Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment system and process.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization process in China, the problem of water environment pollution is increasingly serious. The outstanding problem is that the pollution of some medium and small cities and rural areas tends to be aggravated. China has huge rural population and huge sewage discharge, wherein most of sewage is directly discharged into peripheral water without treatment, thus causing serious harm to the ecological environment.
The treatment of dispersed domestic sewage has a lot of difficulties compared with centralized treatment in cities and towns, mainly lies in the following aspects: 1. the water quantity fluctuation is large. The discharge of the dispersed domestic sewage has strong randomness, and the water quantity fluctuation is usually large in different time periods of a day and different seasons of a year. The continuous and stable amount of sewage can not be formed frequently for the continuous operation of treatment facilities, and particularly for facilities adopting a biological treatment process, a microorganism system with stable performance is difficult to form, and the quality of effluent water is difficult to ensure. 2. The quality of the inlet water is unstable. The dispersed domestic sewage has a small sewage source range, and the quality difference of the waste water generated by different water is very large. Such as grey water generated by kitchens and black water generated by toilets in rural sewage; the sewage with different water qualities, such as catering waste water, toilet sewage, car washing waste water and the like in a service area of the expressway, are usually discharged at different time intervals, and the water quantity difference is large. 3. The technical process is single and the treatment effect is poor. Simple ecological treatment processes or activated sludge methods have failed to meet increasingly stringent dispersed domestic sewage treatment requirements and environmental quality requirements. Currently, a is more frequently used2The technology of/O or multi-stage AO and the like which is mature and applied in the municipal sewage treatment field is in fact due to the unstable water quantity and water quality of dispersed domestic sewageThe effect is not ideal during the inter-treatment process. The problem that the effluent of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants is difficult to reach the standard generally exists in the current dispersed domestic sewage treatment. The main reasons are that the water quantity and the water quality are unstable, so that a stable and effective microbial population is difficult to form, and particularly, the culture of nitrobacteria is difficult; the nitrogen and phosphorus loads of the dispersed domestic sewage inflow are high, and organic matters in the water are often not enough to support biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal; the method of using additional agents such as carbon source and phosphorus removing agent cannot realize accurate regulation due to large water quality fluctuation. 4. Maintenance management is difficult. Due to the adoption of a distributed treatment mode, the sewage treatment process is difficult to maintain in a unified and centralized manner. Decentralized wastewater treatment systems also often lack capital and routine maintenance by professionals, and therefore decentralized wastewater treatment systems tend to have a short service life. In the existing treatment process, in order to achieve a better nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect, a carbon source or a phosphorus removal agent needs to be added, but due to the lack of frequent maintenance capability, accurate addition of agent metering is difficult to realize, so that maintenance of consumed agents such as the carbon source and the phosphorus removal agent is more difficult to implement. The dilemma of maintenance and management also further causes the instability of the treatment effect of the dispersed domestic sewage at present.
In view of this, this patent is filed.

Preferably, the soft filler is formed by PE ropes and hydroformylation vinylon filament bouquets; the semi-soft filler is formed by PE ropes and PE ring pieces.
The first stirrer, the second stirrer and the third stirrer can use vertical stirrers when the treatment scale is smaller; at larger process scales, the impeller may be used with the agitator.
The stirrer functions as follows:
1. mixing the return water and the return sludge with the inlet water uniformly;
2. preventing sludge from precipitating.
According to the distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment system, the secondary aerobic tank and the primary aerobic tank are the same in structure.
According to the distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment system of the embodiment of the invention, the autotrophic denitrification tank is internally provided with an integrated autotrophic biological filler as a microorganism carrier and a third stirrer. Preferably, the integrated autotrophic biological filler is filled in the frame or the hollow ball to form a fixed bed which is arranged in the autotrophic denitrification nitrogen removal tank. The autotrophic biological filler has larger specific gravity, and can sink when being directly placed in water, and the filler can be dispersedly arranged in the water by using the filling mode, so that the filler is fully contacted with pollutants in the water, and the reaction rate is improved.
More preferably, the frame is a cylinder with a diameter of 2cm and a height of 1 cm.
