The difficulty of vacuumizing, exhausting and filtering in the spent fuel transferring process is as follows: the operation space of the position where the water drain pipe is positioned is small, the plugging device is required to be short in length and small in volume; the radioactive dosage of the water chamber of the steam generator is large, and the plugging device is required to be assembled and disassembled quickly. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a plugging device for a water chamber drain pipe of a steam generator of a nuclear power station.
Background
When the nuclear power station is overhauled, the main pipeline of the steam generator is required to be isolated from the primary side water chamber of the steam generator before reaching the high water level. The main pipeline of the steam generator and the primary side water chamber of the steam generator are provided with two connecting channels: the main pipe orifice of the steam generator and the water chamber drain pipe of the steam generator. The steam generator water chamber space is narrow and small, the radioactive dose is high, and the drain pipe is close to the cambered surface at the bottom of the water chamber, so that the operation space is small, and high requirements are provided for the length, the volume and the operation convenience of the plugging device.
The invention mainly aims at the problems and provides a convenient and effective plugging device for plugging the water chamber hydrophobic pipe of the steam generator of the nuclear power station.

The plugging device for the drain pipe of the water chamber of the steam generator of the nuclear power station comprises a core rod, a guide head, a rubber ring, a gasket, a sleeve and a threaded sleeve, wherein the core rod is fixedly connected with the guide head, a small hexagonal nut and a large hexagonal nut are sequentially arranged on the core rod, and the threaded sleeve is axially limited; the screw sleeve is connected with the sleeve through threads.
The tail end of the core rod is provided with a pin hole, a cotter pin is arranged in the pin hole, and a small hexagonal nut passes through the cotter pin.
The sleeve and the threaded sleeve are both cylindrical, the sleeve is screwed into the threaded sleeve, and the threads on the threaded sleeve and the sleeve are left-handed threads.
The whole sleeve is cylindrical, and the middle part is provided with a limiting boss.
The rubber ring is made of nitrile rubber or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and the rubber ring and the gasket are arranged at intervals.

As shown in fig. 1, the drain pipe plug plugging device consists of a small hexagonal nut 1, a large hexagonal nut 2, a threaded sleeve 3, a sleeve 4, a core rod 5, a rubber ring 6, a gasket 7 and a guide head 8.
The core rod 5 is fixedly connected with the guide head into a whole through threaded connection or welding. The core rod sequentially passes through the rubber ring, the gasket, the sleeve and the screw sleeve.
The threaded sleeve 3 is connected with the sleeve 4 through threads. The small hexagonal nut 1 and the large hexagonal nut 2 are arranged on the core rod 5 to axially limit the threaded sleeve 3, so that the core rod 5 and the threaded sleeve 3 cannot axially move relative to each other, but can relatively rotate. The tail end of the core rod 5 is provided with a pin hole, and after the drain pipe plugging device is processed and assembled, a cotter pin is arranged in the pin hole to prevent the small hexagonal nut 1 from loosening.
The screw thread on the screw sleeve 3 and the sleeve 4 is left-handed, so that the installation and the dismantling process of the drain pipe plugging device are more in line with the daily operation habit of people, namely, when the screw sleeve 3 is screwed clockwise, the guide head 8 and the sleeve 4 compress the rubber ring 6 to expand the drain pipe wall; when the screw sleeve 3 is screwed anticlockwise, the guide head 8 and the sleeve 4 are loosened, and the rubber ring 6 rebounds.
A boss is processed on the sleeve 4 to limit the insertion depth of the hydrophobic pipe plugging device, and the sleeve 4 is limited to rotate by abutting against a hydrophobic pipe orifice during installation and removal.
As shown in fig. 2, the rubber rings 6 are made of nitrile rubber or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and the structure of the rubber rings is shown in the drawing, and the rubber rings 6 and the gaskets 7 are arranged at intervals, so that the axial stress of the rubber rings is uniform, and the phenomenon that mutual adhesion and action are generated due to direct contact between the rubber rings 6 to influence rebound is avoided.
During installation, the drain pipe plugging device is inserted into the drain pipe until the boss on the sleeve 4 props against the orifice of the drain pipe, the threaded sleeve 3 is screwed clockwise, the threaded sleeve 3 moves rightwards relative to the sleeve 4 and props against the small hexagonal nut 1 to drive the core rod 5 to move rightwards, so that the sleeve 4 and the guide head 8 are axially close to each other, the rubber ring is axially extruded, radial expansion is generated, and the inner wall of the drain pipe is expanded to form sealing. When the drain pipe plugging device is removed, the screw sleeve 3 is screwed clockwise, the screw sleeve 3 moves leftwards relative to the sleeve 4, the large hexagonal nut 2 is propped up, the core rod 5 is driven to move leftwards, the sleeve 4 and the guide head 8 are far away along the axial direction, the rubber ring 5 is extruded in the axial direction, the rubber ring rebounds, and the drain pipe plugging device can be smoothly pulled out.
