Abstract
一种抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,包括炼钢原液兑入炼钢炉、铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉、炼钢炉冶炼,其中:铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉的步骤包括:将氧化钼装入铁桶内密闭;将桶装氧化钼加入炼钢炉内,利用铁桶排开炉渣,使铁桶与钢液接触,铁桶与钢液接触的部分熔化后,其中的氧化钼与钢液中的C、Si等元素开始反应;炼钢炉吹惰性气体进行强搅拌,进一步使氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素充分反应,将氧化钼中的钼还原成金属钼进入钢液;炼钢炉冶炼的步骤包括:炼钢炉进行吹氧脱碳;吹氧脱碳后采用还原剂将脱碳后钢液还原并脱硫。该方法可以降低氧化钼的过程损耗和升华损失,抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅,提高钼收得率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及不锈钢冶炼技术领域,更具体地涉及一种抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法。
背景技术
钼是银灰色的难熔金属,在钢铁工业中具有重要的作用。钼作为钢的合金化元素,可以提高钢的强度,特别是高温强度和韧性,可以增强钢在酸碱溶液和液态金属中的抗腐蚀能力。不锈钢中加入钼能改善钢的耐腐蚀性,含钼不锈钢在冶炼过程中一般采用钼铁进行合金化,但合金化成本高。钼铁主要采用氧化钼生产,钼品位与氧化钼相当,生产过程消耗铝、硅铁、萤石等大量资源,同时产生大量的烟尘和NOx、SiF4等有毒气体,造成环境污染和大气层破坏。因此,国内外在上世纪80年代就开展了采用氧化钼直接合金化代替钼铁,以期降低冶炼成本,减少钼铁生产过程污染。
氧化钼直接合金化工艺可用于转炉、电炉、AOD炉。在氧化钼直接合金化的过程中,钼元素的收得率比较稳定,通常可达85~90%。但是氧化钼直接合金工艺也受到制约,这主要是由于氧化钼的挥发。MoO3熔点为795℃、沸点为1155℃,MoO3在熔化前就已开始升华,当温度达900~1100℃时,蒸发非常快。在炼钢温度下,如果不加保护措施,70%的MoO3将会变为气体而降低钼元素的收得率。为了抑制氧化钼挥发,国内外一般采用两种方法:一是将MoO3和CaO或CaCO3混合加热,制得稳定且不易挥发的钼酸钙加入钢液,利用钢液中还原剂将钼酸钙还原出金属钼进入钢液;另一种是将粉状MoO3和C粉、SiC等还原剂制成氧化钼球团,球团加入钢液进行合金化,同时在还原过程再加入还原剂进行还原,完成直接合金化过程。上述使用氧化钼直接合金化方法,均在氧化钼中加入还原剂或抑制剂,制成混合物或者混合物压球,其中压球中Mo含量降低,造成冷态加入量增加,渣量增加。
上述方法虽然能够实现氧化钼直接合金化,但氧化钼压球通过高位料仓加入时,在上料和下料过程中部分压球由于碰撞、摩擦导致产生破碎,被除尘灰吸走,过程损耗较大,同时高位加入氧化钼压球容易漂浮在钢渣上面,高温下升华损失较高;另外,氧化钼压球集中加入钢液中,容易与钢液快速反应,形成转炉、AOD喷溅,造成安全事故及金属损失。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,以降低氧化钼的过程损耗和升华损失,抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅,提高钼收得率,并由此降低含钼不锈钢的冶炼成本。
本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法包括步骤:炼钢原液兑入炼钢炉、铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉、炼钢炉冶炼,其中:
所述铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉的步骤包括:将氧化钼装入铁桶内密闭,每桶氧化钼重量为200~300kg;将桶装氧化钼加入炼钢炉内,利用铁桶排开炉渣,使得铁桶与钢液接触,铁桶与钢液接触的部分熔化后,其中的氧化钼渐次与钢液中的C、Si等元素进行反应;炼钢炉吹惰性气体进行强搅拌,搅拌时间为3~6min,进一步使氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素充分反应,将氧化钼中的钼还原成金属钼进入钢液,以及
所述炼钢炉冶炼的步骤包括:炼钢炉进行吹氧脱碳冶炼,吹炼过程中适当减少吹氧量;吹氧脱碳冶炼结束后采用还原剂将脱碳后钢液还原并脱硫。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,炼钢炉是转炉或者AOD炉,炼钢原液是电炉熔炼的预熔液或者脱磷预处理的铁水。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,加入炼钢炉的铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼的重量根据所冶炼的不锈钢的重量、钢种钼含量要求计算得到。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,氧化钼的钼含量控制为Mo≥60%。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,还原剂是硅铁。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,炼钢炉冶炼步骤后进行VOD或LF精炼。

