Abstract
本发明公开了一种葛根加工用切块装置,包括清洗槽,所述清洗槽两端内壁转动连接有若干个清洗转筒,且清洗转筒上方均设有水管,每个所述水管底部外壁均设有若干个清洗喷头,所述清洗槽一侧外壁固定连接有送料通道,且送料通道底部外壁固定连接有烘干输送筒,所述烘干输送筒两侧内壁转动连接有中空转轴,且中空转轴外壁固定连接有中空螺旋绞龙,所述中空螺旋绞龙与中空转轴相连通,且中空螺旋绞龙外壁设有若干个通风孔,所述烘干输送筒一侧外壁设有烘干机,且烘干输送筒底部一侧外壁固定连接有出料通道,所述出料通道下方设有传送带,且传送带上方设有若干个切块刀。本发明能自动对葛根加工,节约人力,大大提升葛根加工生产的效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及葛根加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种葛根加工用切块装置。
背景技术
葛根是豆科植物野葛的干燥根,它常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
葛根经过采集后,需要对采集的葛根进行清洗,除去葛根表面上泥土杂质,然后再将其进行晾干去除水分,防止葛根沾水后烂根,最后使用葛根切块装置将葛根切块,然后再将葛根块密封保存;现有的葛根加工用切块装置功能单一,只能将葛根切块,无法对葛根进行清洗、烘干,所以需要人工对葛根清洗然后烘干,此过程需要大量的人力和成本,而且工作效率低,影响葛根加工的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种葛根加工用切块装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种葛根加工用切块装置,包括清洗槽,所述清洗槽两端内壁转动连接有若干个清洗转筒,且清洗转筒上方均设有水管,每个所述水管底部外壁均设有若干个清洗喷头,所述清洗槽一侧外壁固定连接有送料通道,且送料通道底部外壁固定连接有烘干输送筒,所述烘干输送筒两侧内壁转动连接有中空转轴,且中空转轴外壁固定连接有中空螺旋绞龙,所述中空螺旋绞龙与中空转轴相连通,且中空螺旋绞龙外壁设有若干个通风孔,所述烘干输送筒一侧外壁设有烘干机,且烘干输送筒底部一侧外壁固定连接有出料通道,所述出料通道下方设有传送带,且传送带上方设有若干个切块刀。
进一步的,若干个所述切块刀顶部外壁固定连接有安装板,且安装板顶部两侧外壁均固定连接有液压缸。
进一步的,两个所述液压缸顶部外壁均固定连接有固定板,且固定板两端外壁固定连接有主体箱。
进一步的,所述清洗槽底部外壁固定连接于主体箱顶部外壁,且烘干输送筒固定连接于主体箱两端内壁。
进一步的,所述清洗槽一端外壁固定连接有驱动装置,且清洗槽一侧外壁设有进料口。
进一步的,所述中空转轴一侧外壁设有驱动电机,且驱动电机固定连接于主体箱一侧内壁。
进一步的,所述烘干机固定连接于主体箱一侧外壁,且烘干机输出端与中空转轴一端转动连接。
进一步的,所述传送带一侧外壁设有出料斜道,且出料斜道固定连接于主体箱两端内壁。
进一步的,所述安装板底部两侧外壁均固定连接有弹性伸缩杆,且两个弹性伸缩杆底部外壁均固定连接有清洁架。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、该装置通过设置清洁转筒和清洁喷头能自动对葛根进行清洗,去除泥土杂质,并且通过烘干机将热风通过中空螺旋绞龙的通风孔输送至烘干输送筒内对葛根进行烘干,然后通过切块刀对其切块,能够自动化完成葛根的切块加工流程,节约人力,大大提升葛根加工生产的效率。
2、该装置通过设置弹性伸缩杆和清洁架,能够清洁各个切块刀,避免葛根块粘附在切块刀,从而影响切块效率。

参照图1-3,一种葛根加工用切块装置,包括清洗槽5,清洗槽5两端内壁转动连接有若干个清洗转筒18,且清洗转筒18上方均设有水管6,每个水管6底部外壁均设有若干个清洗喷头7,清洗槽5一侧外壁固定连接有送料通道4,且送料通道4底部外壁固定连接有烘干输送筒3,烘干输送筒3两侧内壁转动连接有中空转轴21,且中空转轴21外壁固定连接有中空螺旋绞龙20,中空螺旋绞龙20与中空转轴21相连通,且中空螺旋绞龙20外壁设有若干个通风孔19,烘干输送筒3一侧外壁设有烘干机10,且烘干输送筒3底部一侧外壁固定连接有出料通道11,出料通道11下方设有传送带13,且传送带13上方设有若干个切块刀16,能够自动对葛根进行清洗,去除葛根上的泥土杂质,再通过烘干机10将其烘干,然后再将葛根切块,能够自动完成葛根生产加工流程,节约人力。大大提升葛根加工生产的效率。
其中,若干个切块刀16顶部外壁固定连接有安装板15,且安装板15顶部两侧外壁均固定连接有液压缸14。
其中,两个液压缸14顶部外壁均固定连接有固定板12,且固定板12两端外壁固定连接有主体箱1。
