本发明公开了一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,包括运输台、升降台以及升降轨,所述升降轨固定安装在运输台的两侧,所述升降台安装于升降轨上,所述运输台上安装有左右整形机构;所述升降台上安装有前后整形机构以及拆解机构;拆解机构上安装有用于调整高度的伸缩缸;所述拆解机构包括两根平行安装的转轴,所述转轴的中部安装有涡轮,两根转轴上的所述涡轮啮合连接于蜗杆,所述蜗杆采用电机驱动;转轴上安装有刀架,刀架用于安装裁剪刀。本发明针对废旧纸箱进行拆解之后形成展开的纸板,最后运输出来,节约人力资源,效率也更高。

本发明涉及纸箱回收技术领域,特别涉及一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备。
背景技术
在快递行业,瓦楞纸板或以其为主要材料生产的纸箱是全世界公认的绿色环保型包装产品。网络购物时代的来临和生活方式的不断进步,瓦楞纸箱的需求量正以非常可观的几何倍数日益扩大。
基于环保的主旨,针对废弃纸箱(即拆快递后取出货物之后的纸箱),大致有两种回收方式,一种是采用碾压打碎的方式进行回收,另一种是人工使用刀具进行拆解,整合成纸板进行运输,后续再将其利用至适合的用途上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备。
本发明的技术方案:一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,包括运输台、升降台以及升降轨,所述升降轨固定安装在运输台的两侧,所述升降台安装于升降轨上,所述运输台上安装有左右整形机构;
所述升降台上安装有前后整形机构以及拆解机构;
拆解机构上安装有用于调整高度的伸缩缸;
所述拆解机构包括两根平行安装的转轴,所述转轴的中部安装有涡轮,两根转轴上的所述涡轮啮合连接于蜗杆,所述蜗杆采用电机驱动;
转轴上安装有刀架,刀架用于安装裁剪刀。
上述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,所述输送台包括位于输入端的辊式输送架以及位于输出端的悬浮式双层辊输送架。
前述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,所述左右整形机构包括沿输送台延伸方向对称分布的两个平行架,所述平行架的一侧连接有液压伸缩杆,所述液压伸缩杆推动平行架沿垂直于输送台延伸的方向对中运动。
前述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,两个所述平行架之间设置有带式传送机。
前述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,所述前后整形机构包括液压缸,所述液压缸的输出端连接有推杆,所述推杆前端固定安装有滑块,所述滑块上铰接有两个连接臂,两个所述连接臂上均铰接有定位头,所述定位头的端部安装有夹持轮。
前述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,所述拆解机构位于定位头之间。
前述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,所述拆解机构还包括有安装座以及上下位移组件,所述安装座用于安装拆解机构上的其他结构,上下位移组件输出端连接安装座,用于驱动拆解机构整体进行上下位移。
前述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备中,所述刀架上安装有球铰,所述裁剪刀安装于球铰上。
与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理,本发明针对废旧纸箱进行拆解之后形成展开的纸板,最后运输出来,节约人力资源,效率也更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例:参照图1所示:包括运输台1、升降台6以及升降轨2,所述升降轨2固定安装在运输台1的两侧,所述升降台6安装于升降轨2上,所述运输台1上安装有左右整形机构;
所述输送台1包括位于输入端的辊式输送架3以及位于输出端的悬浮式双层辊输送架4;如图所示,辊式输送架3即现有的可市购的输送架;后端的悬浮式双层辊输送架4,具体结构是由上下两层输送架,上层的输送架架的底部固定连接多组弹簧柱,弹簧柱的底部与下层的滚筒架固定连接。用于对输送出来的纸板进行整形压平。
所述左右整形机构包括沿输送台1延伸方向对称分布的两个平行架81,所述平行架81的一侧连接有液压伸缩杆8,所述液压伸缩杆8推动平行架81沿垂直于输送台延伸的方向对中运动;两个所述平行架81之间设置有带式传送机31;
当纸箱通过辊式输送架3进入到带式传送机31上且到达升降台6下方后,推动两个平行架81对中平移将其夹持,使纸箱的左右侧边处于平直状态。
