11 can be increased, the suction temperature of the compressor 21 of the first-type outdoor unit 11 is reduced, and the operating condition of the first-type. The opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first-type outdoor unit 11 is adjusted to reduce the discharge temperature of the first-type compressor 21 to be lower than the minimum discharge temperature warning value, so that the outdoor units can be in a normal and efficient working state.
It is understood that the degree of superheat that can be achieved by the economizer 25 while exerting its maximum capacity may be the first target degree of superheat depending on the type of refrigerant or the performance of the economizer 25 itself. During adjustment of the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26, the superheat of the second passage of the economizer 25 gradually approaches the first target superheat. The difference between the refrigerant temperatures at the outlet and the inlet of the second channel of the economizer 25 can be used as an approximate value of the supercooling degree of the economizer 25.
According to the control method of the multi-split air conditioning unit of the present invention, if the actual discharge temperature of the first outdoor unit 11 is less than the first discharge temperature threshold, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first outdoor unit 11 is adjusted. Thus, when the multi-split air conditioning unit starts to be adjusted, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first outdoor unit 11 is adjusted, and then when the adjustment effect cannot be achieved by adjusting the first outdoor unit 11, the next adjustment measure is taken, so that the influence on other outdoor units is reduced to the greatest extent while the normal working state of the first outdoor unit 11 is realized.
As a preferred embodiment of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "selectively adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the indoor units 3, the frequency of the compressor 21 of the second outdoor unit 12, and/or the warning shutdown of the multi-split air conditioning unit according to the actual discharge temperatures of all the first outdoor units 11" in step S3 further includes:
s32, if the actual discharge temperature of the outdoor unit 11 of the first type is greater than or equal to the first discharge temperature threshold and less than the second discharge temperature threshold, keeping the superheat degree of the economizer 25 of the outdoor unit 11 of the first type at the first target superheat degree; and adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valves of the indoor units 3 when the multi-split air conditioning unit operates in a refrigerating mode; and adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve of the first type outdoor unit 11 during heating operation of the multi-split air conditioning unit.
Illustratively, when the multi-split air conditioning unit is adjusted in the method of step S31, if the discharge temperature of the compressor 21 of the first type outdoor unit 11 continues to rise, the control method of step S32 is performed. Since the indoor heat exchanger 31 serves as an evaporator during cooling operation of the multi-split air conditioning unit and the outdoor heat exchanger 23 serves as an evaporator during heating operation of the multi-split air conditioning unit, the degree of superheat of the evaporator is adjusted under both conditions. When the superheat degree is equal to zero, it indicates that there is no working effect of the evaporator, and when the superheat degree is adjusted according to the method in step S32, the difference between the refrigerant temperatures at the outlet and the inlet of the indoor heat exchanger 31 may be taken as an approximate value of the superheat degree, and meanwhile, a second target superheat degree may be preset as a superheat degree value in an optimal condition, and 1 ℃ may be set as a gradient target during adjustment, and gradually changed to the second target superheat degree according to the adjustment effect.
As a preferred embodiment of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "selectively adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the indoor units 3, the frequency of the compressor 21 of the second outdoor unit 12, and/or the warning shutdown of the multi-split air conditioning unit according to the actual discharge temperatures of all the first outdoor units 11" in step S3 further includes:
s33, if the actual discharge temperature of the first type outdoor unit 11 is greater than or equal to the second discharge temperature threshold and less than the preset maximum discharge temperature warning value, keeping the superheat degree of the economizer 25 of the first type outdoor unit 11 at the first target superheat degree and reducing the operating frequency of the compressor 21 of the second type outdoor unit 12; adjusting the superheat degree of the indoor heat exchangers 31 of the indoor units 3 to a second target superheat degree during the refrigeration operation of the multi-split air conditioning unit; and adjusting the superheat degree of the outdoor heat exchanger 23 of the first type outdoor unit 11 to a third target superheat degree during heating operation of the multi-split air conditioning unit.
For example, after the adjustment by the methods of steps S31 and S32, if the actual discharge temperature of the first type outdoor unit 11 continues to increase, the operation frequency of the compressor 21 of the second type outdoor unit 12 is continuously decreased to decrease the discharge temperature of the first type compressor 21, while the previous optimum adjustment effect is maintained.
As a preferred embodiment of the above control method provided in this embodiment, the step of "selectively adjusting the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degree of the economizer electronic expansion valve 26 of the first outdoor unit 11, the opening degrees of the main electronic expansion valves of the indoor units 3, the frequency of the compressor 21 of the second outdoor unit 12, and/or the warning shutdown of the multi-split air conditioning unit according to the actual discharge temperatures of all the first outdoor units 11" in step S3 further includes:
and S34, if the actual exhaust temperature of the outdoor unit 11 of the first type is greater than or equal to the preset maximum exhaust temperature early warning value, the multi-split air conditioner unit is stopped by alarming. It can be understood that all the adjustment measures are used up at this time, the discharge temperature of the compressor 21 of the first type outdoor unit 11 is still not reduced to a good effect, and in order to prevent the compressor 21 of the first type outdoor unit 11 from being damaged, the outdoor unit can be turned off and other compressors 21 are started up, or the whole multi-split air conditioning unit is stopped by alarm.