作为一种具体实施方式,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,炼钢原液是电炉熔炼的预熔液,炼钢炉是AOD炉,并且其中:
在炼钢原液兑入炼钢炉步骤中,控制入炉预溶液的Si含量为0.30~0.50%、C含量为2.0~2.5%,控制入炉预溶液的温度大于1530℃;
在铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉步骤中,将4~6吨的独立包装的密闭氧化钼放入AOD炉加料槽内,利用天车将加料槽内的桶装氧化钼加入AOD炉内,采用氮气进行强搅拌;
在炼钢炉冶炼步骤中,AOD炉进行吹氧脱碳,脱碳2期顶枪流量为190m3/min,脱碳3期顶枪流量为150m3/min,吹氧量减少200~300m3,石灰加入量减少1~1.5吨;吹氧脱碳结束后采用硅铁进行脱碳后钢液还原,并加入石灰进行深脱硫。

在铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉步骤中,将1.5吨的独立包装的密闭氧化钼放入转炉加料槽内,利用天车将加料槽内的桶装氧化钼加入转炉内,采用氮气进行强搅拌;
在炼钢炉冶炼步骤中,转炉进行吹氧脱碳,吹氧量减少50~100m3,石灰加入量减少0.5吨;吹氧脱碳结束后采用硅铁进行脱碳后钢液还原,并加入石灰进行深脱硫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法解决了现有技术中存在的过程损耗、升华损失和剧烈反应造成的喷溅等问题,有效提高了氧化钼直接合金化炼钢工艺中的钼收得率,降低含钼不锈钢冶炼成本。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法总体上包括如下步骤:炼钢原液兑入炼钢炉、铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉、炼钢炉冶炼,其中:
铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉的步骤包括:
将钼含量Mo≥60%的氧化钼装入铁桶内密闭,每桶氧化钼重量为200~300kg,装有氧化钼的铁桶放入炼钢炉加料槽内;
用天车将所需重量的桶装氧化钼从加料槽加入炼钢炉内,利用铁桶排开炉渣,使得铁桶与钢液接触,铁桶与钢液接触的部分熔化后,铁桶内氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素开始反应;
炼钢炉吹惰性气体进行强搅拌,搅拌时间为3~6min,进一步使氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素充分反应,将氧化钼中的钼还原成金属钼进入钢液,
炼钢炉冶炼的步骤包括:炼钢炉进行吹氧脱碳冶炼,吹炼过程中考虑氧化钼带入的氧,适当减少吹氧量;以及吹氧脱碳冶炼结束后采用还原剂进行脱碳后钢液还原并加入石灰脱硫。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,炼钢原液是电炉熔炼的预熔液或脱磷预处理的铁水。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,炼钢炉是转炉或AOD炉。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,桶装氧化钼的所需重量根据所冶炼的不锈钢重量、钢种钼含量要求计算得到。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,还原剂是硅铁。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,炼钢炉冶炼出钢后进行VOD或LF精炼。
优选地,在本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,VOD或LF精炼之后进行连铸,制得含钼不锈钢连铸坯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法具有如下技术效果:
(1)氧化钼装入铁桶内密闭,减少了运输和加料过程中的破碎,从而降低过程损耗;
(2)铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉内后利用铁桶排开炉渣,减少了炉渣与氧化钼接触造成的升华损失;
(3)参见示意性示出了氧化钼与钢液逐步反应的过程的图2,密闭包装氧化钼的铁桶与钢液接触后熔化,下部的氧化钼开始与钢液反应,随着氧化钼与钢液的逐步反应,铁桶内的氧化钼不断下降,从而氧化钼渐进浸入钢液内与钢液逐步反应,由此控制了氧化钼的反应速度,抑制了集中加入造成的喷溅;
(4)加入炼钢炉内的氧化钼从铁桶下部开始均匀分散在钢液内部与钢液反应,铁桶密闭包装可以阻止氧化钼向上升华气化而损耗。
由此,本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法解决了现有技术中存在的过程损耗、升华损失和剧烈反应造成的喷溅等问题,从而有效提高了氧化钼直接合金化炼钢工艺中的钼收得率,降低含钼不锈钢冶炼成本。
参见图3,经测试,利用本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,钼收得率达到98%以上,降低冶炼成本90~135元/吨钢。
以下结合具体实施例说明本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法。