升降台6于升降轨2上可采用丝杆进行传动,所述升降台6上安装有前后整形机构5以及拆解机构7;
所述前后整形机构包括液压缸52,所述液压缸52的输出端连接有推杆,所述推杆前端固定安装有滑块55,所述滑块55上铰接有两个连接臂53,两个所述连接臂53上均铰接有定位头51,所述定位头51的端部安装有夹持轮;
参照图5所示,当平行架81夹持住纸箱之后,调节升降台的高度6,再启动液压缸52,在连接臂的作用下,定位头51对纸箱的前后侧边进行夹持。
此时,纸箱的前后左右均被固定限位,于此处可在前后整形机构5以及左右整形机构上安装测距传感器,用于测量出该纸箱的长以及宽。
所述拆解机构7上两端均连接有伸缩缸77,所述伸缩缸77用于调节拆解机构7的高度位置。
所述拆解机构7包括两根平行安装的转轴78,所述转轴78的中部安装有涡轮76,两根转轴78上的所述涡轮76啮合连接于蜗杆71,所述蜗杆71采用电机驱动;
所述刀架73上连接有裁剪刀72。所述刀架73上安装有球铰,所述裁剪刀72安装于球铰上。通过球铰的安装,是为了调整裁剪刀72的角度,特别是水平角度的调整,以适应不同规格的纸箱,另外,可在球铰外增加定位件,用以定位裁剪刀72调整角度后的位置。
参照图3以及图4所示,实质上是有两组裁剪刀平行安装,在转轴的作用下进行收折与展开,在向下展开的过程中完成裁剪切割。
工作原理:先参照图2所示,纸箱沿图中黑色箭头方向输入(此处值得一提的是,纸箱由于是拆完快递之后废弃的,所以其端面是开口状的),到达升降台6的下方后,被前后整形机构5以及左右整形机构夹持住之后;
伸缩缸77将拆解机构7下移(此时的裁剪刀72处于向上收缩状态),伸入纸箱中;接着参照纸箱的长宽高以及裁剪刀72的所在高度,利用球铰调整裁剪刀72角度(此步骤可根据纸箱特定规格提前调整固定好)。参照图6所示,上述步骤调整裁剪刀72的目的是为了在裁剪刀72向下裁剪时能够将图中的A、B棱边裁开。裁剪刀72裁剪,由蜗杆71带动两侧的涡轮76旋转,且相向旋转,在转轴78、刀架73的作用下,使裁剪刀72向下切割,直至将A,B两条棱边裁开,使纸箱裁成纸板。
裁剪完的纸板是纸箱的展开样式,其最前端顺着裁剪线(即B)落下之后,进入悬浮式双层辊输送架4的输入端,即两层辊的夹层内,在带式传送机以及输送架的作用下输出,并且纸板被输送架压平。

1.一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:包括运输台(1)、升降台(6)以及升降轨(2),所述升降轨(2)固定安装在运输台(1)的两侧,所述升降台(6)安装于升降轨(2)上,所述运输台(1)上安装有左右整形机构;
所述升降台(6)上安装有前后整形机构(5)以及拆解机构(7);
拆解机构(7)上安装有用于调整高度的伸缩缸(77);
所述拆解机构(7)包括两根平行安装的转轴(78),所述转轴(78)的中部安装有涡轮(76),两根转轴(78)上的所述涡轮啮合连接于蜗杆(71),所述蜗杆(71)采用电机驱动;
转轴(78)上安装有刀架(73),刀架(73)用于安装裁剪刀(72)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:所述输送台(1)包括位于输入端的辊式输送架(3)以及位于输出端的悬浮式双层辊输送架(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:所述左右整形机构包括沿输送台(1)延伸方向对称分布的两个平行架(81),所述平行架(81)的一侧连接有液压伸缩杆(8),所述液压伸缩杆(8)推动平行架(81)沿垂直于输送台延伸的方向对中运动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:两个所述平行架(81)之间设置有带式传送机(31)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:所述前后整形机构包括液压缸(52),所述液压缸(52)的输出端连接有推杆,所述推杆前端固定安装有滑块(55),所述滑块(55)上铰接有两个连接臂(53),两个所述连接臂(53)上均铰接有定位头(51),所述定位头(51)的端部安装有夹持轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:所述拆解机构(7)位于定位头(51)之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:所述拆解机构(7)还包括有安装座以及上下位移组件(77),所述安装座用于安装拆解机构(7)上的其他结构,上下位移组件(77)输出端连接安装座,用于驱动拆解机构(7)整体进行上下位移。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种废弃纸箱拆解运输设备,其特征在于:所述刀架(73)上安装有球铰,所述裁剪刀(72)安装于球铰上。
