Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to check valves and, more particularly, to a novel check valve.
Background
The check valve is a valve which automatically opens and closes a valve flap by the flow of a medium and is used for preventing the medium from flowing backwards, and is also called a check valve, a one-way valve, a reverse flow valve and a back pressure valve. The check valve is an automatic valve and mainly used for preventing medium from flowing backwards, preventing the pump and a driving motor from reversing and discharging container medium. The valve clack of the check valve can generate attachments after being used for a long time, and the check effect is influenced. Currently, there are commercially available check valves that include a check valve body. Although the check valve body has good backflow stopping effect, the structure is complex, and the check valve body is inconvenient to clean the inside.

the check mechanism 14 comprises a fixed plate 41 which is fixedly arranged in the valve body 11 close to the inlet end 12 and is vertical to the water flow direction; a track rod 42 vertical to the fixed plate 41 is fixedly arranged at the center of the plate surface of the fixed plate 41 close to the outlet end 13; a circular valve clack 43 is sleeved on the track rod 42 in a sliding manner; the end part of the track rod 42 far away from the fixing plate 41 is provided with a limiting end cap 44; the limiting end cap 44 extends into the overflowing chamber 15;
a non-return convex ring 45 is arranged on one side, close to the fixed plate 41, of the valve clack 43 on the inner wall of the valve body 11; the inner diameter of the check convex ring 45 is smaller than the outer diameter of the valve clack 43; a return spring 46 is arranged on the track rod 42 between the valve clack 43 and the fixing plate 41; the end of the return spring 46 close to the valve clack 43 is fixed on the valve clack 43; the end of the return spring 46 close to the fixed plate 41 is fixed on the fixed plate 41; the return spring 46 is under tension.
The working principle of the novel check valve is as follows: fluid enters from the inlet end 12, pushes the valve flap 43, the return spring 46 extends, the valve flap 43 is pushed into the flow-through chamber 15, and the fluid passes through the two sides of the valve flap 43; after overflowing, the valve clack 43 resets under the pulling force of the reset spring 46, the valve clack 43 is attached to the check convex ring 45, a check airtight structure is formed, the structure is simple, and the check flow effect is good.
In a preferred embodiment, a sealing rubber strip 45 is arranged between the check convex ring 45 and the valve clack 43, so that the sealing property between the check convex ring 45 and the valve clack 43 is ensured, and the check effect is enhanced; the valve clack 43 and the track rod 42 are sleeved with a sealing rubber ring to prevent leakage at the sleeved part.
In a preferred embodiment, an inlet flange plate 17 is provided at the inlet end 12 of the valve body 11; the outlet end 13 of the valve body 11 is provided with an outlet flange piece 18, an inlet flange piece 17 and an outlet flange piece 18, so that the valve body 11 can be detached to be cleaned under the condition that the whole pipeline system is not influenced, and the cleaning is convenient.