According to the distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment system provided by the embodiment of the invention, iron-based synthetic adsorption filler is arranged in the adsorption dephosphorization tank. In the adsorption dephosphorization tank, iron-based synthetic adsorption filler is used as a dephosphorization material, and the adsorption dephosphorization tank is operated in a filter tank mode. The iron-based synthetic adsorption filler is an inorganic material with porous diameter and large specific surface area, which is prepared by combining iron-containing substances (including simple substance iron, pyrite, siderite and the like) with a skeleton mineral material (such as activated carbon, fly ash, zeolite and the like) pore-forming agent and an adhesive, pretreating with hydrochloric acid and bonding under the high-temperature oxygen-free condition, and removing phosphorus through adsorption. Has the advantages of no need of additional phosphorus removal agent, convenient maintenance and high phosphorus removal efficiency. The iron-based synthetic adsorption filler simultaneously loads microorganisms in the sewage, and the regeneration of the adsorbent is realized by utilizing the assimilation of the microorganisms.
According to the distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment system, the filter tank is internally provided with a filter material, and the filter material is a flat ceramic membrane or quartz sand. The flat ceramic membrane or quartz sand is used as a filtering material to filter sludge and suspended matters in water. The ceramic membrane has the advantages of small occupied space, good regeneration performance, simple separation process, low energy consumption, simple and convenient operation and maintenance, long service life and the like. The quartz sand has the advantages of low price, easy obtaining, good operation effect, strong water quality adaptability, simple and convenient maintenance and the like. The two materials are mainly used for removing Suspended Substances (SS) in water, so that the effluent is kept clear.
Preferably, a sludge collecting groove for collecting excess sludge is further arranged in the filtering tank.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment system comprises a disinfection tank, wherein a disinfection device and a flow guide plate are arranged in the disinfection tank. The disinfection device generally uses an external administration device to add disinfectant substances such as sodium hypochlorite, chlorine tablets or chlorine dioxide. Only the end portion of the disinfection dosing apparatus is provided in the treatment device. The guide plate is used for fully mixing the disinfectant with the sewage in the pool and is not connected with the disinfection device. Generally, 2-4 plates are arranged above and below or on the left and right of the disinfection tank, so that water can turn back up and down or on the left and right, and the flow of the water is increased.
The distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment process is different from other traditional domestic sewage treatment processes because of innovation on a denitrification mechanism. The core biochemical treatment process of the traditional domestic sewage treatment process adopts an anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic process flow sequence, and meanwhile, water treated by an aerobic process section must flow back to an anoxic tank to remove organic matters, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and other pollutants in the water. The main ammonia nitrogen pollutants in the raw water of the domestic sewage need to complete nitrification in a subsequent 'aerobic' process section and be converted into nitrate nitrogen; then along with the reflux, the organic matters in the inlet water are utilized to carry out denitrification in the anoxic process, and the organic matters are converted into nitrogen to be removed. The anoxic tank is arranged in front of the aerobic tank, so that organic matters in the raw water can be utilized in the denitrification process. If the total phosphorus in the water is removed, a mud-water separation system is required to be arranged subsequently, and the separated sludge is returned to the anaerobic tank; or continuously adding a phosphorus removing agent in the subsequent process.
The core biochemical treatment process of the distributed domestic sewage integrated treatment process adopts an anaerobic-aerobic-anoxic process flow sequence. The treatment process can remove organic matters, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and other pollutants in water without refluxing. The invention adopts autotrophic denitrification technology, so that organic matters are not needed to participate in the denitrification process. Therefore, after the ammonia nitrogen pollutants are subjected to aerobic nitrification, denitrification can be directly performed, and the anoxic tank is not required to be arranged in front of the aerobic tank, so that the flow of nitrifying liquid reflux is also omitted. The treatment process flow is simpler and more direct. Meanwhile, the invention uses an adsorption dephosphorization process, and dephosphorization is not needed by a sludge reflux or continuous addition of a dephosphorization agent. The operation and maintenance are simpler, and the application characteristics of treating the dispersed domestic sewage are better met.
