Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial production flow control, in particular to an automatic rice detection and filling method.
Background
Cereals provide a significant proportion of the world's population with a demand for dietary energy, protein and micronutrients, and raw cereals are low in fat and are a good source of fiber and phytochemicals. With the attention of people to the health of food, the safety of grains and processed products thereof is concerned. Therefore, the construction of a rice tracing system is a requirement of many laws and regulations, and the rice tracing system requires that a unique two-dimensional code is marked on each smallest package, so that the information of production, circulation, authenticity, product name, components and the like of each package of rice is recorded. Traceability management of the rice can be realized through construction of a rice traceability system, and compared with a traditional filing mode, the rice traceability management system has the characteristics of real time and convenience. Through anti-counterfeiting inquiry and quality tracing, consumers can clearly obtain detailed information of products, including the whole processes of production, packaging, storage, dealers and the like, and the viscosity of users is improved.
The main problems of the grains are that pesticides such as herbicide, bactericide, insecticide and the like can not fully play a role after being applied, a part of the pesticides can be remained in the grains, and if the grains with the residual pesticides are eaten, the grains can have great harm to human bodies, so that the detection of pesticide residues is necessary according to the requirement of food safety.
In conclusion, a fast and efficient detection method is needed to detect pesticide residues in the coarse cereals, detection data of the detection method can be combined with a rice tracing system construction process, confidence of rice purchase of consumers is improved, and contribution is made to healthy development of the food industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, provides an automatic method which can effectively ensure that each woven bag two-dimensional code can be collected on a production line, and records pesticide residue detection information into the woven bag two-dimensional code, thereby ensuring the quality of rice sold in factories and reducing the labor cost and the product waste.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: arranging a code scanning device at an inlet of the bagging machine conveying device to carry out woven bag coding collection; arranging a detection device at an inlet of the rice transportation device, and carrying out sampling pesticide residue detection on the transported materials; the scheduling steps are as follows:
step 1, starting the detection device and the code scanning device;
step 2, dispatching the bagging machine transportation device to transport the woven bags, and when the woven bags are transported through the code scanning device, scanning the code scanning device to scan the woven bag codes in sequence;
step 3, if the scanning is unsuccessful, sending an instruction to the bagging machine to enable the bagging machine not to be filled with materials and wait in a buffer area;
step 4, when the 2 nd step of operation, the dispatch rice conveyer transportation rice, when the transportation is through detection device, detects out that there is pesticide residue in the rice, then the filling is to the braided bag that lies in the buffer in the 3 rd step, and the sack filling machine rejects this packing from the removing devices in area.
Step 5, successfully scanning the woven bag and sending an instruction to a bagging machine when the rice does not contain pesticide residues, performing a bagging step, making a package, and inputting the code and corresponding pesticide detection information into a computing unit of a production line;
further, the detection device is a pesticide residue rapid detector.
Furthermore, the sampling frequency of the detection device is 1-5 times/min.
Further, the sampling frequency of the detection device is 2 times/min.
Further, rice conveyer and sack filling machine conveyer are the track.
Furthermore, the crawler belt is covered with a disposable plastic film, and when the rice with pesticide residues is detected, the plastic film is manually replaced.
Further, the crawler belt transmission speed is 6.8-7.5 m/min.
Further, the code is a bar code.
Further, the woven bag is a rice packaging bag printed with the two-dimensional code and not filled.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. pesticide residue information and a packaging bag code are correspondingly input into the system, and a consumer can trace the production detection process of the packaged rice through scanning the code, so that the confidence of the consumer on food safety is enhanced.
2. The woven bags with failed code collection are filled with rice containing pesticide residues, so that the waste of the woven bags is effectively reduced;
3. the automatic input or rejection operation is carried out to the braided bag of different condition and rice, need not to carry out manual association or carry out the manual bag processing that moves to the braided bag of unable discernment code after the bagging-off, and furthest's realization production flow's automation reduces the cost of labour and time.

Detailed Description
The invention is further explained with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the method disclosed by the present invention is as follows:
arranging a code scanning device at an inlet of the bagging machine conveying device to carry out woven bag coding collection; arranging a detection device at an inlet of the rice transportation device, and carrying out sampling pesticide residue detection on the transported materials; the scheduling steps are as follows:
step 1, starting the detection device and the code scanning device;
step 2, dispatching the bagging machine transportation device to transport the woven bags, and when the woven bags are transported through the code scanning device, scanning the code scanning device to scan the woven bag codes in sequence; the inlet of the code scanning device is provided with a roller, the woven bag is firstly flattened before code scanning, and the problem of code identification caused by the situations of woven bag wrinkles and the like is solved;
step 3, if the scanning is unsuccessful, sending an instruction to the bagging machine to enable the bagging machine not to be filled with materials and wait in a buffer area;
and 4, when the step 2 is operated, the rice transporting device transports rice, the rice is transported through the detecting device, pesticide residues are detected in the rice, then the rice is filled into empty bags positioned in the buffer area in the step 3, the bagging machine is a packaging bag/box prefabricating and forming machine, and the packaging bag is removed by a removing device in the bagging machine.
And 5, successfully scanning the woven bag and sending an instruction to a bagging machine when the rice does not contain pesticide residues, carrying out a bagging step, making a package, and inputting the code and corresponding pesticide detection information into a computing unit of the production line.
The rejected package and the rice are inspected manually, the bag with qualified code printing is put back to the bagging machine to execute the step 2 again, the bag with unqualified code printing is directly wasted, and waste caused by unsuccessful collection caused by folds or positive and negative orientations of the bag and the like is effectively reduced by two-wheel inspection of the woven bag. And (4) carrying out subsequent residue removal treatment on the rice containing pesticide residues by manual operation, and executing the step (4) again after the rice is qualified through manual detection.
Furthermore, the detection device is a pesticide residue rapid detection instrument, and belongs to the prior art.
Furthermore, the sampling frequency of the detection device is 1-5 times/min.
Furthermore, the sampling frequency of the detection device is 2 times/min, and the rice in each bag of package is detected for at least 3 times by setting the frequency, so that the accuracy of the sampling result is ensured.
Further, rice conveyer and sack filling machine conveyer are the track.
Furthermore, disposable plastic film covers on the track, and when pesticide residue's rice is detected, this plastic film is changed by the manual work, avoids remaining pesticide to pollute the track and leads to the secondary pollution to the rice.
Further, the transmission speed of the crawler belt is 3-5 m/min.
Further, the code is a bar code.
Further, the woven bag is a rice packaging bag printed with the two-dimensional code and not filled.
