Abstract
The invention discloses an MNO fusion management platform which is arranged on a pre-established basic cloud platform and comprises a plurality of sub-platforms and a unified interface and is used for realizing interaction with an operator MNO platform by using consistent interface standards in the management of Internet of vehicles MNO fusion services and access to the same interface of different MNOs. The invention has the advantages that: the SIM card can be managed better, the access of a plurality of operation service providers is realized, accurate account checking is realized, the burden of operation and maintenance is reduced, and more possibilities are provided for operation.

Technical Field

Most of SIM card management of OEMs at present is based on an SIM card management platform provided by an operator (MNO), and the defects of single platform, non-real-time monitoring, multi-party coordination of operation, untimely and non-transparent account checking, incapability of unified planning of a flow pool and the like exist. The design of the invention relates to automobile manufacturing and information technology, service content access and fusion of an MNO cloud platform of the Internet of vehicles, platform research and development and operation/maintenance related work, and interface classification and design of the cloud platform. In addition, the system also relates to a network technology, and a communication protocol analyzes, classifies, arranges and learns related data and information to achieve the purpose of final fusion. A fusion platform is formed aiming at three operators (MNOs) and unified access is realized. And 3A platform is established to perfect and accurate account checking system. The flow pool is deeply customized, and the operation and management are convenient. The SIM card real-time data can be checked, a highly customizable flow system is realized, the operation is not only dependent on MNO any more, the accurate account checking is realized, and the occurrence of bad bills is avoided. And the system is supported by multiple MNOs, and any MNO can be quickly integrated into the system.
The design of the MNO fusion management platform aims at the problems that the existing method for accessing the MNO service of the Internet of vehicles is single, the life cycle management and the ticket management of the Sim card are relatively deficient, and the use of user flow is lack of customization. The platform is designed from the basic platform architecture and divided into different sub-platforms. The whole platform establishes a uniform interface, uses consistent interface standards for the access of the same interface of different MNOs, simplifies the work of data access and improves the safety; carrying out uniform adaptation on different interfaces and protocols; establishing an own AAA standard system, and accurately checking account in real time for traffic short messages and other services; a platform management interface is set up, so that unified management of operation and maintenance is facilitated; and a unified and convenient flow pool customization system is established for an operation team.
The design of the invention mainly aims at the basic architecture and the business mode of the MNO fusion management platform of the Internet of vehicles to be explained in detail, and the related technical details about the cloud platform technology and architecture, the accessed service definition and data format, the corresponding algorithm and strategy and the like are not in the discussion range.
According to the initial design of the invention, a basic cloud platform is firstly established, an MNO fusion management platform is placed on the basic cloud platform, and meanwhile, the MNO fusion management platform is divided into the following parts, namely a standard interface which is responsible for accessing and outputting data and information of an MNO side; the Sim card platform analyzes, classifies, arranges and processes the data; and thirdly, the event center directly connects the operation and maintenance platform, implements event sending and alarms to the operation and maintenance personnel. According to the design, the applicant establishes an MNO fusion platform based on public cloud on a cloud platform which is self-designed by the applicant, self-establishes short message gateways adaptive to short message protocols of three operators, and serves as a uniform adaptation layer of an API (application program interface) for vehicle management platforms of the three operators, namely Jasper, DCP, Onelink and the like. Therefore, the docking service with three operators is realized, the access to three operator product platforms is realized through the fusion management platform, the MNO management platform can more easily access more MNOs, meanwhile, the SIM card can be deeply managed, the real-time performance and high availability of the SIM card are ensured, more careful and customized service is provided for users, and the MNO management platform becomes more free, wider and more intelligent.
