Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an electronic device. The electronic equipment comprises a display panel and a light sensor, wherein the display panel comprises a display structure layer and a frame body; the frame body includes: a main body; the accommodating cavity is formed by inwards recessing the surface of the main body and is used for accommodating the display structure layer; the positioning opening penetrates through the main body and is separated from the accommodating cavity, and the light sensor penetrates through the positioning opening, so that the light sensor is positioned by the frame body.

The present disclosure relates to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, to an electronic device.
Background
In order to take account of the occupation ratio of the front camera and the screen, the arrangement mode of the front camera is reformed by each large manufacturer. Of course, the arrangement mode of the front camera can include a slide type, a pop-up type or an in-screen type. The camera under the screen can collect light through a notch formed in the display panel. For example, the notch may be a through hole formed in the display panel, or the notch may also be a blind hole formed in the display panel, which may be designed as needed.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic apparatus including a display panel and a light sensor, the display panel including a display structure layer and a frame body; the frame body includes:

the positioning opening penetrates through the main body and is separated from the accommodating cavity, and the light sensor penetrates through the positioning opening, so that the light sensor is positioned by the frame body.
Optionally, the positioning opening is formed by recessing the side edge of the main body to the middle part;
the electronic equipment further comprises a shell, and the shell and the main body are matched to surround the light sensor.
Optionally, the positioning opening is formed by an inward recess in a middle region of the main body, and the light sensor is surrounded by the main body.
Optionally, a housing is included adjacent a side edge of the body;
the light sensor is arranged in a step shape and comprises an accommodating part, and one part of the shell and one part of the main body are both positioned in the accommodating part.
Optionally, the housing includes a vertical portion and an extension portion extending from the vertical portion to the display panel, at least a portion of the extension portion is located in the accommodating portion, and the vertical portion is connected to the light sensor.
Optionally, the display panel further comprises a housing, and the housing is clamped with at least one part of the side edge of the main body to fix the display panel.
Optionally, the light sensor is fixed to the frame in an adhering manner.
Optionally, the display device further comprises a transparent cover plate, and the transparent cover plate covers the display structure layer and the frame body.
Optionally, the display structure layer includes a liquid crystal layer.
Optionally, the light sensor includes at least one of:

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 100 in the related art. As shown in fig. 1, the electronic apparatus 100 may include a camera 101, a display panel 102, and a housing 103. The display panel 102 can be fixed by the housing 103, the camera 101 is located on one side of the display panel 102, and the housing 103 can limit one side of the camera 101. An edge area on the side of the electronic device 100 close to the camera 101 may form a "black border", i.e. the area is not available for display. As shown in fig. 1, the "black border" mainly includes: a spacing D1 between the camera 101 and the housing 103, a width D2 of the housing between the camera 101 and the display panel 102, a spacing D3 between the display panel 102 and the housing 103, and a bezel width D4 of the display panel 102. That is, the width of the "black border" between the camera 101 and the display panel 102 is equal to D1+ D2+ D3+ D4, and obviously, the size chain constituting the "black border" is long, and since each size included in the size chain may have tolerance due to process fluctuation, it is not beneficial to reduce the black border between the camera 101 and the display panel 102, and the display effect is affected.
Based on this, the present application provides an electronic device 200 to reduce the black border between the camera and the display panel. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the electronic device 200 may include a display panel 1 and a light sensor 2. The display panel 1 may include a display structure layer 11 and a frame 12, where the display structure layer 11 may include one or more structures of a backlight module, a liquid crystal layer, a color filter, a polarizer, and a thin film transistor, and may also include other structures besides the above list. The frame 12 may include a body 121, a receiving cavity 122, and a positioning opening 123.
The accommodating cavity 122 is formed by the surface of the main body 121 being recessed inwards, and can be used for accommodating the display structure layer 11; the positioning openings 123 may penetrate the body 121 and be separated from each other in the thickness direction of the electronic apparatus 200 and the accommodation chamber 122. The positioning opening 123 is provided for the light sensor 2 to penetrate through, so that the light sensor 2 can be positioned by the frame 12, and no housing exists between the light sensor 2 and the display structure layer 11. Thus, with respect to the solution in the related art, the chain of dimensions of the black border formed on the side of the light sensor 2 close to the display panel 1 only includes: a gap H1 between the edge of the display panel 1 and the side of the light sensor 2 near the display panel 1, and a bezel width H2 of the display panel 1. That is, the width of the "black edge" between the light sensor 2 and the display panel 11 is equal to H1+ H2, and compared with the related art, the size chain can be compressed, the length of the size chain can be reduced, the black edge width can be reduced, and the display effect can be improved.
Regarding the positioning opening 123, in an embodiment, as also shown in fig. 3 and 4, the positioning opening 123 may be formed by an inward recess in a middle region of the main body 121, and the periphery of the light sensor 2 is surrounded by the main body 121. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the positioning opening 123 is formed by inwardly recessing the side edge of the main body 121, and the electronic device 200 may further include a housing 3, and the housing 3 may cooperate with the main body 121 to surround the optical line sensor 2. Based on this, the light sensor 2 can be positioned with one side of the housing 3, so that the light sensor 2 is fixed by the housing 3 while reducing the width of the black border between the display panel 1 and the light sensor 2.
With respect to the frame 12 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, as shown in fig. 6, the optical sensor 2 may be arranged in a step shape as shown in fig. 6, and includes a receiving portion 21, and the housing 3 is adjacent to a side edge of the main body 121, so that a portion of the housing 3 and a portion of the main body 121 can be received in the receiving portion 21. Since a part of the housing 3 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 21, the internal layout of the electronic apparatus 200 can be optimized, which is advantageous for reducing the width of the electronic apparatus 200.
Specifically, the housing 3 may include a vertical portion 31 and an extension portion 32 extending from the vertical portion 31 toward the display panel 1, and the extension portion 32 and a part of the main body adjacent to the extension portion 32 are accommodated in the accommodating portion 21. The body 121 may be connected with the extension 32 and the light sensor 2 may be connected with the vertical part 31 to achieve fixation.
In the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 200 may further include a transparent cover 4, and the transparent cover 4 covers the display panel 1 and the light sensor 2, so that the display panel 1 and the light sensor 2 may be protected and blocking of light may be avoided. In particular, the transparent cover plate 4 may include a transparent glass cover plate, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In the above embodiments, the frame 12 may be engaged with the housing 3 to fix the display panel 1. For example, the main body 121 and the housing 3 may be directly clamped by a snap to facilitate replacement when the display panel 1 is damaged. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the display panel 1 may be fixed by bonding.
The optical line sensor 2 may be fixed by the housing 3, or in other embodiments, the optical line sensor 2 may be bonded or clamped to the frame 12 to achieve the fixing. Of course, in some embodiments, both the housing 3 and the frame 12 may be connected and fixed to the light sensor 2, which is not limited by the present disclosure. In the present embodiment, the light sensor 2 may include one or more of a distance sensor, an ambient light sensor, and a camera sensor. Especially when the light sensor 2 includes a camera sensor, the front-end shooting function of the electronic apparatus 200 can be taken into consideration while reducing the black margin.
The electronic device 200 may include a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a tablet or an e-reader, etc., which is not limited by this disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic device is characterized by comprising a display panel and a light sensor, wherein the display panel comprises a display structure layer and a frame body; the frame body includes:
a main body;
the accommodating cavity is formed by inwards recessing the surface of the main body and is used for accommodating the display structure layer;
the positioning opening penetrates through the main body and is separated from the accommodating cavity, and the light sensor penetrates through the positioning opening, so that the light sensor is positioned by the frame body.
2. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the positioning opening is formed by recessing a side edge of the main body toward a middle portion;
the electronic equipment further comprises a shell, and the shell and the main body are matched to surround the light sensor.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the positioning opening is formed by an inward recess in a middle region of the body, the light sensor being surrounded by the body.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, further comprising a housing adjacent a side edge of the body;
the light sensor is arranged in a step shape and comprises an accommodating part, and one part of the shell and one part of the main body are both positioned in the accommodating part.
5. The electronic device according to claim 4, wherein the housing includes a vertical portion and an extension portion extending from the vertical portion to the display panel, at least a portion of the extension portion is located in the accommodating portion, and the vertical portion is connected to the light sensor.
6. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising a housing that snaps over at least a portion of a side edge of the main body to secure the display panel.
7. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the light sensor is adhesively secured to the frame.
8. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising a transparent cover plate covering the display structure layer and the frame body.
9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the display structure layer comprises a liquid crystal layer.
10. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the light sensor comprises at least one of:
distance sensor, ambient light sensor, camera sensor.