其中,清洗槽5底部外壁固定连接于主体箱1顶部外壁,且烘干输送筒3固定连接于主体箱1两端内壁。
其中,清洗槽5一端外壁固定连接有驱动装置9,且清洗槽5一侧外壁设有进料口8。
其中,中空转轴21一侧外壁设有驱动电机2,且驱动电机2固定连接于主体箱1一侧内壁。
其中,烘干机10固定连接于主体箱1一侧外壁,且烘干机10输出端与中空转轴21一端转动连接。
其中,传送带13一侧外壁设有出料斜道17,且出料斜道17固定连接于主体箱1两端内壁。
工作原理:将采集的葛根块通过进料口8放入到清洁槽5内,清洁槽5内的若干个清洁转筒18转动将葛根翻转并往前运输,同时设置在上方若干个清洗喷头7对翻滚的葛根进行冲洗,能够将葛根的各个角落清洗,去除葛根上的泥土杂质,污水通过排污口排出;经过清洗后的葛根通过送料通道4进入到烘干输送筒3内;烘干机10工作将加热后的空气输送到中空转轴21内,然后通过与中空转轴21相连通的中空螺旋绞龙20上的通风孔19将热风输送出去,对烘干输送筒3内的葛根烘干,同时驱动电机2通过中空转轴21使中空螺旋绞龙20旋转,将葛根翻转往前运输,能够对葛根的各个面进行烘干,烘干后的葛根通过出料通道11掉落在传送装置13上,然后液压缸14通过切块刀16对葛根进行切块,葛根块通过出料斜道17从主体箱1内出来;该装置能够将收获的葛根自动化完成清洗、烘干、切块的加工流程,大大提升葛根加工生产的效率,并节约人力、节约成本。
实施例2
参照图4,一种葛根加工用切块装置,相较于实施例1,安装板15底部两侧外壁均固定连接有弹性伸缩杆22,且两个弹性伸缩杆22底部外壁均固定连接有清洁架23,能够避免切块后的葛根粘附在切块刀16上,影响切块效率。
工作原理:相较于实施例1,安装板15底部两侧外壁均固定连接有弹性伸缩杆22,且两个弹性伸缩杆22底部外壁均固定连接有清洁架23,当液压缸14向下推动切块刀16对葛根切块的时候,若干个切块刀16会落在清洁架23的各个清洁槽内,然后在弹性伸缩杆22的作用下,切块刀16推动清洁架23一起向下运动,从而完成对葛根的切块工作,当切块完成,切块刀16复位,并且因为清洁架23的作用,粘附在切块刀16上的葛根块会被清理下来,避免葛根块粘附在切块刀上16影响效率。

1.一种葛根加工用切块装置,包括清洗槽(5),其特征在于,所述清洗槽(5)两端内壁转动连接有若干个清洗转筒(18),且清洗转筒(18)上方均设有水管(6),每个所述水管(6)底部外壁均设有若干个清洗喷头(7),所述清洗槽(5)一侧外壁固定连接有送料通道(4),且送料通道(4)底部外壁固定连接有烘干输送筒(3),所述烘干输送筒(3)两侧内壁转动连接有中空转轴(21),且中空转轴(21)外壁固定连接有中空螺旋绞龙(20),所述中空螺旋绞龙(20)与中空转轴(21)相连通,且中空螺旋绞龙(20)外壁设有若干个通风孔(19),所述烘干输送筒(3)一侧外壁设有烘干机(10),且烘干输送筒(3)底部一侧外壁固定连接有出料通道(11),所述出料通道(11)下方设有传送带(13),且传送带(13)上方设有若干个切块刀(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,若干个所述切块刀(16)顶部外壁固定连接有安装板(15),且安装板(15)顶部两侧外壁均固定连接有液压缸(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,两个所述液压缸(14)顶部外壁均固定连接有固定板(12),且固定板(12)两端外壁固定连接有主体箱(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,所述清洗槽(5)底部外壁固定连接于主体箱(1)顶部外壁,且烘干输送筒(3)固定连接于主体箱(1)两端内壁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,所述清洗槽(5)一端外壁固定连接有驱动装置(9),且清洗槽(5)一侧外壁设有进料口(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,所述中空转轴(21)一侧外壁设有驱动电机(2),且驱动电机(2)固定连接于主体箱(1)一侧内壁。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,所述烘干机(10)固定连接于主体箱(1)一侧外壁,且烘干机(10)输出端与中空转轴(21)一端转动连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根加工用切块装置,其特征在于,所述传送带(13)一侧外壁设有出料斜道(17),且出料斜道(17)固定连接于主体箱(1)两端内壁。
