Loach hatching device and method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cultivation, and particularly relates to a loach hatching device and method.
Background
When the loaches are hatched, the requirement on the temperature is very high, the loaches need to be hatched within 25-30 hours at the temperature of 18-25 ℃, and the loaches can be malformed too early or too late. In addition, when loach hatching, ventilation is usually needed to supply oxygen, but loach ovum can not deposit in the in-process of hatching, if deposit to the bottom and gather, lead to loach ovum to adhere to each other and lead to unable hatching easily, therefore current loach hatching apparatus sets up conical container 1 generally, sets up aeration pipe 2 aeration in conical bottom, can follow conical container inner wall subsidence when the loach ovum subsides like this, when reaching the bottom, can be blown by the air current that aeration pipe 2 aeration produced and resuspension. But it has problems in that:
1. Because the container is conical, the whole volume of the container is smaller (the conical volume is one third of the cylindrical volume), the container is not easy to make large volume, and most loach eggs are concentrated on the water surface during aeration, so that loach eggs in unit volume are too dense, oxygen in part of water is lost, and loach seedlings are not easy to hatch. 2. Loach ovum in the conical container sinks along the inner wall of the conical container, and is in long-time sliding contact with the inner wall of the container, so that the loach ovum wall is easy to break, and the loach ovum shell yield is low. 3. The existing loach hatching device is usually heated by a heater, so that the surrounding temperature of the heater is high, and earthworm eggs are easy to scald under the condition of water flowing.

Detailed Description
Examples
The loach hatching device shown in the figures 2-4 comprises a barrel hatching container 3, wherein a circular aeration device is arranged in the barrel hatching container 3; the aeration device and the barrel-shaped hatching container 3 are coaxially arranged, and the diameter of the aeration device is 1/3-3/5 of the diameter of the barrel-shaped hatching container 3; the aeration device is communicated with an air inlet pipe 5, and the air inlet pipe 5 is communicated with an air inlet pump 6 and a heater 7; a tap water pipe 8 is arranged above the barrel-shaped hatching container 3; the upper part of the barrel-shaped hatching container 3 is provided with a water changing water outlet pipe 9, the bottom is provided with a cleaning water outlet pipe 10, and the cleaning water outlet pipe 10 is provided with a valve 4; the water changing outlet pipe 9 is covered with a filter cover 22. The tap water pipe 8 and the water changing outlet pipe 9 are arranged opposite to each other.
The filter cover 22 is used for preventing loach eggs or loach fries from being changed when water is changed, and increases the basal area with water, and prevents excessive suction force when water is changed.
The aeration device comprises a fixed frame 13, an aeration pipe 14 which is arranged in a spiral line shape is fixed on the fixed frame 13, and a plurality of air outlet holes 15 are formed on the aeration pipe 14.
The aeration pipe 14 is formed by a plurality of aeration branch pipes 16 which are sequentially communicated through connecting pipes 17; the connection pipe 17 is formed with an intake port 18 communicating with the intake pipe 5. Through the air inlet 18 and the air inlet pipe 5 and the air inlet pumps 6, the air pressure inside each section of aeration branch pipe 16 is ensured, and the situation that the air pressure at the rear section of the aeration pipe 14 is insufficient along with the air outlet is prevented, the aeration is difficult, and annular water flow cannot be formed is avoided.
