The nursing rehabilitation exercise device according to claim 1, wherein the lower limb exercise assembly (17) comprises a lower limb exercise wheel (21), a first rotating shaft (22), a pedal plate (23) and a fixing assembly (24), the lower limb exercise wheel (21) is arranged at the bottom of the limb exercise frame (15), the pedal plate (23) is connected to two sides of the middle of the lower limb exercise wheel (21) through the first rotating shaft (22), and the fixing assembly (24) is arranged on the pedal plate (23).
