The working principle is as follows: when the device works, firstly, sewage enters the feeding box 1, the sewage firstly passes through the primary filter plate 34 to be primarily filtered, larger impurities enter the upper part of the treatment plate 27 through the communicating hole, at the moment, the second motor 8 is started to drive the rotating shaft 29 and the cutting knife 28 to rotate, impurities filtered by the primary filter plate 34 are cut and crushed to form smaller particles, so that the smaller particles are convenient for subsequent compression and transportation, after the impurities are completely crushed, the valve on the discharge pipe 26 is opened, the cut impurities enter the lower space of the movable box 23 through the discharge pipe 26, the hose 24 and the connecting pipe 21, the primarily filtered sewage falls onto the filter plate 32, then, through the action of gravity, further filtering treatment is carried out by utilizing the leakage holes on the filter plate 32 and the filter cotton 41, and the treated residues all enter the space between the movable box 23 and the filter pressing plate 18, the temporary storage is carried out, after the operation is carried out for a period of time, the liquid level meter 20 measures the amount of the dirt inside to provide data, when the dirt reaches a certain volume, the hydraulic cylinder 25 is controlled to extend to further drive the movable box to move downwards to extrude and collect the dirt, in the compressing process, due to the action of the discharge door 22, the dirt can be blocked to a certain degree, meanwhile, the movable box 23 seals a connecting hole between the processing box 6 and the feeding box 1 to ensure the pressurizing process, in the extruding process, the water of the dirt enters the return pipe 17 through the filter pressing plate 18, finally enters the recovery box 4 through the return pipe 17, meanwhile, the water filtered by the filter plate 32 falls on the collecting plate 13, then flows into the material guide pipe 15 to be collected through the discharge pipe 35 and the action of gravity, and simultaneously the water in the return pipe 17 which extrudes the water also enters the material guide pipe 15, during the collection process, the water pump 44 is turned on, so that the water on the material guide plate 15 reaches the filter tank 46 through the material guide pipe 47, is guided by the guide plate 42 to increase the filtering stroke, and is discharged through the water inlet pipe 43 and the water outlet pipe 3 to perform the next work.

A municipal sewage treatment device convenient for treating residues in sewage comprises a feeding box (1) and is characterized in that a plurality of filter plates (32) are sequentially connected in the feeding box (1) from top to bottom, the bottom ends of the filter plates (32) are fixedly connected with a collecting plate (13), a discharging pipe (35) fixedly connected with the feeding box (1) is arranged on the upper side of the collecting plate (13), a primary filter plate (34) fixedly connected with the feeding box (1) is arranged above the filter plates (32), buffer devices (33) rotatably connected with the feeding box (1) are arranged above the primary filter plate (34) and the filter plates (32), a purifying device is fixedly connected with one side of the feeding box (1), a recovery device fixedly connected with the feeding box (1) is arranged below the treatment device, and a treatment device fixedly connected with the feeding box (1) is fixedly connected with one side of the recovery device, the processing device is communicated with the feeding box (1).

The municipal sewage treatment equipment convenient for treating residues in sewage according to claim 1, wherein the treatment device comprises a treatment tank (6) fixedly connected with the feeding tank (1), a motor (8) is fixedly connected to the top of the treatment tank (6), the output end of the motor (8) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (29) rotatably connected with the treatment tank (6) through a coupling, a plurality of cutting knives (28) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rotating shaft (29), a treatment plate (27) fixedly connected with the treatment tank (6) is arranged below the cutting knives (28), a discharge pipe (26) is fixedly connected to the middle of the treatment plate (27), a hose (24) is fixedly connected to the other end of the discharge pipe (26), a connecting pipe (21) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the hose (24), and a movable tank (23) slidably sleeved with the treatment tank (6) is fixedly connected to the other end of the connecting pipe (21), move the middle of case (23) and be connected with discharge door (22) through the spring hinge rotation, discharge door (22) are located the below of connecting pipe (21), handle downside fixedly connected with pneumatic cylinder (25) of board (27), and the output and the removal case (23) fixed connection of pneumatic cylinder (25), handle bottom fixedly connected with pressure filter plate (18) of case (6), the below of pressure filter plate (18) is provided with and handles case (6) fixed connection's back flow (17), and the other end of back flow (17) extends to in the recovery unit.

The municipal sewage treatment equipment convenient to treat residues in sewage according to claim 2, wherein one side of the treatment tank (6) is rotatably connected with a sealing door (19), one side of the treatment tank (6) is fixedly connected with a liquid level meter (20), the bottom of the treatment tank (6) is fixedly connected with a support rod, and the other end of the support rod is fixedly connected with the filter pressing plate (18).

The municipal sewage treatment apparatus for facilitating the treatment of the residue in the sewage according to claim 2, wherein one side of the treatment tank (6) and the feed tank (1) is provided with two communication holes communicating with each other, one of which is located at the lower end of the primary filter plate (34) and the other of which is located at the lower end of the filter plate (32).

The municipal sewage treatment apparatus facilitating treatment of the residue in the sewage according to claim 5, characterized in that the filtering device (16) comprises a fixed box (45) fixedly connected with the recovery box (4), the inner wall of the fixed box (45) is sleeved with a filter box (46) in a sliding way, a plurality of guide plates (42) are fixedly connected in the filter box (46), the upper side of the fixed box (45) is fixedly connected with a material guide pipe (47) communicated with the material guide plate (15), a water pump (44) is arranged on one side of the fixed box (45), the input end of the water pump (44) is connected with a water inlet pipe (43) connected with the fixed box (45), the output end of the water pump (44) is connected with a water outlet pipe (3) fixedly connected with the recovery tank (4), one side of the filter box (46) is fixedly connected with a movable door (5) which is in sliding sleeve joint with the recovery box (4).

The municipal sewage treatment equipment convenient to treat residues in sewage according to claim 1, wherein the purification device comprises a purification box (2) fixedly connected with a feeding box (1), the discharge pipe (35) is positioned in the purification box (2), a separation plate (36) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the purification box (2), a separation plate (37) fixedly connected with the purification box (2) is arranged above the separation plate (36), an air inlet pipe (31) fixedly connected with the feeding box (1) is arranged on one side of the separation plate (37), and an air outlet pipe (11) connected with the purification box (2) is arranged on the other side of the separation plate (37).

The municipal sewage treatment equipment convenient to treat residues in sewage according to claim 1, wherein the buffer device (33) comprises a rotating shaft (39) rotatably connected with the feeding tank (1), a rotating roller (38) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rotating shaft (39), and a plurality of pushing pieces (40) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rotating roller (38).
