The invention aims to provide a stripping machine for unmanned mounting components, which can improve the stripping efficiency of material sheets, and mainly comprises a base 1, a winding seat 2 arranged on the base 1 and a stripping mechanism arranged on the base 1, as shown in figures 1 and 2; the stripping mechanism comprises a stripping seat 3, two stripping vertical plates 4, a base plate 19 and a stripping knife 5; the peeling seat 3 is mounted on the base 1, the two peeling vertical plates 4 are vertically arranged on the peeling seat 3, two ends of the backing plate 19 are respectively detachably connected to the two peeling vertical plates 4, the peeling knife 5 is connected to the backing plate 19, and the peeling knife 5 is obliquely arranged so that a knife edge of the peeling knife 5 is obliquely upward; the guide reels 20 are movably mounted on the two stripping risers 4 and are arranged close to the stripping knife 5, the material sheet roll 18 sequentially passes through the material sheet seat 2, the backing plate 19, the stripping knife 5 and the guide reels 20, and when the material sheet roll 18 passes through the stripping knife 5, material sheets can be separated from the material sheet roll 18; and the reel guide 20 is disposed below the peeling knife 5. In this way, the web roll 18 is placed on the roll stand 2 of the stripping machine, and one end of the web roll 18 passes through the backing plate 19, the stripping knife 5 and the guide roll 20 in this order, so that when the web roll 18 passes through the stripping knife 5, the stripping knife 5 can strip the web in the web roll 18. The process of stripping the material sheet by the stripping knife 5 can overcome the incomplete stripping problem, improve the stripping efficiency and reduce the number of defective products.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, rotating shafts 15 are movably connected to the two peeling risers 4 at positions close to the peeling knives 5, and the rotating shafts 15 are provided with peeling pieces for peeling off the material sheets along the length direction, and the lengths of the peeling pieces are greater than or equal to the lengths of the material sheets. In this way, the material sheets already form pre-cuts at the location of the material sheet roll 18 when the material sheet roll 18 enters the location of the peeling knife 5, thereby enabling a more convenient peeling of the material sheets from the material sheet roll 18 when entering the location of the peeling knife 5. Here, in order to facilitate the smooth entry of the web roll 18 into the position of the peeling knife 5, the notch-peeling sheet is rotated to the home position along with the rotating shaft 15 after the cutting of the web and the web roll 18, thereby preventing the notch-peeling sheet from obstructing the entry of the web roll 18 into the position of the peeling knife 5.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure stable peeling process, reduce the number of defective products after peeling, and prevent the web roll 18 from being positionally displaced, a reel 21 is movably connected to a position of the concave frame 6 close to the reel guide 20, and when the web roll 18 passes through the peeling blade 5 and is peeled off, the web roll enters a gap formed by the reel 21 and the reel guide 20, and the rotation directions of the reel 21 and the reel guide 20 are opposite, and the reel 21 and the reel guide 20 both move toward the web roll 18.