实施例1
实施例1是采用本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法冶炼180吨316L不锈钢,其包括步骤:电炉熔炼预熔液、预熔液兑入AOD炉、铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入AOD炉、AOD炉冶炼、AOD炉出钢、LF精炼,其中:
(1)在预熔液兑入AOD炉步骤中,控制入炉预溶液的Si含量为0.30~0.50%、C含量为2.0~2.5%,控制入炉预溶液的温度大于1530℃;
(2)在铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入AOD炉铁步骤中,将4~6吨的独立包装的密闭氧化钼放入AOD炉加料槽内,利用天车将加料槽内的桶装氧化钼加入AOD炉内,铁皮熔化后铁桶内氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素开始反应,采用氮气等惰性气体进行强搅拌,搅拌时间为3~6min,加快反应进度,将氧化钼中的钼还原成金属钼进入钢液;
(3)在AOD炉冶炼步骤中,AOD炉进行吹氧脱碳,脱碳2期顶枪流量为190m3/min,脱碳3期顶枪流量为150m3/min,吹氧量减少200~300m3,石灰加入量减少1~1.5吨;吹氧脱碳结束后采用硅铁还原钢液,并加入石灰进行深脱硫。
经测试,实施例1的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,钼收得率为98.3%,可以降低含钼不锈钢冶炼成本135元/吨钢。
实施例2
实施例2是采用本发明的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法冶炼90吨SUS436不锈钢,其包括步骤:三脱预处理铁水、脱磷铁水兑入转炉、铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入转炉、转炉冶炼、转炉出钢、VOD精炼,其中:
(1)在脱磷铁水兑入转炉步骤中,控制入炉铁水的Si含量为0.05~0.10%、C含量为3.5~4.0%,控制入炉铁水的温度大于1300℃;
(2)在铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入转炉步骤中,将1.5吨的独立包装的密闭氧化钼放入转炉加料槽内,利用天车将加料槽内的桶装氧化钼加入转炉内,铁皮熔化后铁桶内中氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素开始反应,采用氮气等惰性气体进行强搅拌,搅拌时间为3~5min,加快反应进度,将氧化钼中的钼还原成金属钼进入钢液;
(3)在转炉冶炼步骤中,转炉进行吹氧脱碳,吹氧量减少50~100m3,石灰加入量减少0.5吨;吹氧脱碳结束后采用硅铁还原钢液,并加入石灰进行深脱硫。
经测试,实施例2的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法中,钼收得率为98%,可以降低含钼不锈钢冶炼成本90元/吨钢。

1.一种抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:炼钢原液兑入炼钢炉、铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉、炼钢炉冶炼,其中:
所述铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼加入炼钢炉的步骤包括:将氧化钼装入铁桶内密闭,每桶氧化钼重量为200~300kg;将桶装氧化钼加入炼钢炉内,利用铁桶排开炉渣,使得铁桶与钢液接触,铁桶与钢液接触的部分熔化后,其中的氧化钼渐次与钢液中的C、Si等元素进行反应;炼钢炉吹惰性气体进行强搅拌,搅拌时间为3~6min,进一步使氧化钼与钢液中C、Si等元素充分反应,将氧化钼中的钼还原成金属钼进入钢液,以及
所述炼钢炉冶炼的步骤包括:炼钢炉进行吹氧脱碳冶炼,吹炼过程中适当减少吹氧量;吹氧脱碳冶炼结束后采用还原剂将脱碳后钢液还原并脱硫。
2.如权利要求1所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,炼钢炉是转炉或者AOD炉,炼钢原液是电炉熔炼的预熔液或者脱磷预处理的铁水。
3.如权利要求1所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,加入炼钢炉的铁桶密闭包装的氧化钼的重量根据所冶炼的不锈钢的重量、钢种钼含量要求计算得到。
4.如权利要求1所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,氧化钼的钼含量控制为Mo≥60%。
5.如权利要求1所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,还原剂是硅铁。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,炼钢炉冶炼步骤后进行VOD或LF精炼。
7.如权利要求6所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,VOD或LF精炼之后进行连铸,制得含钼不锈钢连铸坯。
8.如权利要求1所述的抑制氧化钼挥发和喷溅的含钼不锈钢冶炼方法,其特征在于,炼钢原液是电炉熔炼的预熔液,炼钢炉是AOD炉,并且其中:
在炼钢原液兑入炼钢炉步骤中,控制入炉预溶液的Si含量为0.30~0.50%、C含量为2.0~2.5%,控制入炉预溶液的温度大于1530℃;
